What a breath of fresh air. When I initially called to have my truck picked up as SCRAP, the women who answered the phone was absolutely courteous, accommodating and informative. Their flat bed was immediately dispatched, in constant communication with me via text. The two gentlemen who arrived at my house to take my truck were there in 1- hour 10 minutes !! They too were courteous, respectful and professional and PROMPT. The whole process was Absolutely hassle free. They had my my truck off the street, on the flat bed in 15 minutes. I was given a fair price (on-the-spot) IN CASH for my truck as scrap. All I had to do was give them the keys and the title. Called them up, was able to come out and look at the vehicles in 15 minutes. Gave me a fair price for them. Actually paid me cash in hand, which shocked me!
