Just like Firestone, their online scheduling system is useless. Why these companies use online scheduling if they don’t work and I’d they can’t contact their customers with conflicts. I spoke with Joe 10 hours after I had not received a confirmation regarding an online appointment I had made. He told me there was probably nothing available. I said so it’s common practice not to contact your customer. He said if we are busy or short handed we don’t call to offer another appointment. This is the same reason I won’t go back to Firestone. Don’t offer online scheduling if it’s not working. It’s not rocket science!!!!!!!!!!!!’ MR Tire lost a potential customer.

So nothing like being from out state and as you get ready to pack up your car and get ready for the six-hour trip back home & you find a flat tire! After several phone calls & help from roadside assistance it was clear I was going to have to get a new tire after calling a couple places I spoke to someone from Mr.Tire they were super accommodating .They made me anappointment for noon Once I arrived & I explained my situation and & that I needed to let the hotel know whether I was going to have to stay another night no later then 1:30./2:00 pm. Not only was my car finished in time, I was able to get back to the hotel too continue to pack up the car turn, my keys all by 1:15. I just cannot say enough good things about the gentleman at Mr. Tire in Toms River ! ThanksYall

Its been a while since I had my tires changed from here. Went for all four new tires and alignment and I must say they meet or exceed excellent service. The staff is very friendly and they really know what they are doing. Took just a bit over an hour and my car feels brand new. Drives straight as an arrow and smooth as butter.

The best tire shop around ! I have gone to multiple tire shops in the area and spent hundreds of dollars on tires just to come to mr tire and they were able to solve the problem the other tire shops lacked. Mr. tire actually checks everything and was able to tell me my Rim was cracked, something two tire shops previously lacked to tell me. The employees here are the nicest around and they are always willing to help ! 5/5 stars for me ! If I could I would give them 10 stars. Definitely recommend this tire shop !

Jonathan and Mike are great and super thorough! They were able to diagnose the problem with my car and get it back to my when they said they would. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers which is hard to find nowadays. Jonathan reached out multiple times to provide updates and let me know what was going on. 1st time at Mr.tire.Mike was very sociable and direct in taking me in the garage to show me the issues with my vehicle.He then looked at pricing and discounts that were available.He stated the if the price was not on my range we could look at other options.He also explains how they stand behind the work since if it is not done properly that it could could lead to injury or worse (referring to recent limo incidents in the news were repair records were falsified). I had my service done.Based on my interaction with him and his direct way on how their office takes the time to install and test their repair to meet proper safety standards I would go their again.He was very personable and gives a professional recommendation based on what was needed not any up-sells or gimmicks.

A friend recommended this location because of the wonderful customer service from Jonathan. So I went a couple weeks ago to get an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Luckily for me, Jonathan is such a stand up guy that he told me my brake pads needed to be replaced. He didn’t try to get me to buy the most expensive ones or replace my rotors, just what needed to be fixed. Based on the great customer service from Jonathan, I will continue to bring my car here for service.

It was Fathers Day (Sunday) and I was lucky enough to be traveling up the Garden State Parkway with my son. We happened upon Mr. Tire completely by accident. We literally came in with our breaks flaming. (Actually, we put the fire out across the road.) My son and I had the fortunate pleasure of pulling our car into Mr. Tire 2 hours before closing. The gentleman at the desk (I believe his name was Mike), and the mechanic were personable and very helpful. They were able to solve my break issues and order, and replace the needed parts. While we waited, we went next door and enjoyed two of the best slices of pizza my son and I have ever had. All to soon, we were able to get back into traffic, on our way New Hampshire. Well Done, Mr Tire...Well Done!

Had a tire pressure warning light come on my father-in-law’s car that I was about to drive back to Texas. These guys were great. Michael got my car right back. They checked all 4 tires, which were fine and at the right pressure, Reset my light and got me on my way quickly! I highly recommend this place.

Ive been going to for years and hes one of the best service providers Ive encountered. Hes always had my best interests in mind. On more than one occasion he diagnosed a problem with a very simple inexpensive fix when I was expecting to pay more. I really trust his judgment and that he only recommends work that is really needed. And hes friendly, responsive and professional. Ive recommended his shop to several people already.

I went in for a simple oil change, and while I was there they gave me the news that my battery needed to be replaced. They didn’t have one in stock but ordered one locally and it came quickly. I went to Mr. Tire and they were so helpful I had to have my car within that day to drive back to Maryland for work that night. They were busy and I didnt have an appointment and they still worked with me and fixed my bumper from dragging, and fixed the ball joint and arm on my front tire. My tire indicator was on for the past few days, I put air in the tires myself, but it clearly was not enough because a day later the light went back on again. I called Mr. Tire and spoke with Michael at 8:15 AM this morning, and he was not only the most pleasant person I have ever spoke to at 8 in the morning, but the most helpful. I brought my car in and roughly an hour later I got a phone call to come pick it up. They had put the air in my tires, and made sure everything else looked good without trying to take advantage of me (knowing clearly I knew nothing about cars).. unlike bringing your car to the dealership. A few years ago I had brought my car there to get new tires, that too was an extremely easy and pleasant process. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Keep up the great work guys!

I called ahead and set up an appointment for the following day to have them look at my car after the check engine light came on. The next day they didnt seem to have a clue I was coming and told me theyd try to squeeze me in. The guy behind the counter tells me its $120 just to run the diagnostic on the check engine light. Wont even look at the car or give an estimate without charging me $120 first. I told him I already had the code and he insisted that he had to run the code himself. Again I said Auto Zone reads check engine lights and gives you a print out of the diagnostics for FREE.This is nothing but a scam. Find another mechanic to bring your car to.

Had a blown out tire, it was terrible! Came to Mr. Tire on a Saturday (thankfully they are open on the weekends, def a plus), dropped the car off for a tire change and all was done within 20 mins! Service was quick and pleasant, facility was very clean, prices are very reasonable and staff guys were great! Very friendly. Mind you I live in NY and was in the area and they came through! Mr.Tire tire shop saved my family from a major tire blow out causing me to look at the tires I came in with ..I saw that the front driver side tire had a bubble that I could not see but I heard it hissing . This condition and decision saved my life and I am great ful of there 0 interest on selected tires...I purchased 4 new tires at 40,000 miles with free tire protection. Thanks again Mr. Tires....

After feeling defeated with other car service places, I finally feel like I’m in the right place, and that people are not trying to swindle me. Very straight forward, and the staff is very friendly. Mike Dagostino is consistently warm and jovial, and makes me feel like I’m in good hands. I had them put winter tires on my car last November and they did an amazing job. I made an appointment this morning for an oil change at 7:30 AM, and was done and dusted by 7:55. Fastest oil change I’ve ever had. I will definitely be coming back.

Usually I go there and have spent on quite a few 4_500 dollars for various work even applied for a credit card to have my work never had a problem. One guy is very nice however the little bald guy that works in the Toms River one. I dont think he likes women. I said Id be like a oil change first of all didnt even acknowledge I was there. I went up to the counter of several minutes of being ignored. He said see all these cars they have appointments so we cant accommodate you. He didnt offer me an appointment for the next second this guy had an attitude and I give you guys a lot of business the other guy usually squeeze me on. This bald guy I dont think cares if you have customers especially women so I will close my drive card and go somewhere else for all my cars needs. Will not be coming back. Sorry lost a customer here.

Wonderful/reliable place to bring your vehicle. The first time they put new tires on my car and the prices were very reasonable. The second time I was not charged at all!! They found the source { a rock) that was making a scraping noise when I drove. Mr. TIre is the place to go!!

I have to say that Mr. Tire has been the best auto mechanic that Ive ever been too. My car wasnt starting a few days after my brother in law changed my battery. I was assuming then it was my alternator. They tested everything out and turns out my brother in law just didnt tighten the battery enough. They were super fast checking it out then didnt charge me for looking at it. I will definitely come back with any other issues and 100% recommend them to everyone I know! They are amazing!!

I want to commend Mr. Tire on route 166 with trustworthy service!!! A mechanic in Freehold was going to rip me off for brakes and rotors he said I needed the latest by January. Mr. Tire honestly said I have 8 mil on the front pads and 7 mil on the back. They said 10 mil are new brakes!!! I will bring back my vehicle in a heartbeat for all my auto needs due to the trustworthy service they provided!!!

Was in the market for new tires. Mavis Tire had me waiting 2 hours after my appointment date and gave me a run around I grabbed my key and left. I called Mr tire and spoke with Mike and he got my hard to find tire size the same day for me . He went above and beyond my expectations . I was in and out in 20 Mins with New tires installed and on my way home! He knew my frustration and made sure I was well taken care of. I can not express enough how great it felt not to get a sales pitch or lied to or leaving with a uncertain feeling. I highly recommend The Mr Tire location in Toms river .
