I have tried different service stations for many many years. This is the only repair shop I will ever use now. They are informative, they take their time explaining things that are wrong and all your options, the pricing is extremely fair, they have a large parking lot to hold your car overnight if needed, they have a drop box to put your keys and a note into if you cant reach them and its an emergency to have your car towed there. They have been in this family business for many generations and love what they do and it shows...I am so grateful to have found them. Sincerely Kathleen McCormick

I had such a great experience here yesterday. I bought my SUV 3 years ago and took it to chain auto places to have oil changes done and every single time they found something wrong with the car and told me I had to get it fixed right away and spent thousands of dollars in over priced work that did not even need to be done. It made me hate my car so much and Ive contemplated on trading it in so many times. My dad told me about Kremers Auto Service and they were able to see me the same day in a half hours notice to take a look at a problem that was going on and they took care of my SUV the next business day and had me back on the road a few hours later. They really accommodated me and my busy schedule and I will never go to a chain place ever again, I found my new trust worthy mechanic. His whole staff is great and I did not walk away feeling ripped off, they actually made me love my car again. =)

Charlie Kremer is the third generation Kremer to run this shop. He comes from a family of automobile racing and classic car enthusiasts. His labor rates are pretty typical and I would say theyre fair -- lower than the dealer, for sure -- unless you have a buddy with a lift and the tools to do it yourself. I bring my Honda Element to him whenever I can.If youre a JDM enthusiast, this is not the shop for you. I dont think Charlies going to lower your ride, install an aftermarket intercooler, or turn your daily driver into a maad drift car. But hell get you back on the road and thats what its all about, mahn.
