I have had a mildew smell coming from the crawlspace in my villa. There was water getting into the crawlspace and left standing. In particularly humid days, the odor was bad and concerning.I had 5 estimates from basement and crawlspace companies to encapsulate the area, ranging from $16,000 to $30,000!! Needless to say, I could not nor would not pay the amount of money with which I could purchase a new car!A friend told me that the first step would be to remove the water with fans and close off the vents to prevent water entering. He recommended not enlisting any of those companies for an outrageous amount of money. I then, decided to look on another direction.....mold removal.Once I found Advantaclean and Brian and Scott inspected the area, they recommended exactly what my friend told me. I could not believe that they were saying the same thing and that I did not have to sell my firstborn child! It was a MIRACLE that I finally found them. Otherwise, I was in a quandary.Its been about 2 weeks since they installed fans to eliminate the standing water, close off the vents and install a dehumidifier. I DO NOT smell the mildew any longer!!!! This cost was under $4,000!!!, a far cry from the estimates that I had received. Granted, it is not a full encapsulation, but it does not appear that such a process was necessary. I dont know what I would have done had I not found them. They were knowledgeable, punctual, personable, efficient, ethical and every positive adjective that I could use. Recommend them: WITHOUT HESITATION! Thank you, Scott and Brian, for allowing me to breathe air that is not full of mold and to eliminate an unpleasant odor in my house.

He showed up on time, took appropriate Covid safety precautions, and did a thorough inspection of our attic. He concluded there was minimal water damage and no mold, but still sent us a report with pics and videos, even though we didn’t need his services. When we were looking to have our ducts cleaned a year later, I noticed AdvantaClean was one of the companies listed so I emailed Brian and he responded promptly, gave us a reasonable quote, and worked us into his schedule. Last week, Brian & Scott showed up on time as expected, explained the process, and did a great job in the time frame they gave us. Scott showed up and was very professional and personable. He explained the whole process and was accommodating to my kids’ schedule. The crew was very professional and efficient with their work and Scott answered questions above and beyond what the job called for. Very happy I hired this crew to come out. I definitely felt the personable service of a small, locally run company by a couple of family guys I could relate with and count on for a good quality job. I also know that if I call them with any other issues or questions, they will personally take the time to address them.

This company has impeccable customer service and life altering services! AdvantaClean followed up with us consistently throughout our crazy unpredictable timeline. My main point of contact, Scott, was easy to reach when I had questions and prompt with responses. After their mold removal service our basement is so unrecognizable I would have thought they magically transplanted someone elses. Their duct cleaning service has allowed me to walk into my new home without an instant asthma attack and days of recovery after one hour of being in the home and we are still doing renovations! Mold is a scary thing for a home owner and some companies like to prey on that fear. AdvantaClean is not one of those companies! Brian came out, inspected the crawlspace and then sent quotes for different degrees of fixing the problem along with the remediation. Of course I wanted the most extreme fix but Brian said it was overkill. He couldve made some serious money on me but only recommended I did what was the best solution for my problem. Great, honest, reliable company. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone!

Please use this company if you have any water/mold or any other kind of damage in your home. They explain well what is the issue and give you step by step what they are going to do to fix it. They are professional and kind. The best thing of all is they work quickly and do excellent work for a decent price.We had mold growing on our drywall in our garage. We had discovered water damage from our master bath in our laundry room and had our contractor out to do the repairs. When they took the drywall down from the ceiling they noticed mold and stopped so we could get that addressed. We called Advantaclean and they came out very quickly to address our needs. They were very professional and did a very thorough job removing the mold that was found. We were impressed with how well they communicated with our contractor to keep our project on track.
