We called Quest after we had had problems with another company not getting back to us. Pete was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. He came out and helped us get our estimate approved through insurance, including an additional supplement. In the end, we didnt even need Quests services, but Pete still helped us get all of our questions answered and found someone who was appropriate to complete the job. I would recommend Quest and Pete to anyone needing any water restoration in the area. He was the consummate professional and gave all of his effort, even without any compensation due to the nature of our project. We are very grateful for all of his help.

Quest Restorations was a great company to work with. After the city created a backup in our basement, Quest Restorations came out the evening we discovered the backup and had a team at our home the next morning. They whole team was professional and efficient. I cant recommend Quest Restortations enough for great work during a difficult circumstance.

Unfortunately, I feel as if my mother was taken advantage of.I scheduled quest to clean up the water in my mother’s basement after a drain backed up.From walking into finished basement, you COULD NOT tell there was an issue. After stepping on the carpet, it was obvious that the water had soaked into the carpet and soaked nearly across the room. The carpet WAS NOT wet to touch completely across the width of the room. So, its not as if there was a real flood situation. When the workers arrived, the person insisted on knowing what insurance my mother had and the amount of coverage.My mother told me that the quest employee stated, Oh, Allstate usually has $5000 of coverage. It was amazing to find that the bill came in at approx $100 less that the amount of coverage ($4873). Unfortunately, that didnt leave any funds for new carpet of a repair of the foundation drain.I am also sure that the amount of the bill was not proportional to the amount of cleanup required.I could have gotten a couple people to help me haul carpet upstairs and run a shopvac for a small fraction of this price.The water was cleaned up, but at a ridiculous rate.Never again...

Amazing FAST service! After a stressful disaster the crew came in calm and reassuring. Took care of all the damage with a courteous staff. Made sure our unaffected areas were taped down with protection, to stayed is clean as possible through the cleanup. Anything that was salvageable in the disaster area was taking care of. At this point you would never know anything even happened. Management has followed up to make sure everything was done perfectly. Highly recommend Quest for sure!

We returned to our home after some time at our Florida condo. We found standing water with mold on the walls in our basement. After looking on line for a record of quick and satisfied customer reviews, we called Quest. Best decision I have ever made. It was a Friday and I fully expected to not have the issue addressed til the following week. Surprise, Pete was there in less than an hour. He called in his team and they quickly began their magic. Pete and his team began and even worked through the weekend. His entire crew was very professional, and a delight to work with. They even had a female on the team, Britney. She was a big help in assisting my wife to emotionally deal with the need to make choices in what to hold on to and what needed to go. Pictures and momentos from 52 years of marriage, 3 children and even our grandchildren make it an emotion laden chore to say keep or let it go to soggy memories. We hired Quest Restoration after we had a fire at our rental property. They did a thorough inspection of the entire house and provided a detailed estimate for all of the damage that was found. Quest was professional, honest, and upfront about the entire process and cost from beginning to end, which made it easy to understand what was happening and why. We had a water pipe junside a wall burst and an ensuing flood the day before Thanksgiving. Quest Restoration responded quickly and professionally. Not only did Quest Restoration provide the remediation, they also completed the repairs. It is very important to note that Quest Restoration does noy work for an insurance company, they work for the customer. They will be a laison between you and the insurance company. They will provide information ( good & bad but honest) every step of the way. It is not unusual for the owner of the company to visit the job site.

I could not be MORE thankful for Quest Restoration! The faulty plumbing in my house finally failed and we had water damage in our office ceiling. Quest got their crew out to my home (2 hours away) before any further damage could be done. The team knew EXACTLY what to do and had my home water damage free within hours!
