We had a house fire a year ago, house was damaged from water from fire department. Our insurance company told us to get a cleaning estimate, so we called these people. BAD IDEA!!! They came out for a whole 10 mins to tells us, yeah its wet and left. Our insurance cut them a check, and they have been harassing us to pay them, and threatening to put a lien on our home. Leave us alone, you have been paid by our insurance. I guess next we will just have to take them to court with proof they were paid by our insurance. Your company is a joke, very unprofessional. Please do not hire these people, you have been warned.

As a contractor I have found cleaner and dryer to be a reliable company that is affordable and shows up on time. Whether you need remodeling or emergency service cleaner and dryer is my recommendation anyone for anyone seeking water remediation restoration or construction. My insurance company hired them to removed water and dry my basement after my sump pump failed. They did remove the water, the bottom 18 of drywall, and the carpet padding. However, they banged up my upstairs walls quite a bit getting hoses down and left a large mess of drywall everywhere. Additionally, they were very expensive for the quality of work.

Our insurance company referred us to Cleaner & Dryer for water damage. It took several weeks for them to fit us in their schedule, which we were understanding about since companies are short-staffed. The problem came when we called once a week for FIVE weeks after their visit to get our estimate. By that time we already had most of the water cleaned up ourselves. Once the estimate finally arrived via email, it was information/photos from a completely different house. I dont recommend this company to anyone.

Remodeled bathroom and the office staff and project managers were very professional. Communicated very well in the field w/the project managers. Referred by my insurance agent said that he would use them again and I will too. My bathroom has never looked better and I never had to call them to check when they were coming out. they promised to be there, do the work, and in a quick fashion. Had a garage fire recently extensive damage ... dryer & Cleaner were contracted the work thru my insurance company. I heard from them promptly after initial review and assessment they got to work within a week ...everyone they sent was professional and highly skilled the end product is awesome! The lead contact Jordan was very professional and answered every question I had thru calls or text and I had many ! I would hire this company again for anything that may come up . Great job guys !

Handled a flooded Basement for us back in November. Responded quickly and management answered all our questions, as we had no idea what to expect or how the process works. Crews went above and beyond expectations and even applied extra cleaning agent to make sure we didnt get any mold. Insurance company paid them directly, we were completely hands off for the whole process, which was great. Would recommend their services to anyone I cared about.

I had a tree fall on my barn. Cleaner and Dryer came out the next day and tarped everything off and within a few days the tree was removed and cleaned up. The construction team had my barn back to normal in no time. Great team and they did a great job. Thank you Cleaner and Dryer.

We have been working with them since November (5 months ago) to help with damage from a leaky dishwasher. They came out fast for the estimate. It was close to the holidays so we mutually decided to wait until January to do the repairs. They wanted to get my insurance check before starting any repairs which took a while to get to them. In February after the finance part was taken care of, they came out again to solidify the plan and I was told they would call to schedule. I tried to call many times with no response at all. Finally we heard back from them and they sent out someone last week. We were told that they would be back out today. I sent a message and tried to call but have still not received a call back. It has been 5 months. 5 months...😒

Cleaner and Dryer recently had done some work on my home. Dave and Jordan were very accommodating with my schedule and got the job done and made the insurance took care of the damage that was done to my home. They had done a complete roofing, all the trim, window damages and replaced, dry wall, plaster, paint ect. I appreciate Jordan and his friendly professionalism and I would recommend this company.

We used cleaner and dryer to remove mold from our attic due to a botched roofing job. They had to come back several times, but they kept their word, and restored it to our satisfaction. The workers were courteous and very professional, I felt comfortable having them around my family. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

Cleaner & Dryer Restoration completed one job for me and two for my parents in the Toledo area. The jobs included a flooded basement, water damage in the ceiling, drywall repair and construction, painting and carpet cleaning. I was very impressed with the above and beyond attitude and professionalism with a very competitive price. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience! Called on Friday to get a mold inspection, told I would receive a call on the following Monday to set up the inspection for later in the week, never received the call. I finally called on Tuesday morning at 9am to follow up, and I was notified that the person I needed to speak with was in a meeting and would be sure to call me back. Fast forward to 4pm on Tuesday when I decided to call again as I had not received a return call. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes and finally when they came back they said they had no record of me calling on Friday and there is nothing they can do. Didnt apologize or anything. Dont waste your time with this business! They are not organized, their customer service is lacking, and the customer is not a priority.

I had work done at the beginning of the year. I have finally decided to write my review. Roof was done nicely. They did miss some tar paper and nails on the ground. The ceiling was a whole different story. The first guy got paint splater on some of my stuff. The patch job looked horrible. The paint cracked and you could clearly see the square cut out. Instead of asking us to move the kitchen table and use a step ladder to paint the ceiling he decides to just stand on the kitchen table bench. We put the globes to our ceiling fan in the bench seat. Needless to say he shattered the main globe. They did replace the whole ceiling fan because we couldnt find a replacement globe. They sent a second guy out to fix the first guys mistake but after he was done the paint cracked again and you can still see the outline of the patch. We just gave up. Ill update with a picture later.

We had water damage from a flooded basement about a month ago. At first we were excited that they got here so quickly. They were here for 3 1/4 hours. They didnt take anything out of the basement, instead pushed everything together and made a bigger mess. Absolutely soaked clothing and other items were left in bags and ruined because we were not told they were left there and were subsequently ruined.We found items ruined from being tossed around. They ripped up the carpet in the basement but didnt take the carpet from the stairs that they walked on for 3 hours with wet boots. They cut out dry wall from one side of a wall but not the other side.Grand total $2600.00!! And the bill said water damage mitigation $712.74 and Taxable $1789.52. I still have no idea what I paid for exactly.Will never use them again!! Very disappointed!!

A few items were damaged but for the most part they handled everything quickly and had things cleaned well

I would not use cleaner and dryer again. Incomplete job. Huge difference in what they said was included in price over the phone compared to actual. Working with them only increased my stress level with the basement flood we experienced.
