I got hit on I280 and my car was in no shape to drive. I am not from Toledo, so I based calling these guys on the reviews and it was a good decision. Their dispatcher sent Steve and another guy out. Took them about 30 minutes which was excellent considering the traffic jam our accident created. They sent us on our way and loaded the car up and shortly after delivered it to where we specified. Nothing but good things to say about these guys and I appreciate them very much.

State Farm roadside service could not find someone. After an hour stranded I called them and they came right out. They will be my personal roadside service from now on.

Called this co for a tow when my car broke down on 75 S around midnight this weekend.Website said available 24 hrs, they were located near the breakdown incident & my home, plus had good reviews, seemed like a good choice.The gentleman on the phone was pleasant & promised someone would be there shortly.After over an hour of waiting with my 11 yr old son we walked home on the eway.Passer bys offered more help than the tow company we had called.My many return calls were met with a recording that saidthis number does not currently have a voicemail set up for it at this time.What 24 hr tow company doesnt have a vm?!!I would definitely never recommend this company!If you want prompt professional service look elsewhere! Anywhere else!I ended up using J & J Towing on W Alexis - they were there in 10 mìn, professional, & charged a reasonable rate!!!

D & M is a great towing and auto service. I was in Toledo from out of town when i had some really bad car problems. They worked with me and my situation to come up with the best solution and they stuck to it and got the job done and got me back home. They also were super fair with me and not once did i feel like i was being taking advantage of. I would recommend this buisness to anyone who needs help or needs a car fixed because they are really good people and they will take care of you.

I just called and he told me it would cost 150.00 to tow a car. Then started snoring on the phone! And I asked why so much he said because I would have to send someone out at night from there family! I said I work for a towing company and they don’t charge that at night for a light duty tow. He said well you better call them then! Nice customer service!

Dave is the man! Girlfriend was broke down with a flat tire and dead battery at 7am. We called 3 other places before D & M and they wanted anywhere from $125-269 just to jump and change the tire. Outrageous. Dave was closer and his pricing was very reasonable. Was there within 15 minutes of calling and was done in less than 10. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience in an otherwise unpleasant situation. Thanks again, Dave!

I drove my car in a flood called d&m he responded too me very quickly pulled my car out and gave me a ride too where I needed too go. Very fast service and the driver was very helpful, nice, and comforting .. I would highly recommend D&M too anyone that needs tow services !!!!

Ive had work done through this company twice. He knew exactly what was wrong before even looking at the car both times. I called and spoke to Dave at 8 this morning and he told me to call back btwn 9:30-10 and someone would be available to tow my car. So I did that and then was told that it would be a little longer and that he would contact me back. Hours go by and I hear nothing from him. Called again and was assured that they would get to me today....after wasting half of my day waiting on him to contact me, I finally realized that he was bsing me...knows his stuff but lacks lacks customer service... definitely wont be doing business with them again!
