They gave me a time 45 min and they were here with in 20 min very happy with them would call again

Husbands a stranded 9 minutes away from Throne. Progressive dispatched them to help . His Jack had broken at 8:15 pm after getting off work at North Towne commons. It took over 2.5 hrs of waiting. I called the local 419 number to reach them after the Progressive had Throne as arriving soon for over 45 mins. The first receptionist was kind, she then transferred me to a rude woman who essentially said “if they’ve been dispatched they will be there” after I inquired as to an actual eta. This was @11:27 pm. @ 12:20 am after 3+ hours of waiting for them they canceled the order. Good thing a passerby stopped after seeing my husband as the only person on that 1/2 of the parking lot (Target had closed, the buffet had closed he was the only car out there).

Great customer service on the phone and in person. Was able to get a new tire mounted and balance and the spare taken off at short notice for the first trip.

Had my vehicle towed back to my house for me and did a fantastic job accommodating my requests upon drop off of vehicle. I dont want to need to use them again but certainly will of necessary

A good driver it knows how to handle a car puts right where you want it no complaint very good service but I am all the time

They had some issues figuring out my air conditioning problems but kept after it and treated me so well. They got it figured out and it is great! Then I had some damage done to my Lincoln and they did a marvelous job and quick on the body work and paint...one more thing I picked up my car with air issues and my front end was acting strangely. Dave took time to check it out, take is some place to be looked at and the issues was fixed. This was not anything he needed to be concerned about but he was and he went way beyond what he needed to to make sure my car was safe. Great people!

We had a misunderstanding about the shade of black that I wanted something painted, and they painted it again, no hassles at all. Very professional, I would highly recommend them.

Took my car in with check engine light and other warning lights coming on. Fixed the problem with the check engine light and it seems to have resolved the other problems. Didnt try to fix something that wasnt actually broken. Trustworthy and reliable. Second car I have taken there and both times he was up front about what was wrong and what it would cost me (and wether it was worth it). All my vehicle business will be done here.

I highly recommend thrones auto service! The owner is such a nice guy, and the tow truck drivers go above and beyond to help you out in any way possible! My tie rod broke on my car and they arrived within 10-15 minutes, and even though this guys phone kept going off with new calls he never once made me feel rushed, he took the time to explain everything to me, you don’t really realize how busy these tow truck drivers get and what their job really consist of until you see it for yourself! I called and ask for a tow, since my car broke down . First lady answered the phone ask me for my info then connected to another woman that asked questions then put another woman on the phone. Stupid

I have both of my daughters vehicles serviced at Thrones and the service is always completed on time and reasonably priced. They are honest and flexible about their schedule and mine. I would recommend 100% of the time!

Do NOT use this towing service repeatedly I have seen Thrones tow trucks driving unsafely and they dont care, Flatbed ohio PJR 3460 tailgating another vehicle then proceeds to cut off my own vehicle. Dont trust them to tow your vehicle driving any safer than they do without a vehicle. Called the company to let them know if this drivers unsafe road behavior and they didnt care to hear it just told me to call back later.

The owner of throne auto service has done a great job and has gone above and beyond anything I have taken there to get fixed he is very through in his explanation of what was wrong and what he did to fix it my friends and I will only take our vehicals there for them to fix and as far as the towing goes his drives have always treated my vehicles as there own taking the utmost care and caution when dealing with them i would recommend throne to anyone that asks where to get mechanical or body work done.

Great Team here from the owner to the workers. The guys here work with everything giving to them. They handle vehicles that have been in accidents, repairs that came in, to body work and towing vehicles, personal and TPD. Giving 110% with every job they do. I had over 15 codes pop up in my car after I took it in to a dealership. Dealership wanted to charge me 2,500 to fix my car and couldn’t guaranty it wouldn’t fix it completely. I went to thrones and my car was done for a reasonable price that I could afford even with a tow.I see a lot of rude people when it comes to the corner light at thrones. Please take your time around there and also realize the heavy equipped truck take a minute to back up in the yard, also they don’t have much room to park or make the turns but they still make it work. So have some patience and realize they are just trying to do their job.If you see a tow truck, a semi, a heavy equipped vehicle please don’t get your vehicle so close for the safety of those men and woman that choose to do the jobs not many will. It’s easy for you to stop your vehicle it’s not easy for them to stop those heavy equipped vehicle. They also only have some much time to get the job done. When it’s an accident and TPD calls they only have so much time to make it to the accident. If they are late TPD makes note of it and after so many strikes they get taken off the call list. You may not see the whole picture when it comes to those jobs because you’re in retail or sitting behind a desk but when people get their vehicle to close to a heavy equipped vehicle you are risking not just you but them as well. When you are in a hurry and or you get too close. It makes it harder for the person in that heavy equipped vehicle to do their job. That puts life’s in danger.When it comes to dispatch give them a break. Sometimes when it comes to taking calls its one person trying to keep track of all the calls and orders and making sure the workers will have time for your call. It’s like calling the doctor’s office and waiting for a call back about your question. So relax, breathe, and patience or call back later.Before you are quick to judge or quick to write a bad review just think. What if you were operating that heavy equipment? What if you were taking those calls?Slow Down and or Move Over. Don’t be so rude.

I had my car towed to their place after I crashed my car. When I called them the next day to get an estimate on how much it would cost to get my car mechanically working again they quoted me 5000. After talking to a few other mechanics I got an average price quote of 1500. After talking with them for a while it became clear to me that they were trying to get me to scrap my car to them that way they could fix it and sell it themselves.Eventually I got my car towed out of there and got it fixed through a different company. But I just want to warn anyone who is thinking about using any of their services TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Weird, Rita Jones. Well, everyone is capable of having a bad day, I suppose. I hadnt had the occasion to use this company for years, thankfully. Somebody broke in to my vehicle by smashing the passenger window, and I was driving into some storms, so before the new window arrived via Fedex, I used Gorilla glue tape to tarp it up, and the stuff wouldnt come off, even Gorilla had no solution to help me. Thrones did, and they didnt even charge me. I guess everyone has a different definition for integrity.

Had a serious car emergency late on a saturday night in the freezing cold windy weather that we have in nw ohio. Matt came to my rescue!! My ball joint had disconnected right when i pulled in my apartment complex driveway!! Everywhere else either didnt have anyone to do it or had very long wait times. Matt got there very quick, was super insightful and careful with my very broken car!! Even went as far as to putting it up on blocks for me because nothing could be done with it til at least Monday! The moves that he made with my car on his flatbed and the way he lowered it gently to the ground as to not damage my vehicle was amazing!! I have never seen anyone so skilled in a trade!! Super nice guy took care of me extremely well!! These guys really care about what they do and i will never use another company again for my car needs!!! Thanks again matt!!! Kudos to you!!

The first time I had a vehicle towed by Thrones,their truck showed up 15 minuets before the e.t.a. I was given,the driver was very polite,,i rode with him to drop my car off at my house,we talked about his job,I was pretty impressed when the driver told me that he towed for five different police agencies,combined they cover all of lucas county for law enforcement and have a 30 minute response time that is set by the law enforcement agencies,I personally think that is not enough time for the tow truck drivers,especially when its rush hour,I respect what the tow truck drivers do,when they are clearing roadways due to accidents,,somebody has to do it and I would imagine that if they are moving quickly that they are heading to an important call,that is theyre job,Thrones also tows and provides emergency services for state farm,allstate,progressive,quest logistics,usaa,agero,general motors,honda,ford,chrysler and usac,,they travel all over n.w.ohio and s.e.michigan,people should not be so quick to judge and should not be able to review corporations and small businesses without having had a service provided for them by said company,,I had excellent service by them and would recommend Throne towing to anyone,,I know that they would be the first place I would call if I needed a tow.

This was a few years back however had my car worked on there front end damage literally took them 4 weeks when it was done it was not done right bad paint job the hood did not line up correctly and one of my front lights was positioned higher than the other. Basically wont be returning there for anything. my sister also had a terrible experience with them.

WORST cutomer service for towing EVER ! The girl insisted on arguing with me over the time waited on HOLD ! The initial hold was 10 mins she picked up I informed her we needed tow she put me back on hold came back on 5 mins later acting as though she had no idea of our previous conversation and when I told her I had been on hold for nearly 20 mins she said thers a timer for holds I told her to add the first ten mins !!! she began ARGUING with me ......I hung up . I ued these guys for years ......NEVER AGAIN !!

Waited 2 hours for a tow and the guy never showed up. Called him multiple times and he said he was on his way. Call someone else if you need a tow...
