I own a shop, called to geta customer car towed...The pathetic guy who answered the phone obviously can not comprehend plain English. He ask me to repeat what I needed then just hung up on me....I know the owner of this towing company but after being hung up on, I wont waste my time ever calling them again.

Real nice guys, called them in the morning and they were busy, but could get me around noon, and were on it 3 minutes after. Knowledgeable and safe.

The people was very prompt as well as knowledgeable, i drive a Mercedes Benz and they knew how it had to be towed and treated me with the utmost respect, and offered to get me home. My children as well as my FAMILY used this business.

Was promised a lot of things the man barely even wanted to pay me then he yells and screams like Im a kid Im 46 years old Ive been that spuds Auto parts for over 25 years and that Westwood Auto parts at Liberty Auto parts all my friends in the city of Toledo know me this guys been in the country for 10 years and says its ran like a prison....

I went in with a issue with my blower motor I was charged 200$ and it worked fine for 2 days . It turned out it was a bad conecter and they said they dont do electric work my question was how do you hook up a new part to a bad conecter? Went back again and the boss told me he would fix it himself 3 days later I found out he wrapped tape around the conecter and I still have the same problem no ac or any air coming from my dash idk if they ever changed the blower motor .DISHONEST DISHONEST DISHONESTBEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE

Prices are unbeatable! $35 a piece for a tire and I received almost brand new tires with a lot of life left. They’re respectful and pretty quick too. If you’re in need of tires quick like I was, this is definitely the place to go.

Awesome first experience. I needed my brake pads replaced for my 2014 Elantra and it only cost me $40! It was super hot that day and the inside waiting area was nice and cool for my family. The mechanic came in and gave me real numbers for the future things I needed fixed on my car. The first mechanic Ive been to that didnt try to rip me off.

Update. Yes after a couple days my issue was resolved. In fact I recently went back and got 2 used tired put on my car.Had 4 tired put on my truck yesterday. Front passenger side, they broke a post for my lug nuts and the back passenger had one light nut not even tightened. Been trying to call them but no answer

Talk about taking care of a damsel in distress...... about 5 pm yesterday was cruising south on 75 from MI to Columbus, passenger tie rod broke while doing around 70. Durango bounced around like I had hydraulics on the damn thing. Managed to creep about 3 blocks to a Burger King, God in his wonderful ways kept me from total disaster, roughly just miles prior to it breaking I was running the fast lane with a semi to my right and a tanker to the semis right,,,you get the picture huh. Unbelievably the wheel was intact to where I could manage it to the Burger King. Googled tow companies and the first one was Bargain Towing. I wanted them to tow it to Columbus, instead they suggested they tow me to their shop and they could fix it right away if it was in fact a rod. At the shop he turned the tire back and forth and I just about S&%T when I realized the possibilities of what really could have happened to me or anyone else near me on 75. These men stayed past closing hours and fixed BOTH rods and I was on my way to Columbus around 7:15 pm. This company and the employees are top notch. Even if you dont need a tow,,,,,,,the mechanic knows his wrench. Help support them with your business, you wont be disappointed with their work OR PRICES !!!!!!!!!!THANKS AGAIN YOU GUYS !!!!!!Nancy Latella
