Took my car in for repairs, great same day service and low prices for low income customers (the people are really nice there too). I will come again for issues with my vehicle. Try them out, you wont regret it.

Be careful he is not professional. Mike towed us because my vintage car broke down. After the tow and the failed repair he requested payment. We paid within 4 days of invoice. (This is the unprofessional part) He must have lost his records (we have invoice & receipt records) so he started threatening us on text messages: first, increasing the bill another $125 adding services and penalties, and second threating to send it to courts. Here is his second text message, Sir your bill is not taken care of yet....and please take care of it with n 48 hours or will send it to a court thank you again... He is not organized and he will threaten and bully you.

I took my Cadillac in because it was making a horrible noise in the front and also every light on the dash was on. They recommended me very cheap parts and got it done in 1 day. Very satisfied

I used this place a few years back and got good fair service however it was not the case this tine! They charged me 75.00 for a 2 mile tow after quoting me a 50.00 tow! I took it to them regarding a oil leak they never addressed this issue however they supposedly found a bad transmission a bad booster and so on I declined to have the service completed and asked for 1 quart of oil he charged me 1050 for one quart! Than to boot it took them 35 minutes to find my keys! Please don’t find yourself in a situation like mine! He saw a single older lady who he thought he could gauge!

I took my 2011 Dodge Caliber to them because my hatch would not open and I needed to change my taillight. It took 2 minutes to open my hatch they said it was jammed and charged me 50 dollars. 2 hours later it was stuck again. I called them and they said to bring it in. I did and he didnt even look at it and said you need a body shop. I asked about a refund or partial refund and he said we did what we could and just walked away from me. Very unprofessional and I will never go there again.

Very satisfied with the service I received on my 04 Honda CRV so much so I took my Buick Enclave in for service. Its a challenge to find a reputable mechanic on this day and age. Thanks Abraham

I can say that these guys were honest with me from the start, which is a novelty these days. Abraham is a down to earth kind of guy, I like the whole team, but he’s the one that kept me updated on the price, and the timeframe. I will continue to do any automotive business with A to Z service and Towing on Reynolds road. I recommend anyone to go there with any car issues.

Took truck in for abs problem. He called and said my truck was done, $675 bucks. New calipers and pads but the problem is still there which he did not mention before being paid. Then when I called him to let him know the problem was still there he said to drive it around for a few days and if it didnt go away to come back and we will talk about it? I took my vehicle to another mechanic who found the problem. bad speed sensor. $175 same day fix

This was literally the best service ever. We were impressed how everything ran smoothly. My boyfriend and I needed our vehicle towed from Toledo to Defiance. They were very friendly, reliable, and had fair prices. We will definitely be using there services if we ever need towing again in the future and would definitely recommend it to people we know. We went to 3 other repair shops and were quoted for 3 different issues and 3 very expensive fixes. I recalled seeing an advertisement for A to Z Service and Towing and thought why not give them a try? I’m so glad We did. They took our vehicle, hoisted it up and started looking into the issue. You wouldn’t believe it but the 3 other quotes we got were garbage and not even the issue. A to Z saved us time, lots of money and a big headache. We won’t trust our vehicle to anyone from now on. Dropped my car off to be serviced 4 times. Every time the car was never done when he said it would be. Sometimes he would hold my car for 3 days with no service. I do not recommend you take any vehicle there. They will take all day with your car and not do the work at all

I had my 2000 Ford Mustang serviced for an oil change elsewhere. I was told I needed brakes, calipers, and rotors. They gave me an estimate which was pretty high. I then called around and got the same high estimates except for A to Z. Their price was very reasonable and I was allowed to take pictures of the parts that they used that were of high quality. They got me in right away, the car is running smoothly, and A to Z will definitely be my go to auto repair shop. Thanks A to Z Services and Towing!

Best experience I have ever had with any type of service company including my own (I have been an HVAC contractor for 35 years) I am from Michigan and broke down in Ohio and I called for a tow not only did they respond fast but went to two places to pick up parts ( this was close to 5 PM and parts supply house was closing and had me on the road home by 6I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars — thank you A to Z

I went to get a tire pull up to the location. There was about 4 or 5 mechanics working but 3 of the mechanics not busy. Not one of the mechanics or workers said a word to me. They let me walk around sit in side the lobby for 10 mins walk back to the garage looked at all the mechanics waiting to ask to be helped. Nothing they watched me walk back to my car and pulled off. I dont know what kinda of costumer service that was but it was bad enough to make me not want to come back. Made me feel like it was something wrong with me.

We call for towing truck. to tow our truck. he tell me 45 minute eta. two hour waiting no one come. i call again he tell me 20 minute we waited 3 hours no one come. plz you dont waste any one time like this

The guy was nice. However,I needed my ac checked. They charge you 2 diagnostic fees.. 1st to recharge with dye. 2nd to check where dye is leaking. Not ok. Midas does the same thing except they view it as one process and dont charge you when you come back for them to track the dye. This is a money grab..

Do not go here. The owner just looked at my husbands car and said his engine was blown and that it would cost $2500. He didnt even take time to see why the car was overheating. We took it to another mechanic, and paid $80.00. His engine was not blown, a cap had blown off the top of the engine. He is purposely over charging people, he is taking advantage of hardworking peoples lack of knowledge about cars. The things he is doing is illegal. So if you go here prepared to be robbed of your money.

Worked with us on our sons car. Needed new engine. Took awhile to get it back partially our fault, getting the $$.Its been a few more months and they had the car another time. A valve he said he could not find the replacement. And a lock on the oil sensor was broken. However all he told us was the valve and when I found one on eBay he said it was not long enough.Took the car to Walts on Byrne and Glendale, he replaced the valve and yes the one Id gotten fit. Then he found the sensor lock broken and fixed it. Long story short, I doubt Ill be going back.

Typing this as i am waiting for the tow truck driver to arrive. This place is a scam. They use junkyard parts to fix your vehicles I had two new waterpumps installed both failed the next day and here its the waterpump again. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else trust me.

Not on time at all told me 30 minutes or less. Well at 40 minutes I called them they told me 20 more minutes well that was another 40 minutes later. I will never call these clowns again!!!! So unprofessional
