Dr. Burrow and his staff have changed my outlook on getting back into the dentist finally and feeling unafraid about it. They make me feel so comfortable. I never thought Id say this, but I cant wait to go back!

I hated going to the dentist. I would avoid until I could not. But not anymore. My experience at Tower Dental has changed my whole prospective on dental care. The experience I had was not only painless but the explanation of what needed to done and why made me extremely comfortable that my dentist had my best interest in mind. Everyone was very pleasant and professional as well. A 5 star experience from the beginning to the end!

The staff was very inviting. I have a very busy work week and they were able to accommodate so that I was able to make my appointment. They are very understanding. They also have payment plans available when you need a procedure and don’t have the money to pay upfront. The dental hygienist was extremely nice and friendly. She held conversations and gave me dental tips. I’m glad I went to them.Highly recommend.

My husband came as a new patient and for a second opinion. Tower dental was amazing! They were able to see him right away. Not only did they give us an honest opinion, but also a very reasonable price. New to the area and so glad we found them! Needless to say, we will be back with the whole family!

Absolutely the best!!!! Always Professional, caring and just EXCELLENT! I have been a patient for years (I was a young woman when a dear friend recommended this office to me, I am now 65.) Dr Heinrichs was my primary Dentist but Dr Bosserman has also helped me with root canal and other work. I now have Dr Burrows and he is very excellent!! My hygienist Sue is wonderful, Sarah is awesome. I am always treated with such dignity and caring. I generally hate going to the dentist. But since I have become a patient here, Ive been shown that it doesnt have to be an anxiety-ridden, white-knuckled process, where you get scolded for not taking perfect care of your teeth, and you leave in more pain than you arrived.I cant give enough credit to the team at Tower Dental! They are all very kind and will joke around. They have a way of easing the tension and relaxing you (even during a root canal).

Sue is an awesome Dental Hygienist. She explained everything happening in plain form. I had lots of questions about a variety of dental related topics; she answered with patience and lots of knowledge. I didnt feel rushed or bothersome like I have felt in other offices.

For anyone that is afraid of the dentist, this is where you need to go to get the tender loving care with amazing staff! Also, very affordable and able to get in within a reasonable time frame!

Love this practice! I took my two year old son in today to get dental work done. He is a rambunctious little man and I was very anxious going in not knowing how he would do. Dr. Bosserman was nothing short of amazing! He was so kind and calm with my son talking in a kid voice showing him how each tool worked before he used it! He even sang you are my sunshine to my son when he started to get antsy at the end. I left blown away by the excellent care we received:)

They show absolutely no loyalty to customers who have been going there for 30+ years. My grandfather who now has Parkinsons and does not get around real well struggled big time going inside. After needing assistance and no one coming out to help my mom decided that it was time for them to switch to a location that is more handicapped accessible.After my mom let them know they would not be returning the lady bold faced lied to my mom (who has been taking my grandpa there for two years) saying they have helped him inside each time. Lied right to her face.She called Dr Bossermen personally, wanting to express that it was unfortunately obvious that they had no sympathy or empathy for my grandpa struggling to come inside for 20 minutes and then after leaving abruptly they never called to check to make sure everything was alright. After Dr. Bosserman was EXTREMELY rude to my mom on the phone (I heard it on speaker) she could not even get a word in, she ended the call.An assistant in the office called back moments later to get the information needed to end their services with my grandpa. I expressed to her they that should put a sign up front stating (for caregivers and family members) that if they need assistant that it is available to them all you have to do is ask. She said they use the method of telling their patients well, when your patient does not have the best memory and will not remember to tell the caregiver who is taking them to and from appointments how does that help? They need to put it on a sign in the lobby letting everyone know as a reminder.Instead of taking my idea in stride, hoping to make the next persons experience better and more efficient she said this conversation is over; that being said so is this rant. But I just wanted to let you know if you are looking to start going here, keep in mind as you get older you might not be able to get in :)-Jenna EideToledo, OHFYI: we found a great dentist BROOKVIEW DENTAL in Sylvania is great!!!
