Dr. Hashim and the entire team at Toledo Dental Arts provided excellent care during my stay in Toledo. They diagnosed and treated a condition that had gone undiscovered by my previous dentist and took the time to explain each step of the procedure and treatment plan. I was nervous to have dental work done during the pandemic but they take Covid-19 precautions very seriously and I felt safe during every visit. I would highly recommend Toledo Dental Arts - they are the best!

I purchased dental whiting kit from this center and paid cash after waiting outside fore 25 minutes (because of Corona restrictions around 25-28th October 2020) to get the kit and I found the kit was expired and wasn’t sticky enough to stay in the mould and spread over my gum and caused bad inflammation. it’s price was 50$ which is more than the triple price for the same product online 😑

Dr. Hisham started a work and when the inssurance is up, his office asked me to pay in full before the rescheduling. They stated that they have no payment plans. He treated my tooth canal (i.e., removing the nerve). The problem is that its better not start that business unless you finish it. This means its better for me if I didnt started that treatment. Now, I have an uneven (poorly sealed) tooth that I may lose at any moment. Its frustrating that Im in the middle of unfinished business. Im frustrated the way they look at patients. Its pure business.

Went here a bit ago for a clean up, told me I had 4-5 cavities that needed filling. I made an appointment to get 2 filled and after that appointment decided to go to aspen dental to get a second opinion and I had another teeth cleaning coming up anyways. They told me that I had 0 cavities and the ones filled most likely weren’t either! They took advantage of my insurance and will never go back there.

My wife and I moved to Toledo just this past In Summer. I did my research for a new dentist and found Toledo Dental Arts to be welcoming and professional. (I truly enjoy visiting with everyone at the office.) Dr. Hashim and his entire staff are incredibly skilled and caring. Everyone takes the time to explain exactly what treatment best suits your personal needs. TDA did not hesitate in welcoming me as a new patient, and scheduled my first appointment within a few days. I gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable group skilled in the latest advancements in dental care.

Best dentist around. Lindsey at the front desk is very helpful with any questions or concerns you have. They own all their own specialized equipment, so youre never sent to a specialist and they can charge less for the procedures. Root canal and crown cost me less than half of what I have paid elsewhere.

Dr.Hashim is awesome! Easy to talk to, thorough, listens to what you have to say, honest about best treatment and provides multiple options. Staff is great, friendly. Office is clean, appointments can easily be booked, Ive never had to wait weeks or months to get in. The only downside is the drive to get here (45 mins at least), but it is well worth the drive!!! Highly recommend!!

I broke my cap tooth & needed to see a dentist right away. I called Dental Arts & they were able to see me the same day! When I entered the office, I immediately could still tell that I would be in good hands. Waiting area is very welcoming, theres a kid friendly area & I was greeted with a nice smiling face from the receptionist Jeanne.The Doctor was amazing & made a treatment plan which included bone graft surgery, implant & then my crown. All the ladies who work there are very nice, attentive & it shows they really enjoy the work they do.The dental plan required me in for a few times to prepare for my surgery & the staff never change their professionalism..When I went in for surgery, one of theladies working made me feel relaxed. The surgery lasted about 2 hours & once I woke up from the sedation the staff explained to my companion everything I needed to do to heal & stay comfortable. I felt alot of pain at first but ate alot of high protein & took my meds to ease it away. Its still a long road ahead to complete my treatment plan and restore my front tooth back but I know Im in perfect hands with Toledo Dental Arts!

I am a new patient of Dr. Hashim. I needed to get an implant done, but was scared to death about having the surgery done. My mother had it done two weeks prior to my appointment with Dr. Hashim and told me that I had nothing to worry about. She said said I was in great hands! She was right!! He did an incredible job. I did not feel a thing. There was NO PAIN during or after the procedure. I was back to taking care of my children and functioning that day. I would highly recommend Dr. Hashim to everyone. In addition, his staff were very sweet and easy to work with on payments and appointments. :)

I have been going to Dr. Hashims office for several years and have found my experiences there to much more pleasant than previous dental offices I have visited. The staff members are always courteous and they do their best to put you at ease while educating you on your dental health and procedures to be performed. Dr. Hashim is very well-versed in dental issues and is clearly experienced in performing complex dental procedures. He is upfront with patients regarding their dental health but is compassionate and tries not to alarm them. I only wish I had found this office sooner. I like the fact that the hygienist inquires whether there have been any health changes before doing a cleaning. I like the complimentary coffee with flavored creamer too! :)

So thankful Toledo Dental Arts helped my husband get his permanent dentures a reality. He works a lot of hours and they were very accommodating to his schedule. I have had several extractions (including a major surgery) done with Dr. Hashims office, and every time the staff is efficient, helpful, and more than kind. I have a healthy fear of the dentist, but trust this office whole heartedly and cannot recommend them enough.

For a few years now its been worse than pulling teeth trying to get help with my teeth. Ive gone to numerous dentists and doctors, then a Google search lead me here.I went in to have 4 badly abscessed teeth removed, that have been bugging me off and on for a few years now. The staff are awesome and very kind, the surgeon could use a little work on his bedside manners, but all-in-all wasnt a bad experience. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of dental surgery.

My first impression of staff and dentist was that they were caring, thorough and I didnt have to wait to be seen. But after my teeth were removed in preparation for dentures a second surgery was necessary due to sharp bone left behind. Still I have sharp edges butIm afraid to go back because with the second surgery I was given multiple injections while awake and left with another full mouth of sutures. Now I have dentures that are loose, painful and will not stay in without denture paste. I would not recommend them even to my enemy.

While other dentists were passing me from one dentist to another, I finally found Dr, Hashim. My aunt referred me to him. My back. Lowerr teeth have been hurting me and other dentists didnt want to remove them. They said they were afraid of the medications I am on. Dr. Hashim and his entire staff were compassionate and friendly. They called my doctor regarding my medications and they got me scheduled to remove my teeth with IV sedation. I didnt feel a thing and now I am pain free. Later, Dr. Hashim will put implants where my back teeth used to be. He and his team are the best.

Excellent service along with a knowledgeable, caring staff. I suffer from TMJ and thought it is something I have to live with but recently received treatment that helps tremendously. Im not a big fan of going to the dentist. Avoided it for almost a decade after an unpleasant experience getting a filling. Found Dr. Hashim and Toledo Dental arts after my first trip back to a dentist netted me the news that I needed a root canal. So glad I found them! The staff was very friendly & thorough! VERY pleased with my experience.

Did not feel very welcoming at the consult for wisdom teeth extraction. Their pricing seemed to be outrageous for the surgery plus also paid $200 for them to do a certain scan. Shopped around and found a more reasonable price elsewhere. Scheduled with a new office, tried to get that scan sent over to them but Toledo Dental Arts wants to charge $25 to generate an email to send it but we technically own it because we paid for it IN FULL already. The new place said they don’t need the “special scan” and just needs the xrays from your regular dentist which they have. Oh, and they only have one person who sends records so if they’re out of office you have to wait. None of the medical staff nor receptionists are not the friendliest of people either. Toledo Dental Arts seems like a money hole. Taking business elsewhere.

UPDATEI guess the nice act faded. Just Unprofessional. I cant be in this environment . The tension between staff is obvious and this dentist speaks to his staff as though they are lower than him. He even raises his voice. It was so awkward .Plus I thought he was rough while working on me then my husband comes home with deep gashes on the inside of his lip from a tool this dentist used . It took well over 7 days for his wounds to heal . I want a dentist who is patient, kind and gentle.

You Can Go There A Million Times Until You Will Get To See The Actual Dentist! Very Unprofessional He Had The Dental Assistant Do My Filling And Also Didnt Check Her Work After She was Done ! Jenny or jenning whatever her name was acted like she didnt love her job she was very rough while doing the procedure it wasnt my first time getting it done so I most definitely know how it is supposed to be done !

My 17 year old daughter went into office to have filings put into cavities. After the dental assistant administered the numbing medication, the dentist came in to begin the procedure. As the dentist was drilling into my daughters teeth, she told the dentist, Dr. Hashim, that she was experiencing pain; however, he continued to drill. Again, she told him that she was experiencing pain and the dentist became very agitated and explained to her that he could not understand why she was having pain. He stopped his work and told my daughter that he could not continue on with her. He did not offer to give her more numbing medication and did not fix the remaining of the teeth that needed to have work done. The assistant filled the teeth that had been drilled. Afterwards, my daughter was supposed to schedule another appointment to have the other side of her teeth fixed. The assistant refused to schedule the appointment and told my daughter that, It was too much for her. I called the office to request that Dr. Hashim call me or his assistant and I did not receive a call back. I am angry and disappointment in the care that was provided to my daughter today. As a medical professional myself, we are all taught that pain is subjective. And if a patient is complaining of pain, we listen to them and take the necessary action that is needed to keep them comfortable. I may not be able to change the rude, unprofessional and unethical behaviors of Dr. Hashim and his staff in this office, but I do want to prevent any other persons to be subjected or victimized by his practices. My family has been patients of his for two years so my disappointment is beyond words. My suggestion to the consumer, is find another dentist. There are far too many in this area. Going to have dental work is tough for everyone...why make it anymore difficult by going to a dentist that is as cold and callous as the tools that he uses!

I have had bad experiences with previous dentists, leading to pretty severe dental anxiety. Dr. Hashim was very understanding to my concerns and fears. The doctor and his team are very professional and up to date on current technology and have an abundance of types of pain free and anxiety reducing meds and techniques at their hands. i have been a patient for many years and have brought my husband in, too. They also have great programs insuring their dental work as long as you keep up with your bi-yearly cleanings and inspections. Highly recommended!!!

Went today to have all my wisdom teeth extracted. While I find them to be pretty thorough & quick, I also find them extremely lacking in reassurance & compassion. Both times I went, all of the Techs seemed too serious (never smiling) & that made me uncomfortable. Not once was I walked through the process of surgery at consolation or day of surgery, or how I would feel afterwards. The closest explantion I had received was a printed out aftercare paper they gave my mom.. after I woke up from having my teeth pulled, I never saw the Dr (after). No one asked me how I felt. I do want to thank the tech that held my hand for a short period while I was shaking the entire time from anxiety. Wish they were like that while I was awake... I also want to thank the Dr for trying to comfort me about the IV, it could have been worse. Overall they did a nice job with the extractions, I just think they need to work on their people skills & comforting people to make them feel less nervous before surgery because I was never once reassured & was told almost nothing about the procedure (except they were all getting removed) & how I would feel, ect.
