If I could give 10 stars I would! I had been to my old dentist 3 times in a month because the was in serious pain and they couldn’t diagnose the problem. A friend referred me to Dr. Thomas. He diagnosed and started treatment within 10 minutes! The staff is amazing and Dr. Thomas is a wonderfully personable and knowledgeable man. He actually demonstrated what was going on and explained in great detail what treatment would consist of. I’m so happy I became a part of the family and will be sending everyone I can to this practice!

I give -10 stars!. It was a horrible and traumatic experience. Went there to have some teeth pulled and the dentist was extremely rough and careless. He was more interested in flirting with his dental assistant and talking about traveling than doing his job.Worst place I have ever been too. I wouldnt recommend this place even if it was free. An absolute nightmare....Look elsewhere for a dentist and preferably one that has compassion and empathy.

I would and do highly recommend DGW. I ended up here for a dental emergency roughly 3 years ago when my regular dentist was not available to see me. I consider that to be a really good thing because I have never had a dentist that I love more than Dr Poole. She is kind and gentle and persistent. It is obvious she really cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a good outcome. The staff is also very pleasant and helpful.

After approximately 7weeks of major dental work, I have to say the professional level of everybody here is the best Ive ever seen. I would highly recommend this group to anyone needing dental care. They are very understanding and patient, and make you feel comfortable.

I cant even begin to describe how amazing Doctor Tracey Poole is. I had a dental emergency and the office got me in the same day even though I was a new patient. I ended up needing a root canal and, having never had one before, I was absolutely terrified! Dr Poole and the wonderful hygienists put me so at ease before the procedure and made sure I was comfortable all throughout. I felt absolutely no pain! If you need a dentist, go to Dr Poole. Shes definitely the best dentist I have ever had and Im so glad I found her and this amazing group of professionals!

I love this place and the people who work there! I originally came here because they offered sedation therapy while dental work was being done, but now I dont use it thanks to the trust that has been built with them. Whether its Dr. Thomas, Dr. Poole, Andrea, Julie, or any other staffer you know you will be in great hands. I highly recommend them.

I started seeing Dr Poole in 2004 because of TMJ, and I never left. Its hard to imagine enjoying a trip to the dentist, but that is the case at Dental Group West. Ive had crowns, fillings, and a root canal, and they make everything as painless and stress-free as possible. I have even had a few emergencies and they work me in immediately. I love Dr. Poole, Cheryl, and Kim who I see on a regular basis, plus all the rest of the staff who helps me out occasionally. The office staff is wonderful, too. I havent met a person there who isnt friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I live out of town, but its worth the drive. I highly recommend Dental Group West.

After not having been to the dentist in over 10 years, I was very apprehensive, but needed care. I was immediately put at easy by the staff, had an amazing visit with Dr. Thomas who was also very thorough, and the staff was friendly. Though I had a few problems, they didnt overwhelm me and created a care plan that will be easy to manage and wont break my wallet!

I have been going to Dental Group West for many many years, and I have seen all three dentists. They are great people and always sensitive to my needs. I have experienced severe tooth pain on a Sunday and was able to reach the dentist, who met me at the office to give me relief. (Actually, this happened twice.) I trust all three of them and so thankful for their expert service and honesty. In addition, my experience with their dental hygienists have been excellent.

Best Dentists in town. I referred a friend who needed a root canal, and they took him in immediately and fixed it up without pain. I have anxiety like most people about seeing the dentist. Everyone is very friendly and understanding. Always amazing customer service. Outstanding!!

Dr. Poole was able to fit me in her busy schedule when I had a problem. She and Cheryl,the office personnel, and the rest of the staff,were courteous and friendly. They put me at ease. I was given good explanations for all the procedures in an thorough manner. A very good experience,...as usual!

My wife and I go every 6 months for teeth cleaning. Ive had crowns, implants, and a root canal, all without noticeable pain or discomfort. Not only are they skilled professionals, but they are friendly,and they follow up a day or so later to see how were doing. I highly recommend them without reservation.

This is a great place the people are so friendly and if you are scared to go to dentist you need to go here. They are very great dentist and can help with whatever you need for your mouth.

I love Dr. Poole and they are very skilled at what they do. The office is well maintained and everyone is friendly. My only compliant is that EVERY time they reach out to you to remind you of your appointment, they threaten if you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a fee. On one occasion, I called to cancel due to a Level 2 snow warning and it was like the Spanish Inquisition. Why are you cancelling? If your rationale is not good enough, we will charge you a fee for not following the cancellation policy. You folks need to RELAX! Im extremely annoyed by this being shoved in my face EVERY TIME I call to schedule, receive a reminder or on the RARE occasion, I call to cancel or reschedule.
