My Mother came in with her iPad that was not charging properly. I live out of town and therefore was an able to help her. With a simple Google search we will able to find your place for her to come. Your kindness and attentiveness to her is greatly appreciate it. Not to mention no charge. Kudos to you for running a reputable, honest business these days.

Super expensive repair costs.

Spent two day trying to get my phone fixed with them. Dropped phone off then they turned upping the price $150.

Took my daughters phone here took only 45 to fix

Great service, best price (with online coupon). Even though the battery I needed was not in stock, Anthony called me promptly to reschedule for when the battery would be delivered, which was only 2 days later. Fortunately, the battery came the next day, which Anthony called to tell me and said I could come to get my phone fixed whenever was convenient. He was friendly and considerate, would reccomend!!

What a wonderful experience! From my initial phone call to picking up the phone, the staff was professional and helpful, and honestly a lot of fun to work with. The phone was repaired completely and ready to pick up when they said it would be. It’s great to find a phone repair shop that is trustworthy and does excellent work. I’ll definitely use them for future repairs and any other things they can help with.

Be sure to make your appointment online to schedule a convenient time to get your phone fixed. Brought in an iPhone 7 Plus with a severely cracked screen. They fixed it within 1&1/2 hrs, and it looks brand new. No problems with the functionality of the screen. If there are any, they offer a 6 month parts and labor warranty to get your screen replaced if needed. The price was significantly cheaper than the apple store. Highly recommend!!!

So far so good! Battery was replaced quickly. Phone working fine. Hopefully the new battery will last much longer than my old one. Time will tell.

Disappointed in the screen repair. After I complained that the screen wasn’t as bright a before they replaced it with a second one, but didn’t make a difference. I made 2 trips back to the store after waiting for hours, so I just took it. Now I have used the phone, it’s no where as smooth as it was as before as well. Texting is awful. Very disappointed. Should have kept my cracked screen instead of paying $90 for this pain.UPDATE: Owner contacted me and offered a 3rd screen and when that didn’t work gave me a full refund. Good service, but unfortunately the screens they carry are not up to par. Ended up skipping out on other “repair” places and headed to the Apple store where they fixed it right for unfortunately more money.

This place is the BEST! This is the second time I had to use them-I am a klutz when it comes to my phone! They are so professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My phone was ready within a hour. I also needed some light bulbs and batteries and got a great deal.

Disappointed. Not one to complain or write bad reviews but to protect others....I took myiPhone in to have the battery replaced. Only considered them because I couldn’t get thru to apple. They attempted the replacement and the new battery did work, so they put the old one back in. After 3 hours of waiting. Is what it is. I finally got an appt set with apple. Upon opening the phone apple said 1 screw was missing, another was stripped, and the tabs were broken for battery and apple said they could replace it. Another 2 hours of my life gone. I called these guys back and they said they had another battery ordered and they can replace it. I asked how when apple said they can’t, the gentlemen said apple more than likely doesn’t want to be liable and they could indeed replace it. But I have no trust after my phone was put back together in the fashion it was with no knowledge. Now I’ll be out not 5hrs of my life but another 1k for a new phone apparently.

After a small communication error the issue was settled professionally. Very nice people. I recommend this company

I called in just to get an estimate for a glass screen replacement and digitizer for a Samsung s8 turned into phone surgery after I couldnt say no ... I had a great experience from the phone call and even when I dropped it off and picked it up. I even had them do a battery replacement... phone is running great ... it also came with a 6 month warranty... Highly recommend these guys !!
