The team at Best Buy/geek squad was awesome in installing a new wall mounted large TV in our living room and in our master bedroom. Both of the guys were very professional and worked quickly. They were clean, wore booties and masks while in the house and took all the boxes with them. I purchased the annual plan so that I can get other services and installs at lower prices. Another thing to point out is that amazing service I got from the Home Advisor, Cortney. After I picked up the wrong speaker attachment for my Sonos, she found out that the bracket I needed was in Findlay and drove there, picked it up and met the GeekSquad guys so they could finish the install. Talk about a great customer service!!! I will definitely use them again.

The Monroe st. Best buy are there for you the customer there service dept. really do care Ive never had a bad experience with this location. 99.9 % of there sales people that Ive talked to have been great.

Buyer beware, this is a scam, I paid $200 for my geek squad protection plan, and when my phone actually broke I had to pay an $80 deductible for a refurb. I called their corporate cs number to cancel this they told me $46 would be credited to my account, all lies

Worst service, my laptop has more problems now than before I gave it to them for repair. I would recommend you buy another device before you give it to them for repair, just in case your device doesnt function at all

I broke my computer and had to have it sent in to HP. Geek squad worked with me and charged a reasonable amount for the work done.

Very professional. Explained everything to my satisfaction and my agent, Timothy was kind and understanding about my concerns.

Service was great and people were friendly. They kept in contact all during service period.
