I have been in a couple times and pricing seems a little high in my opinion. I usually end up not finding what I need, but can honestly say the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. In the past 12 months shipping and receiving has been crazy so I chalk it up to that. Give them a try!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I have used numerous computer shops over the years and none have even come close to comparing. Most will charge outrageous prices to install hardware unless you purchase from them (so they can charge you way more then it costs) but not virtual pics, they charge the same either way. After having issues with starting my computer after having hardware installed they worked with me constantly, free of charge to get it working. They were professional and courteous and very helpful. I honestly didnt even want a virus protection as I could do that myself but this company has been so amazing to me I decided to get there managed anti virus simply to help support the business, I have not been disappointed with that either if you are looking for a good honest computer repair shop, this is the place to go!!!

Great place to have a custom PC built... I also tried out their security antivirus and it works great... If something goes wrong with my PC it is nice to be able to call in to the store and talk with someone from my home town to get the problem resolved.I spend a lot of time on-line gaming, watching live streams, and searching web sites all at the same time and they built me a Gaming Rig that met all my needs! Whenever I need to upgrade my system this is my store of choice.

Several months ago I requested them to build a Cad computer with a list of requirements. Virtual exceeded my expectations. The Cad I need this for will crash often if the computer is not built correctly. They spent a lot of time to get the design right resulting in unprecedented stability. This is a fast, stable computer at a great price. Good communication and very helpful staff.

If you think you you need anything for a computer, then this is the place to go. Do not look any where else. Derek has everything you may need, if not then he can get it, and QUICK! Also to top that off, Derek has the best prices in town. If you think he can be beat then call him and I guarantee he can top any ones prices in town. Last and not least, if you think you have a virus, or any situation with your operating system, then call him and he can fix what is going on. Or at least answer questions to get you in the right direction.

Virtual PCs was able to fix my computer for half the price of what another place wanted to charge for the same thing. Both gentlemen working there were very engaging and very knowledgeable on how to fix my gaming computer and even gave suggestions on how to increase its performance. When i brought my computer home and wasnt able to download one of my games, the technician was able to remote into my computer and helped me to do it. I will certainly be going back next time i need any computer help.

They got my computer working great

We use Virtual PCs for all of our computer repairs, and troubleshooting problems remotely. They are EXTREMELY knowledgable, they are able to find and fix issues very quickly. They are prompt, I have never had to wait to get any problems addressed. And they are POLITE! They listen to their customers, and do a great job explaining issues and solutions. To be perfectly honest, after doing business with Virtual PCs, I have no desire to go anywhere else. We have nearly 15 computers at our business, and they are all running great thanks to Virtual PCs.

I came in about a month ago to have my PC worked on. It was running really slow even though I had downloaded about 10 different antiviruses from Google. The tech working at the time, Omar, was quick to diagnose the problems. Apparently I had many viruses and trojans. Omar was quick and was able to get my PC up and running like new again. This is the best computer shop in Toledo. They have lower prices than CompuDisc and Geek Squad for sure, plus Geek Squad wanted to keep my laptop for 2-4 weeks to fix it. Virtual PCs fixed it in a few days and for much cheaper too. Highly recommend.

The technicians at Virtual PC are both friendly and very knowledgeable. They make the computer servicing experience much smoother than working with the big box stores where most of the time you are just another number waiting in line. If you have issues on your PC I highly recommend Virtual PC for you servicing needs and they sell custom made computers too. I bought a Lenovo laptop from them and really enjoy working with it.

Great advice by Virtual PCs to install a solid state drive to my new computer. No pushy moves to buy top of the line and incur unnecessary costs. A solid machine for work and a great value. No need to buy name brand when Virtual PCs is the only name you need.

Paid $50 for the diagnostic and they told me they found out that my laptop needed a minor fix. I let them fix it and upon picking it up, it was even WORSE than before. I gave it back and they explained that they would have to just replace the whole screen and I would have to pay an additional $75 for that. I let them fix it and upon picking it up again, I was told that my total was $101.There is a lot of miscommunication here and they don’t document anything that they say in writing. I was kind and trying to be understanding but one (younger) man proceeded to give me an attitude.Nonetheless, if you DO decide to come here, ask for Derek, he was the most understanding of all workers.

Great experience. Took laptop in for virus, they quoted me a reasonable price (better than the big box store) and told me it would be 3 days. The salesman who helped me called in 2 days to tell me it was ready to go. It runs better than when I got it from the store.

Brought in my system for a simple bench test/diagnostic. Same day turn around, staff was very friendly. The test itself was 45$, which is pretty good as far as bench tests go (II used to work at stone computer, back when they were around).

Been going there for nearly 20 years for PC builds, admittedly not that often as the builds last quite awhile if you leave room for small upgrades. Typically reasonably priced and knowledable on the type of build I need/want at the time. Always recommend them, I do.

Brought my lenovo laptop in and they fixed it in good time. It works much better now. I especially like the store hours... very convenient.

They wanted $79 just to open my laptop, and the only person who could fix it wasnt there. They did tell me this immediately, which was appreciated. Still, I did better with someone who charges hourly.

Took my laptop in for repairs. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me great suggestions for both my laptop and for problems with another computer at home, which other stores told me was unfixable. Pricing was reasonable and they were quick to get things done, and updated me throughout the repair process.

I was a first time customer and virtual PCs put a lot of time into restoring my computer which was unfixable and only charged for a small exam fee.The help were friendly and knowledgeable. Ill be back. hopefully not to soon.Jim

3/18 So I was looking for pc parts in toledo, and their website said they were a retail store. I would rate them lower, but since they are not really retail store, I think this was just misrepresented on the site. To start, the website says they are better than the big box store. So... they have a evga 970, and two 1060s, about 100 80mm fans without packaging, 2 old cpus out of box, and boxes of cpus they dont have, a few cables, 3 really old cases, and a few evga psus. Not a retail store.So I would think this is more of a service store, and that is also represented on the site. Since thats not why I went there, or a service I would need, I cant rate them for that.I cant rate them on pricing since everything was obsolete as far as my concern. I mean what case uses a 80mm fan? Who needs an 1155socketed I5? All very old products. So I cant really compair them on product thats obsolete since most people are going to pay too much anyhow for something that really is not being made anymore.

I took my laptop in because it would not boot up properly. After paying $48 for diagnostics which I was told typically takes no more than 48 hours to complete I was told that I had a few viruses and that it would be done in another day. I waited two more days and finally received a call back saying that my computer is good and ready to go. I went to pick up the computer and the Virtual PC guys turned on the laptop and the computer kept on randomly restarting itself. So they took it back and another 2 days elapsed before they called me and informed me that I had a severe virus on it and they are going to need completely wipe my computer. I was told that to completely wipe it, it would be an additional $25 and they would only charge $30 instead of the usual $50 to back up all my data. I gave the go to wipe the computer and on the 10th day I went in to pick it up. The price of the wipe went from $25 to $69. I was so sick of dealing with these guys that I just paid it in full and took it home. When I got home and started checking to make sure everything was running right I learned that not all the function keys on my keyboard were working because they did not install the drivers for them. Also, I had a DVD inside the computer but that was no longer in my computer. I called them and they said they would look for it and I am currently waiting to find out the end result of that. My speakers worked perfect and were crystal clear before I took it to Virtual PCs and when I got it back it sounds as if my speakers were blown and I can barely hear sound coming from them. There are other minor problems that I was luckily able to fix myself. The end result, I will not be a returning customer to this shop nor will I recommend it. TEN days to remove a virus, charging me more than what I was originally told and a gamut of problems after a complete wipe. I recommend SAVING your TIME and MONEY and taking your business elsewhere.

I brought my laptop in for repair. It was not turning on. No news for 5 days. I decided to call in. Was told I need a motherboard that cost over $350. I did not like their tone and attitude. Brought it to another local laptop repair shop on Talmadge Rd, they fixed it in 2 days for $79. I will never recommend Virtual PC to anyone.
