I got my eyebrows waxed today by danette. NEVER AGAIN. I asked for a clean up. She did the exact opposite. She waxed half of my eyebrow off! Nothing like wanted to jump out of the chair when you hear “ops”. She attempted to fix it and it just got worse.

Was in and out fairly quick. Wasnt exactly what I asked for, but for $13 I guess you get what you pay for. My boy came to the car covered in hair all over his face and neck and his tee shirt.The girl didnt seem happy to be at work that day. Neither girl even smiled at their customers.Ive never been to a hair place where the stylist werent dressed to impressed. They looked as if they rolled out of bed and came to work.Theyre quick, but not clean or professional. Not sure I would recommend.

I called at 930am an wanted a cut color and highlighted they were able to get me in the same day and i had 3 different shades on my hair already and Tasha was able to get me very close to the picture i showed her! I am so happy with my new look!!

Made Appointment 415p for haircut waited over 40 minutes after being told it would be a 5 minute wait when I got there. Very unprofessional.

Due to my past salon experiences I was skeptical about anyone touching my hair. I recently moved from Arizona and was in desperate need of a haircut. I saw Kelsey at First choice and I am so glad I met her. She did wonders on my severely damaged hair. She is also super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Kelsey with First Choice.

Always a great experience. Usually quite a wait but its to be expected. Staff is always accommodating and listen to your needs. If youre unsure of a change they do their best to understand and walk you through the decision process.

I went to get my hair highlighted, I showed a picture of what I wanted but she chose to do it her way. I still paid the $85.00 but I will not go back theyre suppose to do what the clientele requests not there own.

I messed up my hair and the ALL helped repair it and said that I needed to wait 4 to 6 week to have the full correction dones to ensure no damage. Talk about grateful to everton there Helping and cheering me up. Going back to them again.

Needs to have more beauticians to cut peoples hair so people dont have to wait hours and they say they accept appointments but I dont see how when theres usually only 2 people working and a lobby full of other people waiting

The staff is friendly and quick, and checking in on the website before heading over is recommended. The parking lot is extremely tiny, but thats my only real issue.

The staff is so ridiculously rude I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Not only was the lady cutting my hair SUPER rough but she was giving me a disgusting attitude. The haircut was definetely not what I asked for - awful. My blood is still boiling, I cant believe it.

My girlfriend went here to get her eyebrows done and she ended up getting part of her skin torn off around her eyebrow and in between here eyebrows and may even have possible scarring now so definitely would not recommend to anyone

Hair cutter told me and my brother that we need to tip and complains when I come in late in the day but thats just one girl the rest are great
