Do Not let WENDY cut your hair! First off, my hair should have been washed first. How do you cut hair w product in it, she seemed to be in a tremendous hurry, so instead of washing she weighed it down w a conditioner spray.My bangs look like a kid cut them! I’m dumbfounded how she is let to cut hair! Worst service I’ve ever experienced! You go to the salon to look & feel better. Now someone can hopefully fix this chop job she did😡. So they post on here send them info and I did but NO response back! When you run a business you should treat your customers respectful. I can deal with a bad haircut but Not bad service. We get what we pay for 😞

Dude!!!! I have been to several great clips and some Supercuts but this one by far was amazing! When I got there they took great precautions for COVID. Were super polite and had me sanitize my hands before we started. I was paired with Wendi and I couldn’t have been happier. She took her time to listen to me and not rush the haircut. She also made sure to talk with me about any concerns she may have had about the specific cut I wanted and if we were on the same page. She took her time to check over her work carefully which I had never experienced before. Wendi was so amazing and did such a great job on my hair. I loved it when it was wet and came home to love it way more when I styled it! I am definitely going to this location again and seeing Wendi.

First I called to make an appointment went in to tell me she’s not ready for my son then when she was ready she told me my son hair was not white enough to be cut, So i asked what does that mean she said well we can’t cut your son hair with scissors because his hair is not white long and stringy this is coming from a African-American women that works there my 8 year son was offended and feelings was really hurt I feel this is discrimination and I’m going to take action!!!!!🤬😡😤

Each time went coloring and found smudges in my forehead and ears .. complained few times and changed few hairdressers, hope I can get someone more careful do a good job, but still the same.Will not go back anymore! This store apparently don’t know how to do a proper job protect customer’s face when give a color!

Stopped in with a friend, would literally take 5 minutes to cut his hair. Nobody was in there, nobody greeted him, said they were booked for the next hour!?! Nobody was in there! So he left, nobody said bye, have a nice day or anything. Very rude

I have always gone to higher priced/high end mens barber shops due to not being comfortable and having poor experiences with regular hair salons in my younger years. I am very particular about my hair and having a nice cut the way it should be with attention to detail.After coming here for about 7 cuts now, I honestly cant say enough great things about Jenny here. I feel that she has been a hidden secret here in Toledo that I just discovered after getting (very pricey) cuts at 4 other places in town since moving here two years ago.Jenny takes her time and doesnt rush my cut, pays close attention to detail and always gives a 2nd and 3rd look to make sure everything looks just right. A true professional. She says she has 30 years under her belt with cutting hair and I believe it. I have observed a few of the other ladies here as well and they also do very nice work on their clients that come in.I honestly feel Jenny is worth way more than the price of a haircut here. I have much appreciation and gratitude for finding such a gem here!

Bobbi cut my hair and it was the worst ever. She dry cut my hair first of all and then took 10 minutes to cut it. I think she rushed to get as many clients cut as she could because the place was packed. Asked to do my eyebrows and she said yes and never did. When I went to a real salon the lady said she doesnt know what she did, there was no rhyme or reason for the way she cut it.
