People are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you know and understand everything thats going on with your vehicle. They keep you posted via email and txt. Give you live videos of issues and concerns going on with your vehicle. They will drop you off and pick you up if your car needs serviced. Its a comfortable atmosphere. What a wonderful auto shop. I was traveling and staying in Maumee/Toledo and had a car noise. I called im the morning and they easily fit me in for a diagnostic test. They quickly diagnosed the issue and found it was a heat shield and they repaired it free of charge since it was a simple job. Staff are professionals who answer all questions with clarity. Waiting area is also nice with snacks amenities wifi and restroom.

This is the only place that I take my truck to, because they will take you home and pick you back up when its time to pick up your vehicle. They explain what it is needed to fix your vehicle and send you pictures so you can see what they are talking about.

I’ve had everything under the sun done to my car at this place. And every time it’s a great experience. They are wonderful people who really take pride it what they do everyday. I was reluctant to come in because I know how easy it is to have one pulled over on you when you don’t know a whole lot about cars but these guys really do take the time. They performed a maintenance evaluation and was able to tell me what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. Then worked with me to develop a game plan that worked best for my lifestyle and what was most affordable for me. From their customer service to any repair you need on your car. They stand by their work and will take good care of you and your vehicle. Sometimes; in my case, they came to pick up my car while I was at work so they could have it ready for me when my work day was done! Never have I heard of a thing but glad they offer such a convenient service. Love this place and will recommend anyone to go here. Thanks again for all you’ve done.

My son is a freshman at UT, we live several hours away. He had car problems over the weekend. I was able to schedule an appointment on their website, have them in contact with my son, and myself, got text updates as the process went along, and was able to pay through their site, remotely, for the work.They gave me options for how to handle the repair, from just doing the bare minimum, up to the full recommended repair, and broke it down for us, in an itemized fashion.I truly appreciate their modern approach to auto service, and customer care.

My husband has always used the “dealership” auto service but I was finally able to convince him to give TAC a chance. He recently had his front brakes replaced and was very surprised at the customer service he received. We love that the staff does a full inspection and provides us with the details/estimate of repair before ever service. The staff is friendly and the repairs are timely! TAC has another customer!!!

I was a few minutes late for my oil change appointment and they took me off and theyre not all that friendly either I will not give them any of my business

I had my car tow after hours and filled out a service call tag, locked keys in car and left. Next morning, on my way to work, around 7:30 AM, got a call and they asked me questions about the car. Told me they would run a diagnosis on the car and call me back. Called back within 2 hours with the problem and cost. Had to drop fuel tank and replace fuel pump and filter. Done by 3:00 PM. Now that, is good service, when youre wife is on the road every day and needs her car. Thought a little pricey, but quality service is worth the money.

I tried to have my vehicle repaired here yesterday after having relatives rave about their service. I will NEVER go back. They quoted me $1900 for the repairs ($360 just for a battery + installation) and $45 to run a diagnostic check that most places do for FREE. When I picked up my vehicle, a guy told me Weve had your car on the charger all day. It probably wont make it to the next place you take it and shrugged his shoulders. The dealership called me today and told me the $1600 part they wanted to fix was in perfect working order. Total repair price $260! Its very sad how these places take advantage of young women!

Staff and repair technician handled this repair without incident, and were 100% knowledgeable about the repair.They also made sure the repair addressed factory shortcomings for my particular make/model.Work was completed in a timely manner, and once completed, made a 600 mile road trip, with zero issues.

The hep disk very good and he answered all your questions. The time was 6/10 because I did all my schedule online and need one more time to do it that my time lose it. Price is not inexpensive, because there is a place to do the same and cheap.

So very professional. I was in and out in a timely manner. They explained to me what would ne needed and what could be pushed back for financial reasons. As a single mom I was worried about feeling cheated, paying too much and being left with a broken car. I feel as if they were very genuine and knew what they were doing. I witness the guy at the counter encounter a unsatisfied customer and he handled it very professionally, calm and tried to explain their company policy. When that customer left, I was nervous about how that would effect the workers mood and attitude with me. No need to worry the worker was very courteous. I will definitely be back!

Came from ny to Indiana. My engine blew out and I had to get to an emergency repair at any local mechanic. My car just barely made it the lot. We were terrified that we were stranded. However Jason and his team immediately started checking my car and seeing what was wrong. Within 3 hours my car was fixed and back up and running. Jason and his team were very professional and timely in understanding my problem. If you are in the area I highly recommend coming to this shop. They arr he best in the area!

The team at Toledo Auto Care is incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I am a first time customer and cant say enough good things about the service I received. I scheduled service online (for the next business day) and was able to drop the vehicle off the evening prior to the scheduled service date. I received comprehensive updates (opted for the full inspection) etc... The work was completed and my vehicle was ready for pick-up the same day... The even cooler part of the experience was that I received a compressive report of the service technicians findings (including pictures) as well as the invoice detailing the work and charges.Just when I thought things couldnt get any better, the plot thickens... I was not available to retrieve our vehicle nor present payment (in person) prior to the business closing for the day. Toledo Auto Care even has this covered. They provided me with a link (via SMS text) allowing me to present payment on-line... To wrap all this up in a neatly tied bow, the service advisor placed my key in a lockbox (secured with a code of my choosing) allowing me to pick up our family vehicle at a time convenient for us. Again, I cannot say enough great things about this establishment... I highly recommend Toledo Auto Care...

I was pleasantly surprised. All the good reviews on here are warranted. They are very professional, priced fairly, and seem honest. For example, they did an inspection and ended up stating I didnt need the more expensive repair they initially were recommending. The shuttle is a nice added touch, too. I will definitely use them again for repairs and will start getting maintenance done there too, instead of the dealer.

The guys in the shop were down to earth people, but I dropped my car off Sunday night to be seen Monday morning but it wasnt seen until after 1:30pm. I had to call twice to the shop and ask whether my car has been seen yet because I obviously needed it for the day, hence the reason I had an early appointment for Monday morning. I had a broken spring on the front and to fix that I had to get a bunch of other things fixed along with it, it ended up costing 1500.00 dollars. I felt maybe I didnt need all these other parts to go along with the broken spring that added up to such a large bill. I am laid off due to Covid and that killed me unfortunately, tho the car drives amazing they did great work but I as I said I just feel maybe I didnt need all this extra stuff I had to pay for. Maybe I should have gotten a second opinion on whether I needed to spend 1500 bucks to get the car back on the road.

Had my radiator hoses break, was about 400 to replace them both. The diagnostic and the pressure but it was a good job, they also ferry you to and from your home or work if their driver is in so excellent service

I am so disappointed with Toledo Auto Care. I am posting this after having a poor experience and then multiple acquaintances of mine having poor experiences as well. I feel compelled to write this because in each instance the person doing business with Toledo Auto Care was given a quote for repair work that was 1) not necessary and 2) exceeded cost by more than double or triple what it should. If you want to go here youll be greeted by a professional staff but they will want to replace everything without doing the proper diagnostics. They certainly do not have your wallet in mind when they do anything so hang on to your hat (and wallet)!!

Very friendly staff and quick service. I would absolutely come here again, hopefully not in an emergency situation next time! They took what could have been a very stressful day for me and made it easy and painless.

We were traveling through Ohio on our way home to New York when our car started acting strangely. Not familiar with the area we relied on their good reviews and stopped and asked for help. Despite being very busy they got us into their schedule. We knew we would have to wait a bit so we took their recommendations for a good place for lunch. By the time we returned they had checked out our car, finding nothing stopping us from getting home, and sent us on our way, feeling more confident. The shop was clean, bathroom was spotless, free wifi and Covid guidelines being followed. We highly recommend.

Toledo Auto Care was by far the best experience Ive had with any auto mechanic shop. I havent visited a very big range of shops in my lifetime, but they do things differently than most, in a great way.I was greeted by the owner, Gary. who was super friendly and informative of the service I was going to have performed. They offer a range of drinks and even cookies if you choose to wait in the lobby.Ken, the service adviser, explained their process and showed me additional recommendations upon a courtesy inspection of my vehicle.What I havent experienced with other shops, is they have a very detailed checklist with pictures of the basic components of your car to actually show you what needs to be done. They dont just say hey your brake pads are getting worn They give you a sheet that shows the exact amount left on there, with pictures.Brock was my service technician, while I didnt meet him face-to-face he did a wonderful job taking care of my vehicle and a thorough inspection.They even offer an app to text, call, and schedule appointments. As well as to pull up the detailed checklist of your visit. In the app they also include a reward system for discounts and free oil changes after so many visits.I left Toledo Auto Care with great confidence that they take pride in their work and actually care about their customers, because that is how you get a repeat/life long customer.I cant recommend them enough, I wouldnt refer any friends or family elsewhere.

Highly recommend bringing you vehicle here. They were able to tow my vehicle while i was at work, found that it was an easy fix and picked me up to come get my vehicle. Didnt charge for anything other than the tow. Very happy with the services they offer and customer service is outstanding.

Awesome service honest informative and a timely repair

I was on a work trip from Chicago to NYC when my alternator went out. TAC was the highest rated and longest standing service station in the area...SO...a great first call to make for my emergency. They were instantly courteous and sympathetic to my issue and had me back on the road within 4 hours. Things could have gone way worse. They drove .e to the movie theater to see a flick while I waited for my vehicle. Top notch crew!

I have been going to Toledo Auto Care (TAC) for years - both locations -and have always been impressed with the staff. Ive never felt pushed to buy/fix anything and always get appointments that are convenient for me. Most often I have one or two children in tow so appreciate their comfortable waiting room with amenities and free shuttle service. Although I may be able to find a lower price, its these conveniences that make TAC worth it.

I needed an emergency repair. Went in without an appointment. They took care of me the same day. And provided transportation to pick the car up in the afternoon. Very pleased with the service

Hands down the best shop and auto repair experience Ive ever had in Toledo! Clean atmosphere, gourmet drinks and snacks to make you comfortable while you wait, a friendly driver to shuttle you to and from home/work, and honest repair work for a fair market price. My oil changes here cost more per service than my old shop but I also get them half as frequently which saves me money annually. Definitely worth a visit to experience for yourself! Highly recommend and will refer people here.

I am visiting from IL but needed help to fix my rear license plate that was hanging off with a bolt holding it that was rusted through and I couldnt remove it. I called a few places for help but they could not. Toledo Auto Care got me in right away, saw that the problem was bigger than just putting the plate back on and worked to find a solution that helped fix the problem. They didnt charge me either! Best Auto Service I have ever dealt with!! This is the cleanest and very professional service. Most auto shops I have been to smell of tires but not this one! Besides how the lobby offers free snacks and coffee. The owners are very friendly and make sure you are getting the most honest needs for you and your vehicle. I had some issues with my car early in the morning before my long commute to work so I took it to them and they fixed it right up. They even gave me a free shuttle drop off to my home and pick me right up when my car was finished which I thought was amazing. I was able to make it to work that same day! They also have a rewards system and coupons to get you some deals . This is definitely the best place to go for your auto care.

My grandma recently passed away and I received her car. For as long as I know, this was the ONLY auto shop she trusted with her car. And so when the car began to need work, I took it to Toledo Auto Care and discovered why she was so loyal to them. Their customer service is truthfully the best I have ever received; very friendly and honest. They even offer rides home! Their lobby is always stocked with free coffee and chocolate chip cookies and great magazines, and is so nice and clean. They did a great job with all the needs of my car and their prices are very fair. I will stay with them just like my grandma did, as long as I live in Toledo.

Came in for an engine scan, came out with great results and they fixed my problems. Really great nice people, did everything they can to help me not like most auto care places where they dont even try to help. I highly recommend this place!
