I have been in 4 motor vehicle accidents in the last 5 years, none of which I was at fault for. Each and every time, my agent Stephenie Honisko and Jeff have acted with same-day same-hour service. In my most recent accident I received my rental car in one hour. I had a claim number in one hour. Jeff Traudt State Farm spoke with my work that same day. When the insurance adjusters gave me an unsatisfactory offer, Jeff secured me an additional $2000 TWO HOURS after me calling them distraught. Stephenie has continued to check up on my health periodically and I cannot begin to state how much I value my relationship with this office.

I am very disappointed. I called to get a quote for home and auto insurance. No one ever called me back after I gave them my information. I then called a week later to follow up, I was told someone would get back with me. 2 weeks later and still nothing. I would rather they told me they didnt have time/wasnt accepting new policies, etc. instead of having me wait. Not happy.

Terrible service. The amateur agents have no idea about what they’re doing and leave out crucial details on policies. Switching my insurance provider ASAP. All around terrible. Worst insurance I’ve ever had. They make sure not to tell you very important details until it’s too late for them to do anything about it.
