If you like short nails then this is the place for you! They cut my nails in half making them nubs when all I asked for is to have them shaped. I felt that the man doing my SNS manicure was rushing. There is uneven lines, ripples, a chip, and 2 different colors showing through. The only reason I chose this nail salon is my original one was closed and I had 2 nails popped off. I dont think I will return!

Excellent service. Clean establishment. Staff speak in their second language ( english) this keeps patrons from feeling awkward ..Enjoyed listening to the history of how the managers struggled to achieve their goals. Service is outstanding.

Today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this place!!! The one guy that works their told me I know your kind “remind y’all I’m BLACK” I only asked if he was okay... he went off on me In front of everybody just because I asked him if he was okay!!! I will NOT be going back!!! It’s away to treat and talk to a paying customer!!! They deserve no stars but I had to do one just to make this known to the public of the treatment they will give when too busy!! No matter the skin color and if you can’t handle pressure and business maybe working for the public isn’t for them or him!!!

I used to go here and I visited again a little less than a week ago for a pedicure. I ended up getting a manicure and gels on my finger nails as well which was about 52 dollars. The finger nails were poorly painted and I had to have them redone and my nails still weren’t fully covered. The regular nail polish on my toe nails was coming off by that afternoon and now one of my fingernails came off. There were also bumps in the polish and the other nails look ready to come off

I waited over an hour to be seated and seen, After a week and a day my nails are starting to rise up and even had one fall off! Got another two about to fall off! I paid 31$ plus a tip! TI wish I could give a zero star review!!!

This used to be my favorite salon. I’ve been so so so many times. The last time I went the girl doing my pedicure sighed when I asked her a question about the length of the massage (which she was terrible at). Then they started speaking in Spanish and I KNOW they were talking about me because my friend is fluent and she was on the phone with me. Today I went and signed in. Sat there for 15 minutes without anyone saying a word to me and the girl doing the front desk just kept looking at me. I just ended up leaving bc why am I going to sit there forever just to get a bad pedi and be talked about. Y’all lost me to Bella nails.

I clearly stated that this was my first time,and with that said I wasnt told to put my wet finger nails under any kind of light! I asked her how long does it take to dry?She said 10 min,never telling me to put my hands under any kind of light.Neadlest to say I ruined my nails and am very disappointed.I will not recomend.

My daughter and a friend went to have their nails done yesterday, I don’t know if it’s because there was no adult present but she sent me a picture and was upset with the results. It looks like they were in a hurry to paint them and in person you can see the fake nail. She went in with her original nails and asked for coffin style nails to be put on. The color is all over her cuticles and not on the whole nail on some, they aren’t even the same length when comparing hands. And they are rude, I told her not to go back there.

My first visit was a Hispanic girl, didnt get her name. She did not cut my toes short enough therefore I had to return sooner than I have at previous solons to have them done again. My second visit I had Gloria and I explained to her that I get ingrown toenails and need them short. I was happy when I left the second time. I will not return because of management and the lack of customer service.

I have always like going to this nail salon !! Out of all the salons here this one was best up until today .... The owner Brenda who seems very uplifting and cheerful turns out to be very very rude. She did my fill in today on my natural nails .. As she was finishing appling the acrylics I noticed that my nails were thin and one had a slight crack so I asked her to correct it and when I did she proceeded to get loud with me telling me that I was wrong and she was right basically that my nail wasnt cracked ... She began getting loud so I did too and at that point I was furious to the point where I didnt even want to continue getting my nails or feet done. My point is you cant tell and talk to your customers anyway that you want even if you are the owner. I felt as is my nails were wrong and ask for it to be fixed so I felt that thats exactly what should have been done .. As she did. But she was rolling her eyes and speaking under her breath... The nail thats supposed to be fixed is now shorter than the rest of my natural nails due to her excessive filing while she was mad. I wish I could post pictures !!! I paid for this even though I dont feel as of I should have. Ive worked in customer service myself and I could teach her a thing or two on how to speak to people. Fabulous place but she makes it ugly .. And after the fact she was talking telling the other people there that I was rude ha ! There is no need to ask me to not come back because when I got up to wash my hands I had already decided that I was not coming back Mrs. Brenda .. Thank you for your service but I wont be back !! ...

If you are in search of the most rude people to own a nail spa, this is the perfect place for you. I have went for years and Brenda and Kevin have been rude to me every time. I had a wonderful experience at this salon. They just opened up due to the COVID-19 restrictions and they were hella busy! But I never felt like they were rushing and They were completely pleasant and professional. I drove 45 min for a manicure and pedicure and I will be making that drive again in 3 weeks! I found my new nail salon!!

My mom and I had Mani/Pedis and enjoyed the pampering treatment. However, significant mistakes were made in the manicures. Mine were corrected, but my moms were not because they insisted that it was done correctly. Her nails were different lengths and cut unevenly and polish was on her cuticles. It seems to me that it should be important that clients are happy with the results but apparently thats not the case. I would not recommend this place, and we will not be returning.

I received a gift certificate for Nails Care and Spa and had heard good things about the SNS package. I went in on a Friday and had a pleasant experience. The gentleman who did my nails was professional and patient as he explained the process. He told me they would last between 2-3 weeks before I needed to come back.Exactly one week later, both middle finger nails came off, but I wasnt able to stop by the salon until Monday. When I did stop in, I was told by the employee at the desk that this could happen because everyones nails are different. When I pressed her that $40 for a weeks worth of nails seemed quite expensive, she interrupted that the package was $35. I suppose she knows I wouldnt tip next time.So, the moral of the story is that Nails Care and Spa does not guarantee their product once you leave their store. It is also unlikely they are willing to fix any nails that become prematurely damaged.What is clear based on my experience today is that Nails Care and Spa will not put the customer first, will gladly over-charge for sub-standard service, and will not apologize for any fault on their end. Perhaps there are responsible and professional employees at this spa, but how can a new customer know for sure who is servicing them?I have had much better service at other local spa services. I will never recommend a friend to Nails Care and Spa.

I met my friend to get our nails done. I asked the guy who handles the prices how much it would cost for pink polish on 8 of my nails and blue on my 2 ring fingers. Then, I wanted gold tips on all 10. He told me $15. I was like, Wow thats a good deal. Then, the girl that called me to do my nails, told me the $15 would just cover 2 gold tips. And I wasnt even getting gel. I just wanted regular polish with regular gold polish on the tips. So, I explained to her what the guy had told me and then the other lady jumped in, I think the manager, and told me she heard him tell me it was only for 2 nails. Well, she was not even out there, she was in the back waxing somebody. So, unless she has bionic hearing, theres no way she heard me. I even tried to diffuse the situation and say I misunderstood, when I didnt, but she kept saying that I did hear him etc., and acted like I was trying to rip them off or something. She was very very rude and got extreme attitude with me and so I walked out. Then, I found out from my friend, she was talking about me after I left. To top things off, she would not even let us sit together and we were supposed to be getting our nails done together. They told us that they were using the chair next to my friend, and after I left, I talked to her and found out they never did. And they knew we were there together. So, they were very very rude and extremely nasty and I will never be going back there. They are good at what they do, however, it is more important to me that they treat their customers fairly and with respect. They were very disrespectful to me twice. Plus, I went to Modern Nails outside of Walmart, over by Aarons, and they did what I wanted, with all 10 nails having the gold tips, for only $15 and, they even threw in an extra color for free. Modern Nails is definitely my favorite place because they are friendly and treat their customers with respect. I give Modern Nails by Walmart 5🌟

Layla did a great job on my nails! And, I really love the place. It was cute and super clean! I will go back there whenever I’ll be around Toccoa.

They do a good job but I waited 30 minutes even though I had an appointment (and 4 people without appointments went ahead of me), and one person may bounce back and forth between 2 to 4 people. I had one person start my nails and a second person finish them.

I went to get my nails done for a wedding. I am not from Toccoa. My nails looked good initially until I started to examine them. I asked for a gel french manicure. The manicurist filed my nails into an awkward shape, the nail polish did not cover my whole nail, and the manicure only lasted about 5 days. I have have had way better manicures and gel usually stays on my nails for at least 2 weeks, if not longer. I do not recommend this nail salon.

I went there to get a acrylic full set and come home to see my thumb and middle finger were crooked and my two pointer fingers weren’t the same length at all and they were drastically different

First I will say that I used to loved getting facials here. Brenda was good and a family friend so we liked supporting her but I haven’t been back since they stole money from me in 2016. There was a promotion to buy a gift certificate for around $160 and I bought one knowing that I would be getting a facial before my wedding. Unfortunately, when I tried to go back to use the certificate, Brenda came up with excuses like that she was remodeling. I was ok with it until it kept happening over and over again.. she even said she would call to let me know when it was open again for facials since I would drive 2 hours to get the facial done here. I called several times and the last time I called to ask her for a refund (since it was clear I wasn’t ever getting serviced), she was very rude. I paid $160 upfront for a service, it’s been 2 years and I still haven’t received it or any acknowledgement from Brenda. I call that theft and being dishonest.

I felt like the entire time I was there they were rushed. They did a horrible job on my toes, the water was cold in the pedicure bath, the Half way massaged my feet, and we want mention the fact that they barely scrubbed the rough spots. It was just horrible. I will not be back.
