So disappointed with the service. They were in a such a hurry it was like a conveyor belt. They wanted too be done as fast as they could just to get new clients in. The lady cut my finger twice till it was bleeding. Didnt apologize just kept looking over her shoulder for new customers. I had to ask her to clean my hand. She did not care whatsoever.Never going back there again.

The worse nail salon ever, and I been to alot of bad nail salons...My son and me went his 2nd time ever going to one... We both got pedis, the younger guy was rude, and didnt do a full session bc he said he was in a hurry, I had the same dirt in the corners that was there when I came.. My son had the same dirt his toes he had when we came and a younger girl with glasses did his feet.. his toe nails where uneven and the hole experience was uncomfortable and I usually leave a good tip but I feel like I was robbed...I would not recommend this place at all..

Went in to get nails & toes done, older gentleman cut toenails uneven & cut a chip out of corner of my toe nail (which still hasn’t grown back even 2 months later) also cut me while filing nails. Made me bleed in 3 different spots. Never offered discount or to make right. I will not be back in there. Unprofessional & they need to own up to that mans mistakes

I went for a fill-in and while she was using the drill, she cut me several time until my fingers were bleeding. She then asked what color I would like and I said matte black yet she didn’t put the matte coating on it and when I asked for her to change it, she said it would cost extra. Also, one of my nails from the previous appointment had popped off and she fixed it for me, but the nail is bent downwards and it’s crooked. Looks almost like a talon. The entire time she was doing my nails, she kept huffing and puffing and seemed like she didn’t want to even be there. Atmosphere and energy was distasteful. I normally go to Nails Care and Spa, but decided to try them out and they will not be receiving service from me again. Would definitely recommend Nails Care and Spa instead.

I have been getting gels, acrylic and dips for years at many different nail salons. Bella is the BEST. Kim and her husband as well as their staff go above and beyond for their customers. They always remember everyone and are so friendly. I look forward to going not only for the beautiful nails but for the friendly at home atmosphere. So glad to have them in Toccoa!

I thought he was great with my nails. Did a wonderful job. Im going take my granddaughter there for her birthday, not rushed at all and treated me great, I like them lot better than the other places here in Toccoa!! Bravo....

Super accommodating! I came in with my natural nails falling apart from doing too many fill-ins at different salons and Kim brought my nails back to life! The glitter sns set she did on me was beautiful and she was such a perfectionist! Love them! SNS is super affordable and beautiful, I probably won’t go back to acrylics again ❤️.Also, their frequent-visit punch cards are awesome! My nail removal and set were half off ❤️

Three different people worked on my nails. It took forever just to get a fill. One lady cut 5 of my fingers with the drill and left them bleeding and then decided to let someone else work on my nails and then the next girl did two nails and then left and then a Gilby came and did a half of a job on the rest of my nails. I dont recommend this place at all.
