I googled for repair service and I read reviews. So I scheduled. They were out within a few hours from the time I called. Was even sent a message they were on their way. He really went the extra mile to make sure my washer was fixed. They even guarantee their work. I dont leave reviews but I felt I had to. There are not many good companies like this anymore. They are great !

I love this company! First, I want to state the complexity of this call. I put something in the microwave that blew the door open & shut it down. The exceptional service started right from the start. I received a text message from Isaiah saying he was en route, which was great! He came in & went right to work. He called his service manager to discuss the situation & they decided on a part, located at the shop, needed to resolve the problem. Isaiah left to take care of his next service call. Paul the service manager showed up 15 minutes later and completed the repair. Very fair pricing. By working through the multiple problems of the damaged microwave, it saved us from having to replace the entire oven/microwave wall unit that would have cost us $3,000 - 4,000 to replace.

My Samsung refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling Friday night. Needed a part for my busted fridge. Everywhere close was closed or did not have the part. The owner met me in about ten minutes and had both the original parts and an option that was half the price! Update:We purchased a condo and called Premiere when we realized the refrigerator was not cooling properly. Isaiah came out promptly and was straight with us about the issue and replacement parts. Best in Brevard!My refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling after last nights thunderstorm caused a power surge. i called Premiere Appliance Repair, and Isaiah was able to come out today. In no time at all, he diagnosed and repaired the issue --- for about the same price as Sears wanted to charge me just for the service charge, excluding any parts or labor! I highly recommend his services for appliance repair and will be keeping his magnet on my fridge in case we run into any issues with any of our other appliances.
