My Landlord Bought Appliances form this store. they all went bad in less than 6 months. they say tough luck. bad company do not go here.

Bought a washer and dryer from Mike, within two weeks the washer was broke, wouldn’t do anything, smelled of burning electrical. They came out and fixed it and said it had a bad wire.2 months later the same problem and he wants $75 to come out and look at it and said it was something different from slamming the lid too hard, without coming to look at it! 🤷🏼‍♂️ I bought a washer, Dryer and garage fridge from him, you would think he would want me to be happy and possibly spend more money in his store or refer friends.I get that it’s been months but it’s doing the same thing as the first time. Smells like a bad wire. It seems slamming the lid too hard is their excuse every time they sell someone a junk washer.Spend your money elsewhere. They are just not good at what they do. I will be going elsewhere! So much for helping small business.

Excellent customer service!Bought a beautiful used Samsung front load washer and dryer in November. Unfortunately, the dryer stopped heating last week ( these things happen and I do not hold Best Used Appliances responsible) ...I called Mike and he said he would get some out here on Wednesday....On Wednesday, I received a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way.Mike and his assistant showed up and were very professional..Within a matter of minutes, they had my dryer up and running again! ( just a small sensor). He charged me a very low price for replacement of the sensor....I truly couldnt have asked for better service :)I am so happy with all of the interactions that I have had with Mike and Best Used Appliances! From the sale to the service!If you are looking for a great washer and dryer...look no further than Best Used Appliances!

Im going to be honest, this is a terrible business. They sold me a washer and dryer set that I had delivered that both stopped working around day 35. When I called I was told I would be charged for repairs the owner told me would be taken care of if I had them deliver the units. When I called he was hostile and took a disrespectful tone with me. Basically hes a liar and a thief because he knows hes selling bad equipment. Im standing on that God as my witness PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE KEEP READING AND DRIVING PAST THIS CROOKS STORE AND GO SOMEWHERE THEY WONT RIP YOU OFF.IF YOU READ BELOW YOU WILL SEE AS MUCH AS THIS MAN ATTEMPTS TO SAVE FACE AND DISPUTE PEOPLES CLAIMS UNDER THEIR POST THERE ARE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS AT THIS POINT THAT YOU WOULD THINK HE WOULD TUCK HIS TAIL BUT HE IS CLEARLY UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT HE HIMSELF AND HIS JUNK HE IS SELLING CAN DO NO WRONG. This was a very big mistake going to this facility. The owner Promised money for the old appliances. He never paid but has them for sale in his shop.. Talk to him and resolve them didnt give us a penny. The dishwasher WE Bought from him didnt work He blamed it on the power. It cost me $150 to have An electrician check it Then it was his dishwasher. He exchanged it for lesser value one but at least it works Terrible equipment terrible service and they do not tell the truth. Very Shandy place DO NOT US YOU WILL REGRET

I would agree with a lot of the other posts here, these guys are good peeps! We bought a fridge. It was fairly priced, clean and they delivered it a pretty good distance for a fair fee.

Well kept environment with great equipment and reasonable prices. Also a cool atmosphere with music in the background and a polite working staff.

They dont inspect anything, dont guarantee anything, and dont fix anything unless you pay. They DO, however sell appliances with serious issues and insist that any issue its your fault. If you do have them fix anything, theyll even charge you for the time it takes them to drive back to the shop to pick up tools they forgot. You might as well buy from Craigslist.

As soon as we walked in, Mike was great from the start. My wife told him what she wanted for a washer and dryer and he had 1 matching set that was even better than what she was expecting. At first I was hesitant because it was more than what I was hoping to spend, but after i checked prices online we paid about a third of what an identical set would have cost new. And looking at them, you would think they are new. Service was great from the time we walked into the store all the way thru delivery and installation. We highly recommend buying from him before going anywhere else. 5 stars all the way!

These guys are awesome. Bought a new washing machine and it works perfect. Came with a 30 day warranty and they delivered it, set it up and hauled my busted one away. I highly recommend getting an appliance here over Craigslist any day.

Purchased a dryer that did not work when I got home. I called and was told it worked (clearly not but ok). Had an electrician check out the outlet and was told the outlet is good and the cord is providing power the unit....the dryer was bad. So I called AGAIN and was told it worked, so I filled them in that I had an electrician look at the outlet and cord and both were good then was informed that he (the guy from the store) was an electrican for 40 years and the dryer worked and when I brought it back it would work. So back it went, plugged it in and it did not work. Guy was baffled even though I had an ELECTRICIAN come to my house but whatever and he was an electrican so yeah. He checked the fuses they were all good, then had it repaired. Great, brought it back home and yay...dryer is working....but nope it wasnt. Took 2hrs to dry a load, sounds as if metal and metal are grinding together in it somewhere and my entire house smelled of chemicals. So back it goes AGAIN for more repairs. They have the dryer for several days and then I send someone to pick it up and they didnt repair anything because it is heating. You are correct, it is heating but it is not drying in an appropriate amount of time, and it also sounds like metal and metal and grinding together, and it also smells of chemicals to the extent that when it is run my entire house stinks. So now I am getting closer to the limit of the warranty and they refuse to even fix it. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.

The people that work here are super nice and honest, they go the extra mile. I definitely recommend going to them with all of your business!

Got a refrigerator side by side less than month ago. Worked great First week. Went to get food out of it.No Ice it was water. Meat thrawed out. Lost 200.00 worth of food.Called said i open it on fefost mode. Been trying to get them to come out. Mike said he try an fit us in. Not very happy. But bought one 6 yrs ago. From them it just quit reworking last month.Still. Having problems. I will never go there again. I just want my money back.Do not get anything from him

We purchased our washer and dryer here when we purchased our home. The delivered and hooked up the appliances. They worked with our time schedule and were fabulous. Washer and dryer were like new and work great.

Dont call them to come and work on your appliances ... they will try to RIP you off

Wow is all I can say. I got a washer and dryer delivered to my home and installed in record time. The price for the super capacity appliances I got was about the same price as ones I had seen shopping at the thrift store in town, but the quality of the one Best used Appliances and Repair was exactly that: THE BEST! I think they may have just got a customer for life. If you want a deal, with quality fast install, and the preowned appliances in Brevard, I would check out this place on S. Hopkins. Very satisfied customer.

I am speaking for my daughter who bought a used dryer, Mike told her she had 30 day warranty but even if it was a little over 30 days he would still cover it. The washer didn’t wash the clothes clean, then it quit- after 2 weeks. She called and he said it would cost $65 for service call or she could bring it in. So she called him back to come out, he asked questions and then told her it was her fault from slamming the lid and it would cost almost as much as she paid for the washer to get it fixed- when he really doesn’t know whats wrong with it, hes just guessing and really didn’t want to come out anyway. You guys are trash, and just know that God takes care of his own when you do them wrong. You will get it back.

The sell of the gas stove seemed easy until the stove wanted to smoke. When we called to the store Jerry was rude and tells us that there is diffence of LP gas vs propane. the kit to concert it is 25.00 and there is a 65.00 service fee. When I called called I spoke to Mike the owner who was equally rude and very professional to hang up on me. Great customer service.I read some of the reviews before deciding to support a small locally owned business and they werent the best. I guess now I know why.This isnt a business I will continue to support

So we purchased a use washer. A week later it has issues with draining. Called, and was told over the phone that it was caused by us dropping the lid to hard and that it wasnt covered under a 30 day warranty. In total $130 for repair, pick up, look at, and fix. Spent $180 on the washer. No other solution or option give, this was the only resolution.

I purchased a dryer, excellent service and very friendly. The deliver team set up the appliance very efficient will be returning to for future appliances.

Bought a dryer from Mike, made loud noise from first day. Was told new bearing need to break in and wait to see what happens. 41 days after purchase, the heating element went out. Mike doesnt remember phone call about issue from day one and charged $146.00 to repair his rebuilt dryer. Over $400 invested in a used dryer, do yourself a favor, dont use Mike and just buy new with warranty!!! Really disappointed in you, Mike!
