Great place to get good used appliances! We picked out a washer and dryer. Abother couple came along and expresses interest, and the owner let them know we had come first. First come first serve, which we appreciated!

We love our washer they delivered and hooked up for us. The old one crapped out and we really needed something good quick. There service was good and reasonably priced. And we like the 60 day guarantee.

I called this place last week after my washer broke. Anyone with kids know that’s a tragedy in itself. I was asked how much I was wanting to spend and within 30 min I was sent multiple pictures of different washers. Within a couple days I had an awesome washer with a 60 day warranty and the old one was taken. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience. We were newly moved into an apartment and money was SUPER tight. I was a little hesitant at first buying from a used appliance store, but we really had no other choice financially. I am so glad we used Nicoles! We got a washer and dryer set within our budget. The staff was professional, friendly and prompt. When we had an issue, they sent someone out within a day to fix it and weve had no problems ever since. The washer is a nice size so I am not stuck doing laundry all day and with a baby coming, this is a godsend! Thank you to Nicoles for being an amazing business.

Very unprofessional. Never fixed the problem. They dont keep appointmenst, they are rude, and never return phone calls. You are lucky if you get any service at all. Some of you have had a positve experience, you are lucky. Stay away, go someplace else. They are nice until something goes wrong then you get yelled at and accused of doing something wrong. I bought a used refrigerator it worked for 2 weeks. They sent a repair man to fix it he put a new thermostat in it. The same refrigerator broke a week later.they sent the same repair guy out and he admitted he put the wrong part in needless to say 2 weeks later it broke again. I called th store again . The owner said he was going to get me another refrigerator that day. Meanwhile my food was going bad. 2 days later he brings me another refrigerator a loaner, it never worked he admitted the fan broke. He told me he was going to come back that day with another refrigerator. 3 days later I got another refrigerator and that one did not work. I spent the next 3 days cleaning up thawed out food and throwing everything in my freezer away. So Monday I went and bought another refrigerator at another store. Tuesday morning at 10 am my daughter and I went into the store so I could get my money back. He was cussing at me and yelling at me. The man brought 3 refrigerators none of them worked. I called the store asking when I was getting a working refrigerator. The female that works there was so nasty to me she told me I was getting a better refrigerator (that one was broken) then what I paid forTerrible customer service and junk appliances.Oh he knew the refrigerator was garage it took him 6 days to pick up his junk refrigerator after he gave me my money back.*the owner knows I am disabled he took advantage of meDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !

We purchased a used dryer from Nicole’s Appliances. It is an awesome dryer at a great price. Danny delivered and installed the dryer. He also gave me a lesson on how it works. It’s pretty fancy!

I had a couple of companies come out to try an repair my refrigerator but couldnt I was about to buy a new one then a friend of mine told me that they had a guy to repair a washer for them from Nicoles and said that the tech was very good but couldnt remember his name so I called an set it up to come out and lucky me my friend was here when he came out and it was the same guy but he was great had it completed in less than an hour and has been working well for over a month now so thank you Nicoles JAMES is a great tech.i will not forget his name.lol I have it posted on my refrigerator. I will use you guys for any future appliance needs again thank you James you did a great job and saved me a lot of money.

Spoke with Danny the owner about washer repair said he would pick washer up & have back the next day and he did delivery & reinstall one price included repair. Had tried 3 weeks to get someone to repair my washer which included Best Used Appliances Titusville FL. I had made an appt with Best Used before calling Nicole’s Appliance was told by owner the day of my appt not given a time waited all day no show at 7:30 left the house called the next morning and spoke with owner said no one called or showed up he said I’ll make you first this morning someone will be there in 20 minutes in 50 minutes again a no show so called owner back and canceled then called Nicole’s Appliance and So Glad I did they did a great job .

I bought a washer and dryer from here three months later the dryer broke.i called for service.they came out and called the office to see if i was to be charged.. I found that strange..then i knew why...after them pretend testing my electric power they told me the circuit breaker in my home was broke and there was no electric going through the line to my dryer.there was not Ssn issue with the dryer.i had an electrician come an hour later.took my breaker box open and tested the 240 line dedicated to the dryer and it was operating perfectly.no issue with the breaker or the electricity...the dryer was broke some all thermostat something was shot and needed to be replaced.apparently they thought they would have to fix it for free and didnt want to...well you didnt have to..i had someone else come the next day..its repaired.dont worry i wont call you again.

They delivered the fridge with one man and he could not physically move the one we had out.. We could not have the new one installed. The man came back 2 days later with a helper and then removed the old fridge and hooked the new one up. They said would be back the next day but did not. They left and the fridge door would not close.. They would not come back out till 2 days... Finally we have a working fridge.. Will never ever buy from this store again........

They sold me a used washer for my apartment. Which would have been fine but they repaired it by putting a top load water pump into a front load washer. Worked for 2 weeks then flooded my apartment. Had to get a different company to come out to fix it. Needless to say, they are a scam. Dont use them ever.

I called for service on my refrigerator but after the guy had to come back 2 more times it wasnt looking like he knew what he was doing but then they sent a different guy james i could tell right away this guy knew much more and was very professional and nice and was happy to explain every step of the repair to me he had it repaired in 30 minutes and is still working well thanks james so i recommend to use this company but ask for tech james and you will be very satisfied so again thank you james you are great.

Very bad service I bought a refrigerator from this place and it never worked right and they dont want to refund the money I keep getting the run around and its almost a year now Ive been throwing food away because it wont stay cold my grandsons milk goes bad in days bad people dont buy any thing there I warned you I dont even want to give them a star but you have to

Told him what we were looking for and he gave us options and broke it down as to what we really needed for our family (stackable washer and dryer) The price!! VERY reasonable!!! We did our research and went to a few places before going there.

Great experience! Ordered a stacked washer and dryer; a couple days before the delivery I realized that the set I picked wouldnt fit under the shelf in my laundry room. They were happy to work with me, and I ended up a nice side-by-side washer and dryer pair that works great! Installation only took an hour or so, and they let us know that we needed to install a dryer vent to prevent it from backing up. Very helpful.

Quick to deliver when I needed it, which was great, but didnt expect another broken stove and no follow up after finally assessing the issue.

Bought a washer 4 months ago from Danny. Last week it stopped draining. We called and left a message with the receptionist and were promised a call back later that afternoon. No call, understandably busy. Call again 2 days later and left a voicemail. 2 more days call and spoke to receptionist, he’s on a call and will call back within the hour. 2 hours later... he’s still busy...ok no worries. Leave message next day to please have someone touch base with us. Today is Monday that was Saturday. So in regards to improving, how bout work on customer service.

Nicole was both knowledgeable and helpful. She explained how we can hook up our current washing machine to a garden hose and make it work (run a full cycle). She sold us the necessary splitter and hoses. Our washer works perfectly now. Thanks to Nicoles expertise and willingness to help, we saved a lot of money. We will definitely be buying our next appliance from her.

We visited Nicole’s to price a used washer and dryer. And we felt the man there didn’t want our business, First he didn’t know,the price of the dryer then came up with a price, both washer and dryer were the same, we listened and he acted like they were the only ones on sale, then out of the blue he said you can try Craig’s list, or sears for New, we weren’t looking for new, BTW sears has a washer and dryer band New for 289.00 each, he wanted 165.00 for both, never gave us a chance to ask if there was anything a bit,cheaper since we live in an apt and used fits the budget right now, we were interested, but turned off when he said try Craig’s list, I thought why would I buy off line not knowing what I be getting when this is a used appliance store, or if I wanted New then why wasn’t I at a new appliance store, so I was turned off from Nicole’s. Will be looking else where

Ok I’m changing my previous post they finally made it out an they think that I’ve been putting to much n the dryer that’s the reason for it not drying all the cloths, different dryer then I had befor so maybe it can’t take as big of loads as my previous dryer so I’m going to try that, thanks for comin out an especially thanks to Sam for making sure everything’s rite!

I purchased a washer and dryer on the 9th of Dec. The following weekend there was an issue with the dryer. Long story short.... 3 weekends in a row dryer issues.Right now Im not happy!!!!
