OMG! Riley is an absolute gem!! Ive never connected so great with someone before. It was like we were best friends! Highly recommend and Ill never go anywhere else again! He had no problems adding an additional service to my appointment and did a fantastic job!! 5☆☆☆☆☆ all the way!!

Riley is the best brow tech! He really knows his stuff. My eyebrows are unruly and difficult and he knew exactly what to do to make them look FLAWLESS! Do yourself a favor and go see him. He’s also funny and makes you feel so comfortable.

Larissa does an excellent job on my eyebrows. She is professional, attentive to details and engaging. I was her client when she was at the Benefit BrowBar in downtown Portland and when she relocated to Washington Square I did not hesitate to continue booking services with her. Her work is definitely worth the 45 minute drive (one way).

You need to book with Danielle!!! She is hands down the best, I don’t trust anyone else to touch my eyebrows but her! You will 100% have the best experience. She is so sweet, so fun to talk to, and overall amazing at her job. I love that she takes her time with you, and makes sure you leave looking amazing, and happy! You will not be disappointed!

Teresa is literally the only reason I go to the benefit brow bar.. She is Amazing! Super friendly and incredibly talented! If Teresa wasnt there I definitely would not go there to get my brows done!

Larissa has been doing my brows since 2011 or 2012, when she was at the downtown Macys Benefits Brow Bar. Since shes been at this location, I drive across town every 3 months to see her. She has just the right touch, and I always leave feeling good about myself after she has cleaned up my brows. She is a pro and is talented at what she does!

Teresa is a godsend. She runs this place better than anyone ever could and kills it at perfecting brows all the time. She is so down to earth and easy to get along with that it makes the occasional stinging of the wax being pulled off your face worth it. I have been going here for about 6 years and don’t plan on going anywhere else, except if Teresa leaves. This woman is amazing at her job and an amazing person, don’t miss out on an opportunity to book with her.

I like the convenience of booking online, choosing my aesthetician, and there are always lots of available times to book. But overall, Jill is the reason I rebook. She’s sweet, funny, nice to my kiddos and she’s very skilled.

This review is in hopes to find my favorite eyebrow esthetician, Alla, she used to work at the Benefit BrowBar inside Macy’s Washinton Square. I’ve been living in Portland since 2007 and have tried multiple locations and many different estheticians (every single one of the best places in Portland) and Alla was just the best. Consistent. She gave my eyebrows the best shape they ever had (every single time). She was the only esthetician that I did not have to do any additional touch up myself (when I got home).I really hope she returns to the Benefit store at Macy’s after Covid-19 (or that I can find out where is the next place she’ll be working at). I don’t even know her last name to try finding her, she gave me her card but I think I lost it. :/

Took both my daughters here on their 13th birthdays as their passage into being able to wear makeup. Staff is incredibly friendly! They really went above and beyond to educate us on how to apply makeup, what to use, etc. They did a great job in trying to understand our style and needs rather than just try to sell us stuff. I was concerned they might try to over do-it with my daughters makeup but they did a really good job in keeping it age appropriate. I recommend them to anyone! Plus the products are great too:).

I love the aestheticians who work here (there is even a beauty bar in the Ulta near by) but THIS ONE IS THE BEST PLACE IVE EVER HAD MY BROWS WAXED AT!! My daughter now goes here, my mother-in-law and Ive sent many friends and they have become repeat customers. We love Larissa, Shondra and Teresa but weve also heard great things about ALL the aestheticians at Benefit Brow Bar in Macys.

I have followed Larissa from the Downtown Macys location (when it closed). She is the best with brows. Ive converted my entire family to her even my brother. She makes him look like a normal guy (which is so hard to do..ha) Looking up all the old Downtown Macys benefit brows yelp reviews, its clear to see shes one of the best.

I’ve always hated waxing. Never had any good experiences when I lived in Hawaii so giving it another go out here, I wasn’t expecting much more. But Irena, the aesthetician who did my eyebrows that very first time a couple of years ago, made the entire experience such a great one that I am now one of her regulars and schedule appointments with only her.
