I’ve been using Rusnak for years now and I ill continue to use them going forward, especially after how smooth this last purchase was. My salesman, Vitaly was OUTSTANDING in knowledge of the product and level of service. I was impressed with the fact that no extra $5-10k over MSRP was tacked on as was the case with another non BMW dealership.This really makes me want to stay loyal to the brand as well as this particular dealership. I rarely have anything good to say about the car purchase process but after a few stressful attempts in other shops, this was such a relief!!Vitaly is such a pleasure and was so personable. I would recommend asking for him.
Bad experience . The car salesman mentioned that he doesn’t want to test drive since it can add some milage to the new car . Then when I told to the sakes manger who was communicating in non professional way, ge said this is a hot car and he can sell over weekend and no discount . Also, he wants to run my credit even though I had an approval from my bank . I asked for the purchase agreement to get them funded by my bank and asked them to hold the car . They said “ no”.I drove to Valencia BMW and found a better car with a great discount and they did purchase agreement with no running my credit . Poor customer service in Rusnak BMW.

Mark W. was great to work with. Kept us in the loop and was patient with us through the whole process of ordering numerous cars. He has a great sense of humor and you can see how he genuinely cares about his customers. While we were there he attended to numerous families with very specific needs and everyone was happy in the end. You can tell his customers really care about him as well. The rest of the staff was really nice and even remembered my late father which meant a lot to me. Coming from Tesla is a big change for me, but the growl of my new M3 comp is like music to my ears. Saw a car I liked, was willing to buy it and they told me that corporate would not allow them to sell the car to an out-of-state person. Even if I went to the dealership they told me they wouldnt sell it to me. Their loss

It was a great experience at the time that there is low inventory and high demand. They have listened to the options and detailed that I have expected from my car and helped me to find it on a busy day. I worked with Howard and Chris, two great person.
Sent my SUV X5 in for a service and they gave me a Nissan compact car as loaner. What I can say. Next time will find a dealer is not this cheap.
They stole our airpods and didnt even acknowledge my wife when she reached out, but pointed us to small print in their service order that they werent responsible for lost/stolen items. Right thing to do would have been to investigate (who worked on car, cameras, etc.) and get back to us at least with some courtesy coupon or something. So, a bad review and us not going back is what they get.
Probably one of the better service departments, but no excuse for advisors lying to customers. Everyone knows that stealerships are exponentially more expensive than anywhere else. Instead of being on the level about this, my advisor blatantly said nobody would be able to fix my car without the big bucks. He recommended I buy a 2022 bmw and accept that this one is beyond saving. Left such a sour taste in my mouth understanding how little I can trust them, and realizing how little they are looking out for their clients.Saved tens of thousands of dollars on identical parts and in my opinion higher quality work and attention to detail elsewhere.P.S. If youre a dealership, you should always make sure cars smell as good when they are picked up, as when they are dropped off. Maybe someone needs more deodorant.

Today was our first time visiting Rusnak BMW Thousand Oaks. I usually go to another BMW dealership, but we were in Thousand Oaks and decided to check out their inventory. My lease ends in October, and I am already dreaming about my next BMW, but it was my husband who found the truck of his dreams. Mark Weisberg was our salesperson, and he treated us to first class BMW service even though we werent buying one. Mark was honest and genuine in his approach. Amazing service! I needed tires, the price was reasonable, the service advisor, Vick Deukmajian, was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and provided service above and beyond. The buying experience was ok. Bob our salesman was nice. It took far too long. 5 hours. I did have issues unlocking my credit but the buying process was snails pace. The other thing was I had an issue getting finance to honor the advertised financing which should not happen. Love the car. It’s just the process needs improving.

Although the car couldnt been delivered to me but paperwork was fast. I will definitely see them in three years to renew my lease.
Very disappointed in the lack of interest and response from the sales team. We have attempted multiple times to get information about a vehicle we have serious interest in but have had zero luck gathering any helpful information. We have a 7 month old baby and even planned his nap to go see the vehicle that we were made to believe was available only to learn (once we were already en route) that it was in service and not available for us.I had high expectations about customer service based on reviews but am seriously disappointed in the response. It is not acceptable to promise returned calls/texts with specific information about a vehicle and not deliver. We have been waiting around for a response and still have heard nothing after 4 days.
I’ve bought and sold many cars over the years and my experience at Rusnak BMW was far and away the best I’ve had. The team was straight forward, reasonable and accommodating. Because of COVID I had a unique situation that required several members of their team to go above and beyond to help get the deal done. Great job by all but special thanks to Patrick and Dylan.
In October of 2018 my lease was coming to an end. We came to visit Rusnak BMW and was introduced to Roger Carroll. We have since leased three vehicles from him with plans to refer much more business. He is a man of integrity and will not waste anybodies time during the process of buying/leasing a new car. By nature I can be a very untrustworthy so I was hoping for the best since my previous experiences at other BMW dealerships havent been enjoyable.All I will say is Renee Norris. She is a Rusnak service expert who was great in her response to my vehicle. She was attentive and very understanding. All the simple things we need in this crazy time. I cant say enough. Im thankful and appreciative that my service was quick and informative. Thank you Rusnak for the service and employing those that make it genuine.
The service advisors and technicians have always done a terrific job. My issue stems from a service charge for a software update on my car. I received a drive train malfunction warning that almost disabled my car. It lost 90% of the power. Its a 2015 435i. Apparently the diagnostic equipment couldnt identify the problem due to outdated software on my car???$307 later for the software update and my car was back running again. Zack was my advisor and was very helpful and professional. Again, my issue is the fact that my car malfunctioned due to their software. BMW No. America customer service was less than interested in my issue.
Howard was a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the car buying market and I plan on working with him for my future car needs.

I brought in my X3 for its maintenance appointment. I received excellent service. Vick took care of everything. I needed a ride to work and he ordered an Uber for me. I am so glad I got the maintenance package when got my car. It was worth it. Wipers were replaced and batteries replaced in both key fobs. I highly recommend Rusnak BMW. They make service appointments seamless.
These guys won’t sell you one of their vehicles if you don’t live in California because “there’s an inventory shortage and we want our business to be with locals which helps with repeat customers”. What an absolutely blasphemous reason to lose out on a sale completely made up by this specific dealership. Have not heard that from any other BMW dealership when I’ve told them I’m out of state.

The mechanical work done was done great. But the person that washes the car does a terrible job! When I went to leave in the car there were dried bird droppings on the car. They said they washed it and they re-washed it. After the second wash you could see rag whip marks all over the hood.

I went there for an airbag recall. It was done smoothly and they even gave me a free car wash.
Making my appointment was easy, service was done in a timely manner. The wash was kinda eh, I drove away and all the water left in the mirrors sprayed everywhere, defeated the purpose of the wash. And my service reminder was not reset.
When brought the leased car in for regular maintenance, found out the warranty expired due to it’s a dealer’s loaner car at the time of leasing it and I had to pay for the charges even the 3 year lease wasn’t up yet and the mileage was way below 30000 miles. Chris Darby, the general sales manager went his way to resolved the issue and got the maintenance taken cared of. Very nice guy and it shows this is a worthy dealership to be considered.

By default I am expecting an exceptional service from BMW brand. Was disappointed with Rusnak BMW service.Had two service visits and in both cases nobody met me at reception desk so I had to go and look for my service man. At first visit I was asked to replace brakes, after replacement they started to squeak (apparently, they didn’t test what they did). Made second visit and was told that they need to do extra work on brakes as technician “missed” issue the first time. They charged me extra money for work, even though it was service’s fault.If you are lucky to live close to Century West BMW salon in Studio City, I would always recommend these guys, they know what luxury service is.

We purchased a CPO BMW X3 from the Rusnak team. Shortly after driving it off the lot, the sunroof shade was causing a rattling noise whenever the sunroof shade was retracted. The repair was completed but unfortunately it was not a long term fix. I called to reschedule and Mike Powell cheerfully invited me to bring the X3 in for a recheck. Mike made arrangements for a brand new loaner and the Service team diagnosed and completed the repair that same day. It so nice driving around without the rattle anymore. Thanks Mike.
Josh Gates is one of the best service advisors/writers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.Collectively, our family has 6 BMW’s and Josh is our go to guy. Service took long than quoted. Everything was done very professionally. I inquired about a shuttle or rental car. All they could offer was an Uber which wasn’t clear if they would be taking care of it or not. Still a nice gesture.

Art is a true professional and will provide you with excellent customer service. He will provide you with all of the information you need to make decisions, and will be transparent throughout the entire process. I would recommend Art and trust his guidance. You will not regret it.The service advisor was great, but my car was returned with grease stains on the white leather seat and door handles for a second time. This happened once before, so I was a bit disappointed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.

Rusnak is a good place to buy a car if you are going for an ICE. There is a nice building and professional staff(for a car dealer).They worked hard to get us into the car.BMW has some unfortunately long and burdensome paperwork so we were there for hours filling it out. This isn’t really rusnaks fault.Mark did a great job helping us.
