This was the easiest dealership mu husband and I have ever worked with. We came just to check our Infiniti Q50 end of lease and were very pleased to meet with David, the sales person. He helped us to make a right decision. He explained our options in a very professional manner. He was kind, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, just listened to our needs. At the end we were placed in the perfect car and walked out happy and appreciated for the great customer service. Our experience exceeded our expectations. Definitely 5 stars for this dealership.

Couldnt be any happier with my purchase from here (2017 q50 3.0t). Fidel P. was very attentive to my needs and what I was looking for. Didnt try selling me something I didnt want. He made the whole buying experince easy and actually fun. Joe I. in finance made the whole paper work proccess easy and didnt make me feel hassled one bit during it. No hidden gimmicks! Would definitely recommend buying a car from here, especially from fidel. You wont regret making a purchase here.

One of the most horrible Infiniti branches out there. I cant even put into words the amount of unprofessionalism of this Store and its directors and leaders. Lets start with Drew the sales and dealer manager. After trying to contact him and his management team for 2 weeks of me getting the run-around not getting a single person to speak to, not a single person calling me back. Yet they love to brag on how professional they are. Horrible horrible horrible. The staff are rude and liars. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION

We went and tested many SUVs and we ended up at Infiniti of Thousand Oaks. The sales manager Drew and our salesman Edwin were so unbelievable explained everything we ended up with a vehicle that had more options than we had expected we spent about six hours. they were so patient explaining everything also told us to come back in a week or two to review all the features of the vehicle because you cannot learn them all in that period of time unbelievable service and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody. They really worked the numbers to work within our budget and we are so grateful

Best dealership ever!!!! Fidel turned the experience of leasing a new car to a fun easy experience, especially under my unique circumstances..... someone had crashed into my old car 1 day before the lease was up and I had to get it fixed quickly without having to extend the lease for another month.... not only did Fidel give me the best rates for a new car, he complete took care of the rerun of my old as well..... Fidel and the supervisor were extremely professional and very courteous..., and even funny!!! Would highly recommend this branch over any other!!!

I hate buying cars. It takes forever. It is expensive, and I always feel a little taken after the fact. I am also not a fan of buying used cars, but I needed a bigger car. I had looked at a few different cars, and I got very close to buying a Nissan Pathfinder with all the features I wanted when the dealership tried to pull a fast one. My dad had seen a used Infiniti QX60 at Infiniti Thousand Oaks, and since it is a fancier Pathfinder, I decided to check it out.The car was missing a couple features I had wanted - nothing major - and it looked nice and was priced pretty much right. Edwin helped me out and got me to a the monthly payment and terms I had mentally agreed to in my head before going. It was late, and so I went back a couple days later to buy the car. In these COVID times, it is even harder having a toddler in tow, but Edwin was great. He helped keep my daughter entertained while getting the information he needed. Drew was also great. He even let my daughter shoot him with a Nerf gun. Joe explained all the paperwork. I am a person who reads every page and asks questions, and he took the time to go over the questions I had.After buying the car and getting home, Edwin text me a picture of my garage door remote. Oops! I was able to get that right away, but then remembered that I also left a lucky charm hanging from the rearview mirror in my trade-in. Edwin wasnt there, and Drew went looking for it, but it was no longer in the car. About a day or so later, Edwin text me a picture of my lucky charm. I am not sure where he found it, but since the charm is no longer manufactured, I couldnt buy a new one, and I was really happy to he found it. He seemed to have put in some effort to find it since it had not been anywhere, and to care enough to put in the time to hunt it down really showed commitment to customer service. I mean, I already had the car (hed already made the sale), but he still made the effort.We had a little hiccup with some misinformation about the DMV registration fees, but after some back and forth, Drew provided me with a fair resolution that restored my complete satisfaction.Overall, I would easily and happily recommend Infiniti of Thousand Oaks. I would suggest that if you havent bought a used car before and are looking to get one, you research some things to know about used cars and the differences you might encounter between new and used car buying processes and practices, but that is everywhere and really has nothing to do with Infiniti. In terms of the car buying process this time around, this Infiniti dealership was by far the most pleasant to work with, and I spoke to multiple Nissan dealerships, Toyota, and Subaru. None of the others could have given me the confidence to buy a used car, and most I couldnt escape fast enough. They were too pushy. This was a friendly experience that felt like they wanted my business but werent trying to swindle me to get it.

Had an overall pleasant experience purchasing a new to us 2017 QX70.Id enquired about a 2017 QX50 they had advertised, but once we test drove the QX70, we knew this was a better choice for us and our needs.Our salesman, Nick did a great job patiently showing us a few cars, having us test drive the QX50 wed come to see to the QX70 then to a brand new QX50. He was courteous, helpful and a good listener. We never felt any undue sales pressure.Nicks supervisor, Danny, the pre-owned sales manager, also was very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. He was quite friendly and he wanted to let us know right from the beginning he wanted this to be the best sales experience weve ever had. As well, Joe in finance was great in helping us find the best finance deal available. He was also professional and friendly.Im pleased to recommend INFINITI of Thousand Oaks. Wed be glad to business there again and we would recommend dealing with Nick, Danny and Joe.

I ended up financing somewhere else but Joe kindly took care of all of the paperwork, ran the numbers with me to be sure I was getting the best possible deal, and made the whole transaction super easy. If you really want to buy Infiniti, then dont waste your time here. They had a nice vehicle with sticker discount on the windshield. Once weve got the numbers on the table, sticker discount wasnt included anywhere. The monthly price was [almost] doubled, compared where it should be. They knew that, and didnt bother. Sad to miss the opportunity on the car, but hey, there are more dealerships around, and this one keeps the car for their advertising.

From the beginning of my lease in 2017 until I bought the Q60 Turbo, it was painful dealing with this group. Not honest, a lot of turnover, they do not honor the promises the finance people make (who then leave the company) and they were incredibly condescending to me. Its 2020 guys, women have jobs and careers, and can understand contracts!Ill spare the details, because, really, no one cares about them. But suffice it to say, going into that dealership was a bad decision, and Ive regretted it ever since.I started taking my car (which I love) somewhere else to get servicing (thanks, Ken and Kens Auto) because I couldnt deal with this dealerships bait and switch tactics, along with the condescension.I recently purchased the car, and figured, maybe things are better but, no. Its still unprofessional as heck, dishonest and unethical.My sweetheart was going to buy an Infiniti, but after seeing how these people do business he went to Lexus around the corner. What a difference! They treated us like they actually cared. Upfront, decent and professional all the way through his process.JD Powers is always sending me emails asking for feedback. I tell them what I think. Does it matter? Absolutely not. It hasnt improved in three years - its gotten worse.I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.

I went to this dealership today with my wife to look at a new Q50. We were walking around the lot for awhile then decided to go into the showroom. On the way in we stopped to look at a car on the curb next to the building right in front of the door. As I was walking around the car when I got to the drivers door the car locked itself. Wow cool tech right? Nope, it was a sales guy. We went in and I mentioned it to the guy that approached me. Honestly it was very insulting, did they think I was going to steal it? Granted I was wearing my grungy work around the house sweat shirt so maybe I didn’t look like their typical customer, but my wife did. Anyway the last car we bought we never looked at or drove ahead of time and I regret that, there was a program through our credit union where we tell them what we want and they just deliver it. My wife really likes the way this car looks so now I’m going to find one to rent for a few days to make sure she likes it, then I’ll just buy one online. #dealershipssuck. Thanks for listening.

The process -- or even the prospect -- of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle will produce no small amount of anxiety in any intelligent bi-ped. This is probably all the more true in flighty economic times. My wife and I discovered Infiniti of Thousand Oaks by chance, and we quickly found their salespeople, Edwin and Cristian, to be polite, professional and positive. (Cristian ended up facilitating and finalizing our deal, and he certainly kept his word.) Frankly, the entire staff was engaging; it was obvious these folks are highly experienced in their respective areas. No where near the customer service I used to receive when I owned my Mercedes or that we receive on our Toyota 4-runner.I would recommend driving a little further to find a better dealer. Do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. The staff is very rude and only want your money. They put hidden fees in the total amount of the car without telling you and the when you ask what those fees are, they have no explanation for them. I have been leasing cars every three years for the past 12 years. Needless to say I had experienced countless unpleasant experiences at various dealerships and independent auto leasing offices. My recent experience (2/8/2020) at the Infinity dealership of Thousand Oaks made me realize that honest people still exist in the world of car sales. My entire experience begun as a nightmare in which the Infinity auto I was leasing started having major mechanical problems and I had to end my lease a few months earlier. I contacted sales managers of four different Infinity dealers and immediately started experiencing the well-known game of getting different/conflicting prices.I then decided to call Infinity of Thousand Oaks. A gentleman by the name of Al Jones answered the call. I explained to Al about the issues I was experiencing and asked if they were able to work with my request (down payment, monthly price and a few other lease terms). I also explained to Al that they were the 5th dealer I was calling and I had no more time and patience to deal with any kind of games. Al immediately assured me that they did things “differently” and he would be 100% honest with me. He further stated that he would check with the sales manager (Drew Tazinski) and get back to me within 15 minutes. Sure enough, 14 minutes later Al called back to report that they could work with my requests.My significant other and myself called Drew and spoke with him personally to confirm that we had a “deal” and that things were not going to change once we arrived at the dealer. Drew assured both of us that nothing would change.A few hours later, I arrived at the dealer with my mother and 7 year old son. Upon pulling to the customer service parking lot, we were greeted by Drew, Edwin Alas and Ryan Wilcox. All three gentleman were professional, courteous and friendly. Long story short, the deal we agreed about over the phone was honored at the dealer. The entire time we were there my son never once got bored or complained. He played ball with Ryan, Edwin, Drew and even a few other receptionists. As I was waiting for paperwork, Ryan, my mother and I even spoke about the different travel experiences we had and the entire experience felt as if I was sitting around with my family members. I seriously even considered working at the dealer, but of course between directing and teaching at two different universities, I knew that would not be possible. The whole experience was so exceptional that up until the last minute I thought something fishy was going to occur.I want to wholeheartedly thank Al Jones, Ryan Wilcox, Drew Tazinski, Edwin Alas as well as Joe Inemer for going above and beyond their duties. The entire ambiance of the dealership exuded nothing but professionalism, friendliness, honesty and a “family feeling”. If you are thinking about car shopping at this location do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. Everyone that I worked with had a hidden agenda along with their hidden fees. Every time I would question something that I knew wasn’t correct they would try to dodge it and use a sales pitch on me. In addition, every person I spoke to said something different. It was hard to trust that anyone was looking out for me. I think they tried to take advantage of the fact I am young and a woman. I went to a different location and had amazing service. You have to put your trust into an investment this big. Don’t put your trust in the wrong hands. Go somewhere else.

I found their sales team to be pretty good - they were really helpful and responsive. However, the service staff is awful - disrespectful. Honestly, I brought my car after an accident and before they called my insurance company, they told me the insurance company would not cover it and that I had to come pick up my car. Then I brought it in for a recall and they took absolutely forever and they were disrespectful. I wont get an Infiniti again - too bad because the car is not bad.

Hello fellow customers,I would like to let you know a little bit about The Infinity of Thousand Oaks service department and management. They LIE to the customers about unccesary services that vehicles dont need and overcharge them. I completely understand that vehicles need certain services for safety reasons but thats not the case here. Their speciality is sweet talk to the customers. Management such as Nicole House and Julio Ramirez are well aware of the shady situation and dont care about the customers. They only care about making their money. It its not fair for the service department and management to take advantage of the people that arent to familiar with cars. They are just taking advantage of the trust people have giving into this dealer. I highly recommended if they advice on services compare it with other dealers for reassurance.Please stay away from this place its NOT honest at all.

Where to begin.I want to start out by saying I worked with Johnathan whos a good guy and a class act. I have no issues with him personally.What I do have issues with is his management and the procedure at which the Infiniti Thousand Oaks sales team conducted business.My assistant and I went through all paperwork ahead of time on the phone. Job history, contact information, you name it. Thousand Oaks is about an hour and 15 minutes away from me so I didnt want to waste any time going through that at the dealership.Everything was going great and I practically was out the door with the car keys in my hand. Then they pulled up a credit report and told me my credit was too light and that I would be unable to leave with the vehicle unless I had a co-signer. Excuse me?Im a 24 year old entrepreneur from Beverly Hills. Outstanding credit. Great job history. Ready to pay the down payment immediately. It was the last day of the month (7/31/17) at 5:30pm. Ive never seen something so amateur and unprofessional. First of all, not sure what credit scan their running over there. Secondly, it should have been covered in the call before I made the trip out to the dealership so I at least knew ahead of time.Whats funny is that I had 3 referrals and buddies waiting to buy a similar model and it would have all gone to Johnathan and his team. No questions asked. Thats a sailed ship and they wont be going anywhere near this place. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Hard to work with these guys, negotiating is a pain. Was offered a sketchy option contract at 8% by Mr.Grimes. I just think if he had both of our best interest ..this contract wouldnt have started at 8%, (I was preapproved at a way lower rate)but instead a lower safer rate. seemed like a trap, even if he assured me I would have a lower rate, why start So high and then tell me not to worry about it?Wouldnt accept my check, nor verify the loan on their side. sales people are alright I suppose, but management is sketch here. could have sold me a car on various occasions but chose to give me a hard time and play by their terms instead of something that would work for both sides. felt jerked around here and would appreciate to avoid this type of process in the future. their one of the lower rated dealers in cali so buyer beware

Do not waste your time here buying any car from this dealership. Poor salesmanship and zero follow-up on anything technically wrong with your car. Service department never checks out new cars prior to being released to new buyer. General Manager as bad a the sales staff with lack of concern or follow-up.I bought the QX30 here that had the Infiniti intelligent passenger assist option. This software was faulty and caused me to have an accident due to faulty sensors that needed to be recalibrated which was found by the dealership service department and lastly outdated software which was updated.After numerous attempts to return this unsafe vehicle I ultimately went to Infiniti USA. Bottom line I was told there was nothing Infiniti could do since my insurance company ordered my repair at Caliber Collision. Last time I checked dealerships do not do body work repair.Steer clear of Infiniti Thousand Oaks who is shamelessly ignoring the fact they sold me a faulty dangerous car that now has impacted my driving record and ultimately my insurance.If I stuck with my initial research I should have bought the exact same car manufactured by Mercedes as the GLA. I would have had piece of mind as a true luxury manufacturer that does not include this option Infiniti recklessly sells. Infiniti USA’s response should speak volumes to anyone considering anyone of their cars. It’s the consumers fault. Not the manufacturer or a franchise dealership. I would gladly take back my BMW 5 series I traded in on this unsafe vehicle.

Was pleasantly surprised to not have a pushy salesman! Bought a used MINI that was not only in great shape, but they were happy to allow me to drive it around the corner to Motoring Magic of Thousand Oaks (fantastic MINI service) to have them put it up on the rack for an inspection. A must when buying a used car people! Got a clean bill of health and I am a happy customer!So here is an add on comment 6 mos. later after we bought here, still love the MINI, but the financing company they use TD Auto Finance is the WORST EVER!!! Please read the yelp reviews on this horrible company and insist that you DO NOT use this scam of a company!

My oil change was quick. But when i went to pay they took $852 instead of $82. And now i have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back and i called to talk about it and they gave me additude about it and at first wouldnt direct me to the manager.

We are an out of state buyer and purchased our 2018 qx80 vehicle from infiniti of Thousands Oaks. We had visited or talked to many dealers before talking to Dennis at the Infiniti of TO. All process was hassle free and we worked with Dennis to make the deal without even visiting the dealership!!. I highly respect the honesty of this dealership and incredible pricing offer that no other dealer was able to match or even offer. After the deal was finalized, I visited the dealership, met the staff, signed paperwork and was able to leave in a matter of an hour. No overselling or gimmick and whole transaction was very smooth. We arranged our own transporter for shipment, and the vehicle was delivered to our home with out any issues.

I was greeted personally by Edwin upon my arrival with warm reception, professional and excellent quality service at this dealership when arrived.Edwin was not only cordial & friendly, but him and his supervisor both went out of their way to accommodate me by not only providing me the lowest leased price but also making sure to bring in from another location the vehicle of my choice with a very unique Almond Mocha exterior color with Navigation to their location.It is unfortunate that I had to drive 45 minutes away from my home having one infiniti dealership only less then 10 minuets away as well as another closer location in Valley to Thousand Oaks Infiniti in order to receive a best price as well as outstanding customer service.I strongly recommend Thousand Oaks Infiniti if you are interested in Infiniti vehicles and want pay lowest price.You will also enjoy professional hospitality presented by Edwin.

Hands down worst experience ever for my first time. I was attended by Julio bad customer service, keep giving me different answers about what was wrong with my car. I had my appointment at 8 was not attended till 9. Whats the point of an appointment at that point. I had my car towed out and there was a female worker blonde hair that cussed out my tow truck driver cause he was doing his job and she was impatient. If I could put zero stars I would. Will not be returning

My experience was awesome!!! I drove all the way out there (from LA) to look at used Q50s. Sam Weynand was the most patient guy ever. After looking, eliminating and test driving multiple cars (btw, they have a huge selection of pre owned and new cars), me and my hubby went to lunch to think about it. We went back and Sam was with a customer so Joe Tejada assist us. We finally decided on a used 2014 Q50 Sport. However, Leigh Brannan, the used car manager made us a deal we couldnt refuse down and I am now in a brand new 2017 Q50 with zero miles. I now do not have to worry about a used car with any concerns. This crew went above and beyond to get me in a car and I HIGHLY recommend Infiniti of Thousand Oaks for your car needs. The finance Manager Rob Grimes, made the paperwork experience quick and we laughed thru the whole process

After I wrote my review (see below) a couple of days ago with all problems I had with the service department, I got a call from Service manager Nicole. She reassured me that they noticed the problems and after I asked about my Bluetooth, she recommended to disconnect it completely and connected it back again. Now it is working properly again. I guess my next appointment will be with Nicole and not Brian since she is the most knowledgeable. :)Here is my original review: This is my review on the service provided by Thousand oaks Infinity. I made an appointment online and during online session, I stated that I only needed the oil change, (it was my first 5000 miles). Since I live in Tarzana, I requested a loner. I was provided with the confirmation email stating that loner was included. When I got to dealership, the rep. informed me that they dont provide loners if I need to change the oil only and since me and my husband got there in one car that was being serviced, we didnt have a transportation available to us to go around. I also stated to the service rep. Brian Fudenberg that I had a problem lately with the Bluetooth signal. Sometimes my car would connect to it and sometimes it would not since the new upgrade came on my IPhone, so he suggested to contact my provider which would be Verizon, or AT & T, or Sprint, or etc. well, the only problem with that suggestion is: provider doesnt provide the Bluetooth service, the manufacturer of the phones does, so no knowledge from this service rep. on that part. Basically, to every question I had, the answer was NO. Next time I need to service my car, I will seek another representative (my sister services her car at this dealership all the time with another rep. and she has a wonderful experience) or I will seek the service someplace else, especially if I have to pay for it.

My experience with Infiniti of Thousand Oaks and specifically with Michael ( “Mickey) was awesome. I highly recommend this place (and Attila, the Finance agent). I needed a car and I was referred by one of my co worker who has bought Infiniti cars for the last 8 years. During this time I was going through hard times and also had to deal with Audi dealership, having car issues and every single possible trick from many car dealers and repair shop in Westlake Village. When I saw Infiniti Sedan 4D Sport, It was a beauty. figured let’s try it. My experience started with Mickey giving me the carfax report. First, I must admit I am not an easy person to be convinced, but Mickey was very patient and professional. Mickey disclosed all my options and prices promptly and attempted to get me more info on the specifics. Mickey is super laid back and immediately made me feel at ease. No high pressure techniques, just gave me useful info about the car and rode with me on the test drive. The car was in excellent shape and reasonably priced (right at KBB). After the drive, Mickey was very friendly and frank in the negotiation aspect. Then he introduced me to Attila, the loan agent. Attila was very knowledgeable and intelligent He gave me lots of feedback on Warrantee and Gap. He had the car fully detailed while we were working out the financing, which was a nice (and unexpected) touch. I feel he went above and beyond by doing this. I drove the car home that night, and left my rental car there.Overall I had a very positive experience and I feel the company and in particular Mickey care deeply about the customer experience and treat their customers with respect and honesty.Mariam Zandi- K
