Time for transmission filter, one sensor leaking replaced and then the 6 pan bolts were stripped by previous shop. Brilliant and very competent service to fix it for good. I will recommend to friends and family.

My air conditioning went out, without warning. I needed it fixed quickly because I was leaving on vacation. When I initially called, I was told that they couldn’t take my car in because they had a ton of business and were at capacity. The next morning, they called me with an opening, much to my surprise! They got me in first thing and fixed my air conditioning within 24 hours. My air conditioning is working great and I’m ready to go! DONALD was great and texted me with updates throughout the day about what was happening and what was needed. Awesome customer service and extremely professional! Highly recommend!

Great shop… Got me in and out quickly. Replaced the plugged fuel filter on my RV. Checked the fuel pump and found it was in good condition. They didn’t just start replacing things waiting for a cure. They evaluated, then fixed what needed. Also recommended a local shop for my exhaust/catalytic converter problems, and called ahead to make an appointment for me. Great service overall. Thank you!!!

Recently I took my 2013 Lexus ES 350 into Reeds for a second opinion after the Dealer where I had is serviced for a knocking noise coming from the engine compartment said they would need to take apart the engine to try and locate the problem at a cost of $3,000. Although I had never been to Reeds before, they offered to examine the car and try to fix the problem at no charge. Initially Reeds mechanics believed the issue may be the Serpentine Belt and Tensioner Assembly may be the problem or the water pump at a cost of $1600. I agreed and Reeds first tried the belt and then tried replacing the water pump but unfortunately it didnt resolve the problem. When the next step was to take apart the engine, I opted to just sell the car and get a new one. When I went to settle the bill, the manger, Donald Robison said there would be no charge. Wow, was I surprised and cant speak more highly of the work ethic and integrity of Reeds Automotive.

We had need for an urgent brake job on my daughters ford ranger, since the rear brakes were leaking fluid. On short notice we were able to drop it off on Saturday afternoon and have it back by early on Monday. John and Donald took great care of us and the work completed was excellent!

My alternator broke as I was driving through town on a road trip. I pulled into Reed’s with a dying batter at 5:30 at night. They quickly called around and found an alternator for me and got me back on the road as quick possible. They were fast, friendly and affordable. Found my Auto Mechanic !!Very pleased with this company, I needed some work done on my car and also needed shuttle service to and from the shop. Donald, the manager, arranged that and also was very communicative about what repairs needed to be done now and what could be done at a later time. He sent me emails explaining in detail what the recommended repairs were with the costs upfront. The repairs were done in the timeframe we agreed upon and he told me when he thought the remaining repairs would need to be done. It was a very convenient and smooth process. I recommend this company. I had a great experience at Reeds Automotive. This was my first time at Reeds Automotive and was referred from another repair shop. My Jeep was diagnosed to having a faulty solenoid that caused the transmission to only run in second gear. The Reeds team was very professional, keeping me up to date on the diagnoses and repair details. My Jeep was back on the road quicker than expected and the charges were very reasonable. In fact, less than I had expected. I now have an auto repair place I feel confident in using for future repairs.

Only Place I Would Take My Car!!! As a woman, it is important to have a great mechanic you can trust. With Reeds, I have that and much more. John, Kenny and Donald have kept my little Infiniti G35 running perfectly over the years (currently has 276,000 miles and going strong). They are caring, fantastic mechanics and also my great friends as well. They now also take care of my 20 year old nieces car and I know she and her car are safe and sound with them. This is the only place I will ever take any of my cars, now and in the future. These guys ROCK!
