Had standard annual motor oil change as well as the PDK clutch oil. Also had an interior cosmetic issue resolved and a sticking center console button fixed. I intentionally wait to have the service advisor (Skip Crovo) coordinate all of my 991.1 GT3 service needs while in-between NorCal & SoCal locations as I trust no other dealership to work on my Porsche other than Rusnak. Their honesty, integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and thoroughness is unassailable! Thanks again Skip!

Kristin new my name the second I walked in the door. She double checked to make sure all parts were stocked before my appointment. She had all paperwork ready fir signing. Loaner car was provided in minutes. She went over and above to top off DEF fluid and clean some spots my child had made on the back of the seat without hesitation all were included with the recall fix. The check engine light with the new update for Diesel was no longer on. Problems resolved with a smile. Beautiful snack bar with water and coffee available. Someone checked on me to make sure the coffee machine was treating me good. Easiest auto appointment at a dealership I have ever had, absolutely no time of mine was wasted. They hit the jackpot with this delegator/customer service representative.

The service is always excellent- precise and timely. I took my Porsche Boxster S to my local Porsche dealership in Santa Barbara because my convertible top had an annoying rattle and they did nothing to fix it. They returned the car to me in the same condition. Then I took it to Rusnak Porsche (where I originally purchased the car) and they fixed the rattle and washed the car before I picked it up. The Porsche dealership in Santa Barbara didn’t even wash the car.

I’m supposed to see my assigned service advisor Eric but he’s not in that day and Skip Crovo immediately entertained me and he’s very courteous and professional. He even offered to have my car washed. I waited for my car to get serviced and he constantly checks with me for updates. I was so happy with his attitude and he deserves to be recognized. Overall from service department to sales and reception Rusnak is the place to go. I noticed the picture on the wall where your staff went to train with Disney and I can really see the great outcome. Kudos to everyone and especially to Skip. Oh by the way, the lady outside that takes videos of incoming cars also deserves to be recognized too.Thanks Rusnak!
