It would be better if the soap turned off during the rinse cycle, but it takes a good 5 minutes before it finally shuts off, all the whole the $ clock is ticking. Youll have yo spend more money to get all the soap off as a result. Annoying. But other than that important detail, its great.

I went in the self-wash, and the bay I was in was just... dumpy? The card reader screen is halfway broken so I had to just guess on whether it took my card or not, the pressure wasn’t great, and the ‘air dry’ thingy barely worked so I didn’t even bother. When my car dried there were so many hard water spots left, I had to take it through a completely different car wash after. This is a really convenient location considering it’s so close to a gas station, I just wish it was maintained better. I also wish it had a vending machine for towels and wipes and stuff (I looked all over and didn’t see one, but maybe I missed it).

Pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of this touch less carwash. Went with 20 dollar option which is a pricey but after it was all said and done, it was worth it

I was looking for a new car wash spot to go to weekly. Lame spot. No wonder the 2 stars even after new management. This place isn’t it for me. What a Waste of my time. I purchased the $12 wash thru the auto car wash. It didn’t give me my receipt. Then while in the was I see someone pull in behind me it spits out my receipt they took it then backed out from behind me and left. I then worried about my information being stolen so I locked my card thru the bank while sitting in the car wash. After it was said and done... the front windshield looked as if it had never been touched the entire time thru the car wash. As well as my car Still having soap suds on my both sides driver and passenger windows, then the dryer didn’t dry my entire car and I took pictures afterwards to show for proof.

This is the third Autowash Ive been to in my Grand Autowash Tour Of America and it was another wonderful experience. Bonus points for the close proximity to a 7-11. You gotta love a 7-11.

Fast wash! Drive thru

Cleaned OK. Drier didnt work. For 20 bucks youd hope everything worked as advertised.

I like this car wash never that packed its close to home they have where u can choose from vac or shampoo. The other machine has where u can choose air or the car scents cherry or new car scents they also have drive thru car wash if u feeling to tired to do it your self! I didnt give 5 stars only cause they can be just a tad to high for the amount if minutes its not enough time to make it towards the other side of the car before the machine runs out of time

Vacuum was good but automatic wash was not good for the price. Windows were still dirty and air dry wasnt that good

Ive used many Autowash around the city as I travel a lot. Im used to them not drying all the way. But this one was the only one that didnt actually clean my car. I read the reviews prior to going but wanted to give it a shot. I wish I listened to the reviews. Save yourself the headache and just go to Skylake in Henderson.

This is a review for this location only, I am currently a member with autowash and use my membership frequently, but unfortunately with this location Ive noticed that it leaves big water spots on my vehicle, now Ive gone at least 2 times a week for over a month and keep getting the same results, tried both of their bays as well. The autowash in Westminster works flawlessly and no water spots and dries my vehicle better. I was considering canceling my membership because I didnt think there was one near where I moved, but then found the Riverdale one. Hopefully this will get fix, otherwise there is no point on continuing my membership if my vehicle doesnt look clean. Love the company, but not willing to drive far just to wash my car.

To my house and very convenient Ive been using this car wash for 6 years now Ive never had any problems

One slot took my money without giving me time or returning it. Then their water comes out soapy leaving water marks. Also the timer is speeded up because 60 seconds feels like 45 seconds. Wouldnt recommend here.

Autowash is not great. My car is still dirty afterwards. I have gone 2x through the automated car wash. Both times have been disappointing. Probably better off going into a bay and washing it.

Dont ever use the drive-through here I went through in my car with still dirty I called them and they said they were gonna replace the car wash and never did the owner actually called me and never lived up to his word well never use this place again and I actually was going there for 3 years as I moved in this neighborhood 4 years ago well not ever go there again

I like that this car wash lets you pay with card. I havent had any complaints here. The pressure washer has great pressure.

Have had many issues here with bays not working and machines broken. Compare to other locations I have been in.

Update-I have been to this car wash several times now and reviews continue to be great. The owner was there and said he noticed me as a repeat customer and treated me to a free car wash as a thank you for the business.The Car Wash is under new ownership and now has Hot water and lots of soap. I have used the Automatic Drive Thru and the Self Wash. Greatly improved with the new owners!

Not that there many huge differences between car washes, this one does stand apart from the rest, just for the view of the Platte River. The blow dryer to dry your ride with is pretty unique also. Im not sure what else I can include in a car wash review so Ill simply say it was good.

So far the best in the state for good chemicals, copious amounts of them too! A bit expensive, but once you see how theyre not scared with the soap, or any of their chemicals, youll appreciate them even more! 💯

The self serve area is always clean. Everytime I have been there all the machinery has worked well. Spend a lot of time on the final rinse but still leaves a film on the windows. But the best I feel in the area.

The car was wash was a wreck at 11 at night when I went, but I saw a raccoon so 5 stars would go again.

Clean, mid range price. I got a 14.00 deal and after paying it gave me a code that didnt work. I called that night and next day finally reached someone and got a new code. Went back and it didnt work either. :(

Went to drive in car wash. It started spraying down my truck and then stopped. Front door slid up and didnt finish the wash. Couldnt call because it was after 6pm. Spent $12 for basically nothing.

Pay for a car wash but don’t get your car washed????

This car wash was decent. It washed off the top layer of dirt but did not clean the bugs off of the front of the car or the big ones off of the windshield. It also felt like the car wash was going to hit my windshield while I was in there. I drive a little Sedan so I didnt think that that would be an issue.

Pretty nice place with plenty of spots and also automatic wash. The card reader in the bay I was in wouldnt read my card so I didnt end up doing a very good job.

This used to be a good car wash. Then, the undercarriage wash stopped working. I had taken my car to be washed there for the past three months and it never seemed to get fixed, but the rest of the wash was still decent. I went last Saturday to get my car washed again. The unit on the right was not working at all so there was a long line for the unit on the left. I paid for the $9 wash. My car was sprayed, then covered with the soap foam. No water came out for the rinse cycle, and then the wax and dry functions worked. The result was that I had a foamy, waxy mess dried on my car. I had to go over to the self-service wash just to clean up the mess and pay an extra fee to get my car only somewhat clean. As others have mentioned, there is no way to get in touch with the owner. I will avoid this car wash and take my business elsewhere in the future.

The auto car wash is not all that still leaves residue on the vehicles. The owner had an employee meet me to get an extra car wash. He was very polite and helpful.

This location is a hidden gem!

The owner saw me using tire and wheel cleaner that I bought, he didnt want me to use it at his location because it stained the concrete according to him. And no muddy vehicles. 500 dollar fine

Nothing really worked here called the number on the sign 10 times and no one answers says voice mail hasn’t been set up earlier wasted a total of 18$ dollars here for nothing. The shampooer didn’t work so that was wasted money that I couldn’t get back and some of the settings on the actual car wash wouldn’t even work worst car wash I’ve been to in a long time and very expensive.

Horrible wash...driving through dirty water would have been just as good as this wash did. Basically it will get your vehicle wet...thats it, wasted water for sure

It is a self-service car wash, so I suppose the quality lies mostly within the control of the person doing the job at hand... Nonetheless, I have had multiple occasions where I attempted to purchase a towel, or accessory of some sort via the coin-op vending, only to not have the product dispensed. That, of course, can be frustrating. But- it still serves as the closest facility where I can rinse off the car, vacuum, etc. I will say, though-- while I have used them on a few occasions, the drive-thru wash at this location is not too great a value for the price, in my opinion. For one, it absolutely will not clean the car to an even remotely satisfactory level if it has been through snow conditions. That just plain requires one that isnt touch free. If you do use them, go ahead and spring for the full $12 option or whatever it is. What you ultimately sacrifice for the $1 difference between tiers is worth far more than $1 once youve spent $9-10. One, for example, skips the drying process. Another skips the final rinse...Yeah- its one of the Well...I wont be cheap next time! type of lessons learned.

Stopped in for a wash on the 17th, there was a car ahead of me. I paid for my wash and when the car in front left the machine never realized it. I was never able to get the wash I paid for. Repeated attempts to reach the owner at the number listed here which is the same one as on the building got me a the mailbox has not been set up for this number message. The phone never rang. Avoid this place, if you have a problem your only resolution will be calling your credit card company and filing a dispute with them unless yu paid cash then you are out of luck.

If I could give this place one star, I would.My truck was filthy from a recent snow storm and I took it here to get a nice wash.The touchless car wash system is so touchless that it doesnt use water. Amazing... Dont waste your money. My car is just as filthy as it was when I went in. It did make some neat water run streaks with the mud and dirt, though.

TL;DR All hands free carwashes suck, so stay away from this one unless your car is particularly clean. Vacuums last a while and the carwash is usually packed on the weekends so wash during the week.I live near this place and is really one of the only car wash that is both hands free and hands on. Of course there are some gas stations nearby that have hands free carwashes, but Im not a hands free kind of guy. Reason being that every handsfree carwash that i have been to does not meet my expectations. Including this one. If you want a really nice deep wash, do it yourself. SPECIALLY since this handsfree wash has no sort of physical scrubbing on your car. It is all just water shooting at your car.There is also asign that says no heavy mud washing.
