The singular worst self serve car wash Ive ever used. Some self wash places leave a few spots here and there and its understandable, but my car came out dirtier than it went in, even though I went the extra step and used the spot free rinse. The hand blower thing is a complete gimmick and wouldnt be needed if the water didnt leave so many spots. I had to go to another car wash on my way home from this one. (which worked great!) The entire car was spotted like the window pic shown.

STAY AWAY from this car wash! Customers dont come first and be prepared to be insulted by staff.I arrived at this car wash and it was totally empty. They have 14 ft high bays which was nice for me with the RV. However the attendant was washing only one of the six bays which happened to be the one I was waiting for. He waved me off like he was busy kept listening to his music turned his back to me and spent 15 minutes almost out of spite slowing me down. He was impossible for me to use the other bays because of the exit.The only thing I can conclude is this is the quality of the customer service they have. Let a customer wait 15 minutes who essentially is going to spend $20 at your coin operated car wash. Ironically when he finished cleaning his bay he just moved over to the next one while all the bays were still empty.If thats the way theyre going to treat their customers, this customer is going someplace else.See the reply below. Why dont you post the video of the insulting wave off and the deliberate slow and ineffectiveness of your employee. Again customer service is clearly not your interest. Did you even look at the pictures I posted? This was not a mess....I sat there and watched this joke. I have changed my review to one star because clearly you would rather have a poor excuse than apologize.STAY AWAY from this car wash!

This is the best Dog Wash we have ever used hands down. Ten bucks gets you a really good wash with the most suds you will ever see. I got to meet Ethan the District Manager who was very nice and interested in all of my comments. He even said that you can pay 35 bucks a month for unlimited dog washes and car washes. You’ve got to check this place out.

Stopped in to get our new car washed after a Costco trip and the automatic wash stopped after it went a crossed the front, after sitting there for a bit trying to call and sending a text we decided to go ahead and use the self serve bay hoping to have better luck. Well we got our car washed but it stopped about 60 seconds before we were done, not a huge deal except they want another 2 bucks to restart. So we ended our car wash experience there, or so we thought. Then realized we received a text 10min after we sent the text (apparently were just supposed to wait around all day for a response) the offered a new code. However, it was too late as we just finished using the self serve bay when we got the message and we dont live nearby so we asked for a refund. So a lady calls to get some more details and starts giving us attitude, for what I can only guess is making her answer the phone on a Saturday I do not recommend.

I tried this place because I frequently shop at Costco. I bought the “Superior wash”. My rims and running boards were still dirty afterwards, so that was disappointing. The dryer didn’t work well either. Overall, it’s not worth the price or wait. With plenty of other options available, I won’t be using this wash again.

Amazing wash. I would highly recommend getting the app and signing up for the monthly plan. It will save you hundreds in the long run.

I am an Autowash member and use the Larkridge location multiple times a week. The app wouldn’t load for whatever reason (they just updated the app so the kinks are very understandable), I ended up just paying the $17 by card for my premium wash when I got to the teller. I sent an email to customer service and got an immediate call response! Christina was extremely helpful and processed my refund right away. Super helpful and definitely recommend. This car wash is the best!

I havent used the car wash, but I used the self serve dog wash, and it is great. I have a great Dane/st. Bernard, and she fits easily into the wash station. For much less than going to a pet salon, I can give her a bath and not have a huge mess in my house when she shakes off while washing up. They have a clip at each end of the tub, so you can get both sides easily, and the water and blow dryer are both warm. The credit card reader wasnt working on the left side, so Im not sure what happened there, but aside from having to move her to the other tub, wasnt a huge deal.

Astonishingly the worst car wash in the area.I started using one of the wash stalls and got to the point where I needed to use the brush only to find this wash uses the worst kind of stall brush you could EVER put on your paint. It’s a very hard and course brush that undoubtably will cause clear coat damage if you use it. - so I stopped the wash at that point (which charged me $9) and annoyed, took my car to the automated drive through since it was touch-less. Surely this will be better right? Nope, it’s 90 degrees and sunny out and this wash doesn’t have a dryer at the end of it... so it dumps your car out half clean and covered in water - on a day like today that means water spots - all over it.Terrible experience for the over $20 spent. The appearance of the wash is very deceiving.

Is a car wash and its a reasonable price. Come clean your car get a little wet, almost forget your floor mats. Definitely dont forget your floor mats.

If you are looking for a quick wash to get the dirt and salt off your car, this is a great and inexpensive option. Be sure to enter the auto wash bay slowly so that the low spray at the entrance can be more effective in getting the lower body and wheels. The vacuum is spendy though, and if you have a ski rack or anything else that sticks up, you wont be able to use the option that dries your car.

Pricey for a manual wash carwash. I spent 11 mins 45 secs and Autowash charged my credit card 16 bucks! Ridiculous! I will stick to Carwash Express service.

The monthly subscription is totally worth it! The ability to use the wash once per day, then vacuum is a huge bonus and is a must for someone that drives a lot. My only advice is even if you are using the automatic wash bring a clean microfiber towel to dry it off as the automatic dryer is pretty quick and does not get the car very dry.

I have to give a HUGE shout out to the staff at Autowash. I had an over charge issue so I called and emailed them, really not expecting a response. I had three employees contact me almost immediately to find out what happened and take care of the problem. This is by far the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I highly recommend Autowash.

Does the trick . Wand was stick on slow so costed more money in the end. Otherwise wed would have given 5 stars.

Came in to try out this car wash. Looked pretty busy and popular. Was disappointed when my back side wasnt washed out properly and the blower didnt really take off majority of water. I wouldnt come back here after this result. Paid $13 for diamond feature

I have a membership with this car was and this is the 4th time Ive come to a different bay at either this location or the one on 120th and holly and the air dryer isnt working. Super disappointing and doesnt make me want to keep the membership.

Great locations make having a monthly membership convenient to use! The dryer could be a bit better and half the time one of the vacuums arent working, but overall a great experience! I wish that we could add one household member to the account, just so my husband can wash the car if hes out running errands instead of me having to do it all the time.

Autowash is great - their hours are convenient, and with it being *touchless* don’t have to worry about anything getting whacked off or the paint scratched. Monthly subscription options are a great deal.

I like how close it is to Costco. After I gas up, I just drive around the building to the car wash. Good car vacuum too.

I use this for my Ram Rebel and every time I go off road is fealthy! The power wash cleans the truck very well. The only bad thing is that it does Not allow you to set a limit. So if you take your time it will cost you. So keep an eye and ear to the meter.

The was does a decent job, but the lines are long for what it is. Definitely worth it if there isnt a long line.

My truck was fairly dirty (not muddy, just dirty). Ran it through for a $10 wash then ran it again an hour later for the Supreme $17 wash. Sides of the truck did not get cleaned from the touchless wash, then wax was applied over the dirt. Ill stick to touch washes from now on as they do a much better job of getting the dirt off. Vacuums worked well and liked the manual sprayers for floor mats but not the $2 minimum to use them for 45 seconds. I dropped about $30 here this morning and Im going somewhere else today for another wash.

The Auto wash and Dry is one of the best in the area and if you text the membership number youll get text coupons good for 2$ off. Definitely worth it and Im a regular

Loves this dog wash! The water was high pressure so you dont have to scrub your dog, plus the shampoo/water was concentrated well. They also have flea and tick shampoo! Will definitely be going back.

The do it yourself was totally worth it. Though the drive thru carwash allows you to stay warm it never cleans your car completely. Uae their debit/credit card reader and not worry about having enough change to pay for a good car wash!!

This automated car wash did a pretty darn good job on a very dirty neglected car this morning. Thankfully I can see out of the windshield again. Yay!

Used both the dog and car wash!Review of dog wash: it was so easy! For $10 the time was 20 minutes. I was able to shampoo (twice), condition, rinse, and dry an 80 pound lab in the allotted time. The tub was clean, as was the entire room. There is 1 basin. There are no brushes, so bring your own. Open from 7 am to 9pm.Review of car wash: it was awesome (diamond plus)! The owner (I assume) and a technician were there for what I can assume was quality control. They double checked the cleanliness multiple times! They were happy and I was thrilled!! Open 24 hoursBottom line: would go back for both!!!

I’ve been coming to this car wash for 5+ years, it’s a great wash at a great price. I often see someone out cleaning up and taking care of the business. They also have a text discount program. I now know why this car wash is seemingly never busy. Paid for the premium wash which is $14, it took FOREVER to do the job, and it was TERRIBLE, at best.. never using this wash again. I still have dirt, grime, and now soap spots all over my vehicle. I know that car washes are never perfect, but this was just awful.Waste of money, and time.

Sprayer and such worked fine. Initially tough to tell if my credit card was accepted. But all ok.

Fantastic Automatic car wash!The quite a few options, prices are on the higher side but are very reasonable for the clean quality it does. Most washes you pay $10-$15 and the car is never completely clean. This one did amazing, all the typical spots most car washes dont clean, it sure cleaned at this one.I am not local to this area but i will sure be back when i am in the area

Reasonable pricing.Washed down the RV for a trip.Bays were big enough, and this is one of the few spots where the scrub brush actually worked really well. Plenty of suds from the brushes here.The whole facility was clean and everything worked.They even accept credit/debit cards at this particular location.

Very nice self-serve facilities as well as automated touchless washing. Many options are available including wax and clear coat conditioner. Not very busy today, which was a Saturday at midday.

I have been blown away. It’s a good wash, but the true gold is in the staff. whenever staff is here they go way above and beyond. I’ve had them clean where the wash misses while it’s on or give me a discount code. Good people !

We do the self-service car wash and its easy to pay with a credit card and youre in and out quickly.

The car wash is good, but the dog wash is AMAZING! You’ll want to bring your own towels, but it does a great job and is very reasonably priced.

Car wash just stopped working tried calling for assistance and texting as indicated never received any response back. Left with a soapy car.

Finally an inexpensive way to get the dogs clean without having to trash my bathroom and spend 10 minutes fishing wet dog hair out of the drain! If youre quick and bring towels you can get 2 dogs clean in 10 minutes for $10. Well worth it, IMHO.

You can actually see the soap all over your can and on the ground while washing not like some other ones and the water is fairly warm which helps clean even better as cold water does not clean well at all. Love the spotless rinse!

Wash my car here all the time because it’s clean and equipment is always in good working order! Washed my car this week and when I went to leave my car wouldn’t start. The manager was great, it was 2 degrees out so he offered for me to sit in his office until he jumped my car and got it started! Sothankful to him!

I used their dog wash. It is $10. For 10 minutes which cannot be stopped so rushing to wash and dry your pet is a bit of a challenge. If we could pause the time in order to do a a decent job that would be really nice. Some Improvement would be appreciated.

Not impressed. Have been here 2x. 1st time thought it was a fluke. Missed bottom parts of my 2019 Honda Civic. Missed entire rear bumper and lower part of bumper. 2nd time. Same exact thing and this was 2 weeks after my 1st attempt. Pretty upset when I got home to see car had those missed spots again.Would not waste your money on this car wash.

Not a bad self service car wash. Always clean. I do appreciate the deionized final water wash for my black car. Would give it 5 stars but the wash always leaves just a little dirt film behind on black, our white car always looks great.

Its a pretty big car wash that has basically everything you could ever did to make your car cleaner than a whistle. If you come here on a Saturday evening its really empty/quiet, so this becomes a very peaceful space to do your car washing at.

The slowest car wash on the face of the planet. I’ve been in line behind two cars (one in the wash, one waiting to get into the wash) for 23 minutes. If I weren’t blocked in and paid up already, I would be out of here.
