Ive been reading these review and a lot of human error and no common sense. Even when you go through the car wash, you still have to wipe down the car. It took me 1 pass with my microfiber towel to catch any dripping water since I have a roof rack. Elizabeth was very helpful and got me in and out with no issues. My car is low and nothing got damaged.

I came to wash my car I paid the 20 dollars for the top of the line wash and my car was still dirty after. Never again will I come back here. There goes 20 dollars down the drain

Nothing like having the car wash damage your car, have an uninterested employee make you fill out paperwork, then never hear back even though the damage report paperwork dictates a 72 hour response time. Maybe the owner reads reviews and not damage reports? Not happy with the response time, not really happy with the wash if I’m honest, and looking at legal options for what was quoted as a $1500 repair.Oh and before you tell me that “your car was damaged before hand!”, go check your surveillance video which shows me pulling out tufts of fibers which YOUR CAR WASH RAMMED INTO MY RUNNING BOARD.

Went in after a long trip to the desert and my car was caked with bugs on the front. For the price this is a really good quality clean, and that included the interior as well. I spent under 30 dollars.

Took my car here & the first time after the wash I noticed there was still a lot soap still on the car after it dries off you can still notice a lot of spots that looked like soapy water, after multiple times coming here I noticed If I don’t dry my car well it will leave a lot of soap water marks to where it even peeled my paint on my Camaro if I left outside in the sun with the soapy water, took it ocean express and didn’t have that problem at all. Feel like the air blowers are to close and not enough space to completely dry. Might be just my car but I’ll be sticking with ocean express

We have had a membership for over a year now. The facility is well maintained but we have noticed the carwash has gone down hill. It misses the front and the rear in our vehicles.

A car wash you can buy a month of washing for $15 and you can get a wash everyday and if needed two or three a day. All for the one price $15. They also have more than washing, they do waxing and a lot more for a little more price.

Weve been here a number of times. Wash is a decent value and does a decent job. The monthly memberships are a great price. Ive interacted with the staff a couple of times and they are always friendly and helpful.

Employees are eager to help. And excellent quality service.

I love this car wash! Particularly for the high pressure air and skinny vacuum tips to get those hard to reach areas inside and outside of my vehicle! Awesome staff as well.

Just left this place after the worst service Ive ever had the displeasureto experience. Paid for the most expensive wash, had some trouble with the machine, asked the employee for help, got sworn at and pushed through the car wash in a generous 30 seconds.20 dollars down, car covered in suds that I needed to go pay to have washed off, and never going here again.

There are different packages according to what you need, the $7 for one time is just fine, not the best but it got clean and you can use the available vacuums outside. The staff is nice. There was a really long line before me but I didnt have to wait longer than 15min.

Had a monthly membership with them until my car got totaled, bought a new car and tried to get another membership but couldnt since I dont have plates yet, let an employee know I wanted the monthly membership and he says when you get plates you can the membership, ugh. No thanks Ill find someone else who wants my money.

Been here twice. The first time i had a bunch of water spots on my car that I had to remove once the car was dry and the second time something happened with the wash and my car didnt get clean at all. They did give me a coupon to come back though.Update: Went back to use my coupon. The coupon was good for one Ultimate wash but that is not what I got. The attendant didnt pre scrub my car and seemed like I only got the basic wash. When I got home I had water spots still and dirt that was completely missed.

The team did a good job prepping for entry into the tunnel and the overall wash was ok. It was weak on drying as I went through 3 microfiber cloths to get all the droplets off.

The customer care its excellent! I went today to buy the unlimited daily wash and I am satisfied with the results and the quality

I went to get my car washed paid for the $14 service. NEVER AGAIN. Such a waste of money. My car came out dirty and spotty, no shine on the tires which the wash I paid for “included” tire shine. If you want a good car wash done waste your time coming here. If no stars were possible I’d leave 0. Very disappointed

Easy to use. Does a great job getting cars clean. This is the only car wash I use.

Its close which is nice but it always leaves soap and suds on my car even after drying. I feel like I could do a better job washing it myself. Ill drive to the car wash 15 miles away before I go back here. And their vaccums are dirty and never have good suction power

Didnt clean my truck broke the antenna right off. Be ware they do not stand behind their services. Wasnt the only dissatisfied customer several peoples vehicles came out as dirty as they entered. They didnt do anything about my antenna. Cost me 28.00 bucks to have me truck leave worse then it went in. The car wash on 97th and Washington has never hurt my truck and cleaned it better.

Love this car wash. They spray down the grill to blast off the bugs, they have high power vacuums, air sprayer to blast out all the extra water around your mirrors and such and matt washer.

I experienced an accident at Bubble Time Carwash about a month ago and I have tried contacting through email and going to a store to speak with someone but can get a response about the accident and I was wondering who I can speak with to get this situation handled.

Update: Management reached out almost immediately after the below review and initiated a refund along with apologies. It appears my initial cancellation request feel thru the cracks, and the issue is being addressed. Overall impressed at the speed of their response and resolution. This was a good carwash while I used it, and I only had to cancel due to moving out of state. Would recommend to others!Requested membership cancellation on 9/15. No reply and was charged again on 10/2. Will change this review upon refund and membership cancellation. Until then, do not use this carwash unless you want ongoing, unauthorized charges.

Public relations is garbage. The employee Nick nearly started a fight with me over me telling him the wash didnt work properly, not a drop of liquid came out a single hose. Im considering cancelling my monthly pass.

I purchased the wax and wheels pass for my car and was surprised it was only $15 to add a second car. We go every other day and the membership pays for itself. I love the free vacuums and there are always friendly faces. There is a line if you go around 5 but i can usually get in and out quickly. I’m looking forward to your second location.

Had to run it through 2 times and still not clean. The two kids running the show were horrible at pre spraying and pressure washing. Just playing around and goofing off. Ran it through again and their still.were bugs on bumper and windshield, bird dropping still on paint and bug marks all.over front bumber. This was after going through 2 times! See pics. The second pass was only a basic wash after begging to let me go again. Def. not worth the price.

I’ve been coming here since it opened. I do the $34.99 a monthly pass. They stop scrubbing your car before the wash and I’ve noticed a big difference on my car not being as clean. And the two young kids that work on the weekends are not professional at all. They spray down the car when they feel like it and it’s very disappointing since they took the scrubbing away. I asked to speak to the owner and the young manager told me I could only speak to him and no one else. I tried to send an email to make a complaint but that doesn’t work either. It just really sucks because I wash my car on Sunday after I do my weekly shopping at King Soopers and it’s right down the street. Way to keep loyal customers.

People here are great. Its always quick and easy when I visit. I get a car wash 2-3 times a week with its location next to my gym.

My go to place to wash my car! I was a regular of the self service car wash across the street (we live nearby). After trying out Bubble Time once, I decided to enroll on the monthly pass (several tiers to choose from, initially we went with the wax and wheels). As others pointed, it pays for itself after a couple of washes. Weve been really happy with the results and although some times the machine doesnt catch all the tight spots on the front grill or the back hatch, my solution was to finish those areas by hand with a microfiber towel and detailing spray (I would like to add that at least to me a perfect wash is only achievable with a hand wash so be reasonable). If you go with the Ultimate Wash (we decided to upgrade our monthly pass today, thats how satisfied we are) the staff will scrub the front and back of the car. Powerful vacuums, friendly staff, well maintain installations. Overall great! (And no, I didnt ask for the free detailing kit after this review!)

Me and my wife drive bye all the time and did some research and decided to give it a try, over all Im pretty satisfied. Pros- Service was great, in and out quick, car was pretty clean over all. Cons- when in the wash saw about a 6 spot in front of my steering wheel all the way up the hood and windshield that the scrubber never touched, did look bad once out but just noticed it never got scrubbed. Also saw there was still some dirt/mud on the lower side of the front bumper, which can be an issue for me because my car has an adaptive cruise control sensor, and Im usually picky about my fog lights being clean and they still had dirt on them. Also on the rear window right under the top lip it didnt get fully cleaned. (I drive a 2013 jeep grand Cherokee). Also the driers did not dry my car fully, I had lots of water on the doors and under the rear view mirrors, other then all that, the car looked great afterwards, we went ahead and purchased the ultimate month plan and decided we will just try it out for a month and see how it goes, thank you!

I love having bubble time so close to home! The wash really gets all the nasty dirt and mag chloride off and their free vacuums are super powerful! My car always looks and feels brand new when I leave bubble time!

Customer service is top notch! Before signing up for a monthly package I was able to test out the car wash to determine if I wanted to commit to a package. The car wash does a good job and Ive definitely seen a difference in higher quality chemicals being used. The vacuums are some of the best and the mat cleaner does a great job on all-weatger mats. Remember that customer service is #1 here and they will make sure that you leave happy!

I’ve been a long time resident of Denver for over 35 years, using many car washes wherever convenient. I used Bubble Time Express Car Wash for the first time one week ago and loved it. I’ve been back two times since then, noticing each time how welcoming of an environment the employees are. I’ll drive the extra mile to come back to this car wash, no doubt about it.

Their monthly unlimited basic rate of 14.99 allows me to be prepared whenever I’m giving Uber rides. My car always looks great after the wash and the vacuums are awesome. Great value!

The man at the front of the line before you enter was very friendly. Powerful vacuums with mat holders to use after of no charge. Only issue I had was I went to the wash to get all the bugs off the front of my car and this wash did not do that.

I brought my bug-laden car in this morning at 8:00am. I buy a wash and proceed to go through. I see a welcoming sign of a bucket for the employee ushering cars in to use on the front end of patron’s vehicles. Kid pops out of the employee room and ushers me in. Doesn’t even touch the bug washer. Same with the guy behind me.I get out of the wash and sure enough, bugs are still there. Even the guy behind me gets out and looks at his front end. After he shakes his head in annoyance he drives off. I didn’t drive off.I go up to the kid working and nicely ask about the big wash and he seemed annoyed, saying the car was usually gets “90% of the bugs”. I told him it didn’t and he said I could re wash. I chose to and he was there ushering me in but this time actually scrubbing the bugs. I came out and all the bugs were gone.If he had just done it the first time me and the guy behind me would’ve gotten what we paid for. Instead, I have to rewash my car; wasting my time and your soap for nothing.If you have a bug wash bucket mandated for the employees to use - enforce its use. Otherwise the wash is fruitless. I have a white car and it had bugs all over it. This should’ve never been skipped.

If you have a Black car don’t come here. My car never comes clean even with the most expensive wash. I have gotten it re washed before and no change. I come here because it’s right by my work and can come in lunch so it’s convenient. Unfortunately I leave disappointed each time. This last time today my plastic number guard came off and I was trying to put it back on. Didn’t want to go in because I doubt they can do anything. I wanted to like this place, but it’s just not gonna happen.

The best carwash - $7 for a basic wash and dry thats quick and effective. Automated entry, gentle brushes, and gentle drying. Possibly my favorite part is the free vacuums, though; good suction, and its unlikely that all 10+ spots would ever be all filled. Very pleased.

Hands down BEST car wash place I’ve been too. Not only are their vacuums free but the car wash leaves my car shiny and my car looks almost brand new again. I love that it also sprays my wheels and tires. The staff is also super friendly and helpful! This is my go to car wash. Also, they have you can clean your floor mats for free as well. Free things are un heard of these days and it’s super helpful especially for a single mom like myself. I pay $10 for every car wash and I think it’s well worth it! You guys rock!

This place is awesome! I dont use thier wash because I hand wash my cars but the free vacuums and air guns provided is a plus I dont know anywhere else that does that and very friendly staff ohh and carpet cleaners with water jets

I live near this place so I go here for a quick wash. Its $15 a month for unlimited basic washes which does the trick for me. Sometimesit looks packed but the line moves swiftly. I havent had problems with that but I avoid what I think would be peak times. When you have a pass with them you just drive up and it opens right up by looking at your plates.

I like this place. The vacuums are free. There is usually never a long wait.

Went to wash my truck and when i went through the dryers stopped and it didnt dry my car at all and didnt even wash it good. I was going inside to tell them and 2 workers came outside and said we turned the dryers on i could go through again. I said how do i get in front of all these people waiting to wash there cars they said oh no you will have to wait for all the cars to go through. Its sad that i would have had to wait all over again so i just left. They should find a way to offer another wash without having to wait again like using that second lane.

Had to update not too happy with BT. I signed up for the $14.99 deal but was billed $28.99. Nice bait and switch. After calling the number on google and emailing Bubbletime and got no help I went and spoke to a guy who said my account would be credited and Id be put on the the correct plan. Neither happened. Im sure Im not the only one that got the ole bait and switch, maybe a bad review will get me some help?Love the unlimited plan, great price and a clean car whenever I want!

Paid $14 to wash my car, and while the sides look fine, the front and back dont look like they were washed at all???I know they have a clean car guarantee, and theyll run it through again, but if it didnt clean it the first time, whats the second wash going to do?I ended up rewashing my car at home, which is what I shouldve done in the first place and saved myself $14

I would choose another bussiness if you are in the market for a drive through car wash. The facility is well placed however the mechanism and staff are low grade. Vehicals leave nearly as dirty as they were when they came in. I understand the limitations of the unit, but this one fails hard. Many other options to choose from that do a much better job.

If you own any type of work truck...dont go here. Apparently, you gotta have a clean truck bed before you have the truck bed cleaned. No debris, cigarrette butts... Never had any issue at any other car wash in the 10 years Ive had the truck. Guess vehicles that actually serve a purpose...arent good enough.

Other than some stubborn tree sap the wash was great. The guys were helpful and friendly.

Been here several times and it seems like each time I come the smell gets worst, as I entered the car wash it smelled like used baby diapers.Visited again on 8/15/2020 and still noticed the smell, seems like they have regular backups.9/26/2020, another visit that smells like baby diapers :(

Price is right and staff is friendly. Only problem is for $35 a month you would hope the entire car was clean and dry at the end of each wash. Frequently had streaks on the back hatch of my suv, and water drops were not removed by air blow system leaving lots of water marks. It’s ok, but could be better. Good for winter months to at least keep your car clean

I just came thru and the carwash was horrible. I even went thru a second time and my truck is still dirty. I even paid for the top of the line was. This is my first time going and i will not come back nor will i recommend this place to anyone!! Waste of money!!

So I have been to this place a few times. The first time WAS OK. The second time when I was vacuuming and drying my car I noticed 2 things #1 the car was still really dirty#2 the spinning brushes broke my Porsche rear window wiper. I mentioned it to the manager gave me an attitude and said theres signs all over the property saying they are not responsible and that if I wanted to fill out a report that I could but they werent going to be responsible. I spent $200 to replace it. The third time today December 20 I stopped by around 12. Every time I get the $18 wash and 2 times they did NOT pre-brush the car something they say its included and this time they only did half of my car. It was still so dirty I had to go spend another $6 at the self wash on the corner . I recommend the owner to RETRAIN your employees not only to do their job but to have good costumer service.

My husband and I only used it for the vaccum. But it was wonderful to find a place with a free vacuum and free mat wash. We will defiantly be coming back.
