As a realtor, I am always looking for companies to recommend for my clients. This is especially hard when you are under contract and need work done in a short period of time before closing. Gotham City Reglazing was a life saver! They came to my clients home and re finished a job that was botched by another company and saved the transaction. The bathtub and surround looked beautiful when they were done and both the seller and buyer were happy!

CSJ painting is an excellent company with people who actually care about the work they do. Simon and Amber were both an absolute pleasure to work with. Simon went out of his way a few times to make sure i was happy with the job, provided versatile payment options and was always courteous and professional. The installer did an excellent job, was fast and professional. Also after gathering 5+ quotes from leading companies offering the same services, CSJ paintings prices always beat them out. I would/will definitely use them again in the future.

Had our countertops resurfaced, they turned out great! Great way to improve the look of our kitchen without having to spend a fortune on new counter tops.

Tub looks fine. The caulking job was bad. They came back out to do it again and now there are places where the caulk is about an inch out on the tub itself....very sloppy.

Disappointed that their 5-year warranty doesnt hold up. Had 2 tubs reglazed and within 2 years both were peeling. Owner stated that because he wasnt notified right away when it started (both were in tenant occupied apartments) that he would have to charge us to reglaze, the tubs were beyond repair. If this was a rare occurrence, it would not have happened to both tubs. Not happy in their response and would not use them again.

This company does not hold up their end of the bargain as far as warranty goes.
