We would not recommend this company. We remodeled our entire home and the 6-8 month project took 14 months. We had several misrepresentations on the contract and work expectations. Poor workmanship by subcontractors required work to be redone, in a couple cases more than twice. Current industry standards were not followed. The foreman Randy did a good job when on-sight but he was stretched so thin between projects he was rarely available and usually only for a brief check in process. There were days when no one showed up and we were not notified of delays. By month 5 we started requiring everything to be in writing via email or text. A third party inspector was hired at our expense when flooring was installed incorrectly resulting in damage. The final outcome is acceptable but we thought we were hiring a larger company that would not require our constant attention. We were wrong. We had to watch every step to ensure it was completed correctly.

By far my worst experience with a contractor.  The only bright light was the quality of the work by the sub-contractors.   Rick and Nate broke numerous promises,  made direct misrepresentations and mistruths, and failed to finish the job. From a scheduling perspective it was an atrocious project management effort - multiple month slippages, scheduling of subs without delivery of material, etc.  It is almost a year later and Rick continues to avoid addressing his commitment to finish the project.   I would not recommend working with them.
