Love love love the new hardwood floors New Horizons installed. John was fantastic and helped us pick out hardwood floors that would work the best. We had originally picked out some from a big box store and John was honest about the poor quality product we were going to install if we used those. I felt taken care of and informed throughout the process! So happy we choose them!!

It was a turnkey job from moving the furniture out, installing the flooring and moving the furniture back in. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the final results. I was very happy with my new floor install. I chose white oak solid hardwood with a whitewash finish and couldnt be happier with the results. The oak flooring was installed with out any cracks in between the boards and the overall appearance was consistent and smooth. The workers were professional and efficient. The plumbing company they work with - To the T Plumbing & Heating was also top notch and worked miracles with moving plumbing and return vents as part of the fireplace downsizing. During the remodel, we had a pipe burst in the kitchen, totally unrelated, and between the plumbing company and Johns crew, we didnt miss a beat! Our floors turned out better than we could have dreamed, which was a little tricky with a maple refinish. We highly recommend New Horizons to anyone looking for quality work. We lived with construction for a month, but every day the site was left clean and organized. New Horizons flooring installed hardwood flooring for us upstairs. They also removed the carpet on our curved staircase and installed hardwood treads and risers on our staircase -- it looks beautiful and is so much cleaner than carpet on the stairs. True professionals. Based on the superb job they did in our community clubhouse, we had New Horizons replace the wood floors in our home with wood grain porcelain tile. The team who did the demo and installation was highly experienced, hard working and took obvious pride in doing a quality job. The team arrived on time, put in a full day’s work, and made provisions to provide us access to our rooms and facilities. The FloridaTile they installed was of excellent quality. Because the tile had variegated wood tones, the installation team made great effort to place tiles in a random pattern. After the tile was installed, the painters did an incredible and quick job of finishing the baseboards. We are ecstatic with the new look of our home.

We had New Horizons Flooring install laminate flooring in our basement and on our stairs. They were very professional and did quality work. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Our wood floor is now repaired, beautifully re-finished and new 4” baseboards are installed in the kitchen, living room, and hallway. Unfortunately, we bought a new washer and dryer and the washer was not installed properly and water went all over the laundry room floor and adjacent kitchen floor causing damage. John was good about coordinating the removal of the washer and dryer, tearing out the damaged floor, drying the sub-floor with a huge fan, inserting new flooring and sanding and finishing the floor. His employees, Seth and Andrew were hard workers and both did excellent work. I highly recommend New Horizons!And yes, the retailer paid us for the repair to the damaged floor.

New Horizons re finished the original hardwood in the living room of our 1962 home. They did a great job. This company was very easy to work with.

We love New Horizons! We had used them a few years ago to do finish-in-place hardwood on our main level. It turned out beautiful. From beginning to finish they were on schedule, and very patient as we debated what stain color to select. Then, recently, we just had them do our staircase - everything, wood runners, new modern posts, new hand-rails, and iron balusters; it looks so modern. In addition, they replaced all our interior doors and frames, framed our interior windows, replaced window seats, painted, AND completely re-did our master bathroom - simply gorgeous! Tiled shower, tiled floor, light fixtures, and a stunning sunken sink with quartz counter. What I couldnt believe, they said they would have it done in 2 to 3 weeks . . . and they had it all done as they said they would in 17 days (under 3 weeks). We were really amazed! John, the owner, was in constant contact with us to make sure all was going well - which it was - his team arrived on time, left on time, cleaned up every day, and were productive the entire time they were here. We still have some remodeling to do, and John with New Horizons will be our team. Trust me, weve worked with many companies over the years - and NONE compare

NH installed a heated master bath floor and completely rebuilt our shower. Additionally they redid or laundry. All work was performed vey professionally and we were very happy. We recently sold that house and they were features that we promoted as upgrades!!

Had our wood floors refinished and our ceramic tile removed and replaced with luxury vinyl. Everything looks great and is holding up well under the traffic of 4 dogs and 3 kids. Communication could use some work as it was hit and miss but not bad enough to warrant less than 5 stars.

I highly recommend this company! We had new hardwood flooring installed in two rooms and existing hardwood restained and finished to match. The work was done on schedule and budget. The people were professional and very easy to work with. There were two small problems, but they came back twice to make everything exactly right. The photo shows the area where new wood was blended into the old.

We had New Horizons Flooring repair and refinish the hardwood floor that was in about half of our first floor. We also had them install new hardwood in the other half of the floor so that the entire floor is now hardwood. NHF was very easy to work with. The results are great! They perfectly blended the old and new wood floors and stained the entire floor. The floor looks outstanding. I would definitely use them again.

We have used New Horizons Flooring twice now. Both times to replace existing carpeting with hard wood flooring and refinish existing hard wood flooring in our home. Both times we had exceptional service. They were professional and very friendly and personable. They made sure we were happy with the finished product when they were done. Andrew our installer did a wonderful job on floors of two rooms in our house. They look so much more than I envisioned, beautifully done.

We decided to replace our laminate kitchen / dining area floor with a red oak hardwood floor. We also had the hardwood floor extend into a hallway, on our stairs leading to the second floor and in a hallway on the second floor. New Horizons removed the kitchen and hall laminate and the carpeting on the stairs and upstairs hall. The hardwood was stained a color we chose and the final product is gorgeous! We are still enjoying it so much!

The folks at New Horizon Flooring were awesome! They worked around our schedule and were very patient as we deliberated over the final color. We opted for the heavy duty sealer to prevent our dog from scratching the new floor with her paws, and it really works well. Great craftsmanship and good quality stain and sealer. Awesome! The New Horizon team did a great job on my tile install project. They removed the hardwood and performed the tile in a short period of time for a large area. I did however have one tile that was cracked and they responded and repaired it in short order. I would certainly do business with them again.

This review is long overdue. New Horizons removed the carpeting that covered some of the first floor before we moved in. The kitchen and some of the living area had oak flooring. They matched it perfectly and you cannot tell where it joined. They finished ahead of schedule and did a beautiful job. That was in 2013 and the only regret is I wish I had the second floor done.

We had laminate flooring replaced with tile and they did a wonderful job

New Horizons installed porcelain tile in a room adjacent to another area with the same tile. They removed some of the existing tile in order to lace in the new with the old. There is no way to see where the old meets the new, they did such a great job! They arrived on time, worked hard while here and were extremely respectful. They cleaned up daily and helped us to ensure that our dogs stayed off of the work being done. All this and they were in and out in 3.5 days! I highly recommend them!

Recently New Horizons Flooring remodeled our bathroom shower, they built a custom shower. it turned out beautiful. Their cost was far less than anyone else I received bids from. His crew were great guys to work with, they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. We are considering doing our master bathroom next and there no doubt who we will be using for our next project.

John and his team installed 5 solid red oak across the entire 1st floor of our home. They were very professional, courteous, and communicative. We knew that living with this construction was going to be very disruptive, but his team worked diligently to get the job done. They were on schedule with no hidden surprise costs. I am extremely happy with the work these guys did! We had a particularly difficult demolition because the previous owners of our downtown high rise condo had glued their floors to the concrete slab. New Horizons recognized the problem, and came prepared on demo day with the right equipment and a team of the hardest working guys in the business to make quick work of the project.
