Havent been able to get in since the pandemic began, can only get in by scheduling an appointment via some app??? Just going to Floyds now. Appointments are easy to make, great people, quality cuts, and affordable.

They cuts are good but these guys are completely unprofessional, customers will walk in while 3 barbers sit down and do nothing, they talk more to each other than they do cutting hair and turn a twenty minute haircut into a hour long cut. The barbers always have a bad attitude and have no sense of customer service. This place was good at one time but not anymore.

This place needs to get someone to run that shop, they have no set prices on hair cuts, and they are overpriced,need better customer service and professionalism.

Unprofessional whoever is in charge need to hand down the power to someone professional. Don’t make appointment on Sundays no one will show up. Good hair cuts but lazy barbers

Rico is very good with kids - explained to my son everything he was going to use and do. And the haircut came out great! My son doesn’t like getting haircuts and said he likes the guy who gave him one. We will definitely be going back. Thanks Rico!

Spend much longer waiting for a haircut then they say! Youll be waiting a couple hours for a haircut.They give great haircuts; just spend too much time waiting.

Currently an hour past appointment time per the usual. Never have had an appointment kept in a year. Chris does a great job but no matter the location, we wait hours. Made an appointment for mid day on a Tuesday in hopes that there was some sort of order but apparently respecting customers is not a priority. We will find someone else who can do even a halfway decent job but can actually keep an appointment since carving out appointment time is usually necessary when people have lives and other things to do. Ridiculous and no way to run a business.

E is the go to for sure ! He always keeps my boys looking fresh n always keeps to appointments never late n my oldest is a mover

They are super slow and instead of doing their job they just talk to each other a lot. I need to find a better place to go to. Waiting time around 3hrs. These guys are a joke.

DO NOT GO HERE.... twice my son was sent out this place with no haircut due to barber leaving on appointments and not honoring appointment times PLUS wait is outrageous. save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else

Asked for wait time before signing in I was 15-20 mins. They only had 3 people in front of my son but was there for more than an hr waiting before we walked out . Definitely not worth the wait with their lack of professionalism.

Great haircuts, no point for appointments. Dont even care, and waiting time is ridicules. Hours before you get a haircut. Not worth going to in the end if you care about your time in your life.

Really bad customer service, Im a paying customer and give a good tip, yet I made an appointment with julius, he deny the apnmt when I showed him the txt exchange he said it wasnt him, when I confronted him with his card and his number all of a sudden he had dementia and didnt remember, very unprofessional never going to them again, why is it that barbers act like that doing u a favor when ur paying them...

These guys are a joke! Seriously, I need an appointment or we have to sit for hours and wait??? Even when you have barbers sitting on their phones with no clients??? NA!! Make your money tho! No respect... none given!

I read all the reviews and thought if you want a good quality fade it takes time if you dont want to wait go to floyds and walk out with a messed up fade check their instagram and facebook cleanest in colorado

This place is very busy and unprofessional. You can be sitting there waiting with barbers available but they ignore you and wait for their late appointments instead of getting people in. Even if you you have an appointment you will end up sitting there at least an hour or more. They talk too much and honestly just arent that great.I would use them only if they were the last place to go in the world. Stay away from here.

They always do a great job on my sons hair jaz has been the only to cut my sons hair here but he does a great comb over hair cut.

Nice place to get a cut also do good work on beards. As for some of the negative post I never see them skip people unless there is appointments and there are African Americans that work there......

Wow. Just wow!! Go to Freddys barbershop instead. This place is racist and filled with barbers selling drugs. Bad haircuts and over priced. 6barbers and only 1 had a barber license. How they in business still??

Worst service I have never received.. I waited for 2 hours while watching the staff eat and then stand around talking.. No one is in charge. There is no way they are anything above 1 star. After I decided to leave a customer who just got his cut told me he was pissed too and had to wait 3 hours. No one there knows how to hustle and put in work. Its spot for lazy staff that want to hang out and make money on their own time. Its not a business.
