Sports clips not only has terrible hours, but there online check in system drops my appointment before it is due to start and I always end up waiting for 30+ minutes for a haircut that takes 8 minutes. Not to mention I am very busy having to keep to their late open and early close hours. I wish there were better alternatives that dont cost $25+ for a SIMPLE haircut.

Excellent work by Nichole. Very kind and professional, as well as accurate. I have attended many different Sport Clips locations over the last few years, and all have been average or slightly unsatisfactory. This was the first experience I have had at a Sport Clips in years that has truly excelled my expectations, with credit to Nichole. I will most certainly be asking for her in the future.

I went to take my son for a hair cut, of course Saturdays are always busy. I was refused by Fantastic sams because they were short staffed. So I called sports cut they said no problem it will be about 30 minute wait and if you sign in online it will speed up the wait. We actually got in sooner than the expected time and Nichole was great! She was super friendly and did a great job. My son asked if we could keep coming back here, we will!

Sports Clip Thornton CO. -High Point ParkI’ve been a consistent customer for several years now. Since the whole COVID shutdown, they have forgotten how to cut hair and customer service is a thing of the past.First, if you forget a mask, they will charge $1 per mask for a 30 cent mask even though your going to be paying $19-25 plus tip for a haircut.They have double standards in that they’ll spend 15 mins or so touching your hair without gloves, but they cannot take off the cape. It’s required that the customer do it now. Plus, they can’t touch the punch card you’ve accumulated that gives you 50% off MVP haircuts and charge full price instead.Last, they can’t cut hair very well anymore. My son’s hair is uneven in the front and a chunk is missing from the back. He refused to go back. I went back to get a refund and was turned down. My son needed be there or I had to present photos. Since I didn’t have either, my name and number was “taken down” for the owner (Brian) to call me back. I have the photos now, but Brian didn’t call.

This place knows how to give a proper haircut, as long as you have the brain capacity to explain what you want done LOL. I sounded quite dumb explaining a pompadour with a messy fade but after she was done, its clear that they listen and try their best to get not only the cut you want, but the better cut that you were thinking of. They wont try to talk you into another Style, 5/5 amazing. This one is the one to go to.

Cant remember my stylists name. Roller derby chick. She gave me one of the meanest fades i have EVER gotten. Lines are perfect, flush blending, and perfect texturing up top. Someone give this lady a raise!

This was my first time visiting a SportsClips and I am very impressed. I had been on the search for a new barber and I most definitely found one. Nichole did a wonderful job and knew exactly how to deal with my cowlicks. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I will most definitely be returning and have already recommended Nichole to multiple people.Plus, they give you 7 days to test drive your hair if you dont like it or need something fixed/trimmed up, its free.$22 for a cut$5 to upgrade to MVP, which includes a massage chair, wash, style, and hot towel$4 off for veterans and free cuts to veterans on veterans day.

Staff was friendly and polite. Asked what I wanted and even gave suggestions. The store was also very clean. Handled the COVID situation well.

Customer service was great, both Raeann and Crystal did a great job. I was impressed at the theme of Sport Clips, I had never been here before, but it was all laid out and simple. Particularly liked the massages and hot steam towel with the MVP cut. No wait time, as soon my son and I signed in, we were getting cuts.

Almost everything I expect.They cut my hair and dont screw it up. Thats worth 4 stars.My only nit is that they arent connected to the other stores so that cool feature where they know what you like isnt available here. Ive been here twice and they still dont know, so they arent connected nor are they tracking it on their own.

I have been coming to Sports Clips at High Point in Thornton for three years now. Nicole is a godsend! She is meticulous in cutting my hair. We have developed a great rapport and she cares about not just her clients, but her fellow employees. If you are ever in need of a hair cut I would highly recommend swing by and getting pampered by the wonderful staff at Sports Clips at High Point.

Id tell you my stylist but I dont want you guys in there taking all her time. So Ill say theyre all good, great place. Get the full treatment.

I will start selecting her from here on out(you can request which hairdresser you want but I dont want to be rude if there is an available stylist)! I absolutely love this location, and it became my go-to spot sometime around a year or so ago. After various places refusing or failing to cut as short as Id like, then others losing the stylists and/or barbers who would/could, to other places going under-- I decided to give them a try. Since then, with just two exceptions (due only to my schedule and late hours), I have gone here everytime. The ladies do a great job, and also save details about your particular style in the system; upon return, if youre working with someone different, making attempts in the art of explaining precisely what we want...become suddenly unnecessary! Upon further thought, not only is this good business-sense in general, it also serves as a great way to ensure the most uniform experience-- after all, many of us guys can get quite colorful and detailed (to our own detriment) when simply trying to explain what we want. I dont think that comes as a surprise to anyone, but the fact that they keep the info on hand is nice. Theyve also added the ability to book appointments online, with updates on what time to arrive, etc. Whats also great is their punch-card system where, after five visits, the sixth is at a 50% discount! I dont know about you, but when the place Ive chosen (and am continually choosing) to get a trim offers a half-price service that is no different from usual-- Ill gladly accept! The ladies are all nice, talkative if youd like, not too much so if youre not feeling like it; very comfortable. I highly suggest getting the full MVP-- the Tea Tree shampoo is nothing short of amazing on a freshly-faded noggin, and thats for real! Also note that, between cuts, they offer free neck/edge cleanup & trimming. Personally, I end up having it done entirely (hmm...THATS why they offer it!)...but in all seriousness-- for those with styles that arent so short, this could be a great option to extend the look of your previous haircut without spending the full amount on a weekly basis. As a final note, I was going to suggest someone on here, but...just go on in. Youll find that theyre all great (and I dont want her to suddenly be overbooked and unable to take me in during one of my dashes in the door 4min prior to closing). Five stars all around for these ladies!

I have been going here for years love this place. My last couple of cuts have been sub par for the 24 dollar mvo cut. I expect a pretty decent trim for 30 with a tip. I will be back for another try

Always available late. Clean place, good set up with the Tvs. Most importantly, they took the time on every clip, every line. professional grade work. Not rushing to get to the next customer, instead taking the time so you get a quality cut. Plus, while you wait you head next door to Toby County Yogurt and enjoy a delicious ice-cream.

Went in for a cut and was completely ignored by two of the stylists, both had finished cuts looked at my mom and I, and both ignored us. So we walked out, and are at fantastic sams up the street across from Walmart. 😊 never going back

Its a sports clips if you go to one you have seen them all. Only reason I give it 3 stars is that trimming of the beard or facial hair seems that it dosnt have that true barbor shoe treatment. I also dont like that they want to force me to give up personal information just to check in to the place.

Worse haircut Ive ever had. I asked for a high fade with a 2 on sides and five on top. I ended up with a three all around. Basically a buzz cut. Then when i asked her to line me up the line went higher on the left side than it did the right side. My hair was completely uneven all the way around, not to mention she completely missed a bang on the left side. So I had a buzz cut with a bang hanging off the side of my face. I looked ridiculous to say the least. The haircut took about 15 mins. Never had a haircut that was that short amount of time and it showed. The only good thing was they offered to fix it for free. I didnt want two crappy haircuts in one day though so I just asked for my refund back. I tipped her five bucks because I always tip my barbers no matter what and the manager informed me that I couldnt get my tip back, that I could only get the 18 dollars that I paid for the poor haircut. Crap service all around, definitely would not recommend.

I started going here almost a year ago. Was going to Fantastic Sams and thought I try this place. My first visit my stylist was RaeAnn and she was wonderful great personality she is great. I have been back thre time and I only have RaeAnn to cut my hair,she goes that extra mile. Already knows how I want my haircut.

Very, very slow.... If you look young they make you wait and clean around you, if youre an older gentlemen youll be fine. Dont go on lunch breaks, or before work. I will never come to this location again. Everytime its over 30 minutes for just 2 customers.

Horrible customer service I checked in than watched 3 stylist finish up with there clients I waited about 10 min while the stylist were doing nothing than another person walked in 10 min after I did than one of the stylist called back the person that walked in 10 min after I did. What a horrible experience I do not want to do business with a company like this and dont recommend anyone else to do so.

Worst experience ever!! My Grandson got a haircut, the hairstylist (if you want to call her that) nicked his neck and the back of his ear and didnt even apologize.
