This nail salon has all the things I look for in a nail salon. They are clean, prices are decent, do great work and most importantly (to me anyway) is the relaxing environment. They have soft piano tunes wafting through the salon to help their patrons to de-stress and leave the cares of the world outside for a bit.There is a huge fish tank across from the spa pedicure chairs that provide additional relaxation as you watch the fish swim around.They have several options for pedicures which provide varying levels of foot care and pampering. Some are organic for anyone that that may appeal to. (See photos)The only reason I didnt give this salon 5 stars is because:1. They charge $20 additional dollars for gel polish on toes. The norm is $12-15. I wasnt told the cost of gel polish until midway through the pedi... after I had selected the $45 pedicure.2. I heard the gentleman that runs it ask a patron if she smokes weed. She confirmed quietly that she does. He said the smell was very strong on her. I found that to be very disrespectful. She may have medical or psychological issues she needs it for. I am trying to consider cultural differences that may have given him the impression that making that comment where other patrons could here was acceptable. Perhaps hes sensitive to the smell? Either way... these the reasons for not rating it 5 stars.Currently still requiring mask for entry. (10/2/2021)

I have been going to the same lady for 3 years! Never had this problem she is in the hospital sadly and I had to find somewhere to go I went to this place and they were nice and everything my nails were not ready to come off when I went for the fill in 2-3 days after getting the fill in the nails start cracking and coming off and now my nails are so thin and ruined I called to ask what we can do to fix this and they said it’s not there problem they can’t help absolutely rude ! Unprofessional

I’m a licensed cosmetologist, so I’m aware of sanitation standards, and I was very impressed by the procedures they had set in place for sanitation. They also had great precautions taken for COVID-19, that didn’t take away from the relaxing experience. I very much enjoyed my experience getting a pedicure today!

Called about my nail that broke a day after after washing my hands, the owner or who ever the rude man is said it’smy fault 5 dollar. UPDATEEE : went to get it fixed and he gon tellme to come back for one single nail after i sat down. RUDDDDEEE .

Omg!! Please don’t go here. Just left and I asked for long thin nails. They don’t understand good English at all!!! I’ll never go back and neither will my family

Love this place! Ive been getting pedicures and S & S nails for about a year from this location. I love that they know me by name and are super friendly. My advise to you is to schedule your appointments. I usually call in the morning for an appointment later that same day without a problem.

They showed such care to my husband who can no longer clip his toe nails, made him very comfortable.

Ive been getting my nails done here for 4 years and I wouldnt dream of going elsewhere. I have always been treated very well, although cultural differences might be taken the wrong way by some. My nails always look perfect. It is clean, relaxing, and decorated nicely.

My sister just had her nails done 3 have broke in the same place. They refused to fix them and told her she has to pay. It’s obvious they did something wrong and she spent a good amount of money there. Do NOT recommend

The husband is disrespectful. I can barely step foot in the door not even be across the threshold lol an hell yell come back another time. Ive tried different times of the day, early, late, no wait doesnt matter. Ill get the same yelled greeting an someone can walk in right before me just fine. The wife and the other lady was always respectful an always gave me great service. I use to only go to them regularly but if the husband is up front you can forget about it. I was a loyal an great tipping customer too because the wife always kept me straight. Every lady needs a good lady day. Its just to bad that I have to give up on them due the husband. The ladys there are great and they are less than 5 min away from me but the husband turned me away for the last time today. Its cool Ill have to find someone else now. Ill miss the wife and other little lady there for sure.

Great customer service, very clean & everyone was very friendly! Mi Mi did my nails and she did an excellent job, very diligent, maticulus & fast. Everyone in the shop engaged in conversation with me, invited me back and was very nice! I will definitely be back!

They fixed my nails after they were incorrectly done at another shop. They were nice and efficient. The environment is very relaxing. I know where I’m going from here on out!

Everyone here was so genuinely nice and friendly. I came in for a pedicure about 30 minutes before they closed and their staff was willing to stay after hours (about 35 minutes) so I could also get a manicure. Ill definitely go back. This was the best pedicure Ive ever had. I highly recommend them!

The shop owners and employees are true professionals who know what they are doing. The shop is clean and smells good! I came from 70 miles away!

The place is very nice but I did a walk in instead of an appointment and there were 2 people working on manicures and only 2 people getting their nails done and I had to wait almost an hour to get them done and they weren’t even that good and a few of my nails kept coming off so I had to glue them back on and they just kept coming off so I took all of them off. Not worth the $40 I paid.

Kevin is extremely rude!!! Worst experience I have EVER had at a nail salon. They screwed up my wedding nails and then blamed me. He yelled at me with an aggressive tone. Will never return and would never recommend.

Completely ruined my sisters nails so she made her stop. Not to mention the lady was smacking her hands like a child, and trying to remove real nail. Then wanted to try and talk over us when expressing issue to the owner, she put acrylic over her gel nails after being told mulitple times that they were gel. So still had to pay $15 for a jacked up job. Sorry that this lady lost customers for the owner

I have gone here for a very long time and have been a loyal customer. I went in earlier this week to get a manicure and one of the employees said they couldn’t take me because I never came back after 30 mins. This incidente happened about a month ago after going to ask if they could fit me in and they told me to come back 30 mins later. I went to get lunch during this time and Later something came up and couldn’t go back.Although I shouldn’t have to explain why I never came back that day, they kept telling me I never came back and that was the reason why they wouldn’t take me.Very rude especially to a customer going to them for years!

2nd visit... called twice to check pricing for 2nd tier pedicure.. awesome ... and manicure awesome... however was told twice over phone pricing would be $38 ...once by woman a week ago or longer and then just 2 days ago by a male... $2 difference may not be much but for me on retirement income I had only $44 cash...for as told over the phone... however pedi nail tech and receptionist rude when I told them what I had been told... felt like it was a bait and switch... will NOT go back!!

Very rude n disrespectful. I tried to make a appointment twice n the owner told me to go else where. I never knew we got so rich in America off of nail shops. You treat others as u want to be treated. disrespect is not a option....

The owners are very sweet and friendly and there is a woman there that does my nails thay is awesome and does wonders, but the younger girl who works there is constantly talking on the phone in the salon in front of customers very loud and unprofessional. Other than that the other staff members are very pleasant to be around

This used to be my favorite nail salon until today. I love my nail lady but they have a rewards program which most of time i dont claim my pedi so Im just now to my free pedi. I still tip usually. My last visit I was told my next pedi would be free so I bring in $5 to tip as I would anyway and got to the counter to check out and was told I had to pay $5? For what Im still confused about this I told my nail lady I was sorry because I did plan on tipping but didnt know Id be charged a $5 fee to claim my free pedi. So I directed my comment to the owner about the fee and he just said yea just $20 off pedi thats not what he told me last time. I dont like feeling like Im a liar or in the wrong and as Im in service myself. I also dont mind paying for my pedicures but dont offer a reward for loyalty as a free service unless its truely free. I feel this is wrong. I gave 3 stars because I love my nail tech there.

I have acrylic and gel polish on and i go there and he says it will be 15$ im like okay, well he says oh no u got gel polish takes to long for me to take it off. so he wants to charge me more. i said this is ridiculous ill go somewhere else. very rude people and i had a appointment and had to wait 15 mins.

They were rude and unprofessional. They did my nails crooked and she filed my hand more then my nails. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
