My girlfriend woke up to a flat tire today and I can say Mavis Tires and Brakes told us to come in immediately. As soon as we got to the shop they welcomed us and took care of everything. Highly recommend.

We have taken 2 vehicles up there in 2 days for oil changes. Prior to that we took other vehicles up there. We initially dealt with David (who I dont believe is there anymore). The past 2 days we dealt with Robbie who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Quick and very friendly service.

Xavier and the entire staff were extremely helpful when I brought my vehicle in with a flat tire. They got me in and patched the tire right away. I will definitely be going back there for my automotive needs.

You know, I really think getting good service on tires and maintenance always requires patience. These guys are well worth the time and money. It seems like they have a good team right now. Check them out.

They require an appointment. I made an appointment and arrived early waited around until an 1 hour after my appointment. Left the car went else where and returned 1 1/2 hours later they had not even began my oil change. They do satisfactory service-I do not enjoy spending my only day off in 18 days waiting for an oil change. Went elsewhere.

The New manager Robby is very knowledgeable and goes over and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. In fact he corrected warranty issues on some tires the previous manager suggested that were deficient to say the less. Additionally Robby and his crew made buying new tires at Mavis Thomasville a pleasant ordeal …., without an overly cost price.

Axaviar was so helpful in scheduling the appointment and setting up everything I wanted. The person who worked on my car called to inform me of everything they found, offered recommendations and asked me to direct the repairs to be done. Excellent tire prices and great customer service. My appointment was for 5pm. I was a little early but they were a little behind. The situation was explained in a very professional and apologetic manner. I was given the option to reschedule but chose to wait. The wait was fairly brief and I left with 4 new tires at a great price. They have my tire business from here on out.

The team at Mavis Tires was Awesome. I mentioned that I had an appointment and needed to be there at 2:15. Eddie said I’m going to put my best guy to put the tires on your car he’ll get it done in an hour. Dennis started at 1:10 and was through at 1:55. I have 3 vehicles that I’ve had Mavis Tires to service they have never disappointed me. Great Team!!!!

I had premade my appt. via phone and was quoted for the tires I needed on my truck. When I got there Robby informed me that the tires ordered for me were low quality and I would be back in 2 months or so needing them replaced. (I asked why Mavis ordered them if they were that bad). He upgraded me a quote for Cooper tires (which cost more of course). I went along with it and when I showed back up to pick up my truck I found Solaris Starfire tires on it. I was told they were Cooper tires and upon looking them up I found they are a subsidiary of Cooper co. I already had Cooper tires on my truck and they clearly state Cooper steel belted radials on them. Im feeling hesitant to use Mavis for tires again. I had to pay $80.00 more than the original phone quote. It isnt that the tires they put on seem bad, though I dont have any eperience with the brand, but its that upgrading stunt that causes mistrust.

Took my truck in for an alignment. The tech had it in the bay within a few minutes, completed the task and finished in 30 minutes. Advised me of adjustments which were made while I was checking out. Paid very fair price for work done.

I received the absolute best customer service! I was kept updated on everything. I am thrilled with my new tires and the price. The facility is clean and organized. I am a life-long customer. Honesty and integrity goes a long way.

They are extremely high when it comes to a standard oil change which was like 45 dollars are you kidding me. I felt like I was being overcharged plus the person that did the oil change just only put the mileage sticker for it to be changed instead of putting the date on it. But before then it needed to be changed just that quick soon after I did a oil change so that oil didn’t even last in the car so I’m keeping my service elsewhere. Never again!

I love the customer service and that Xavier and Mr. David give to the customers. They make u feel at home and always giving u an update on ur vehicle in a timely manner to let u know if anything has change upon ur arrival.

Extremely slow service. Made an appointment and arrived on time, but was prioritized behind larger jobs that showed up after I did. Took nearly 1 1/2 hours to have 4 tires mounted and balanced on wheels that I brought in (already taken off of the car). I will not be going back.

First the man I spoke to told me the tires were $30 more than what was on the website, seemed a little unnerved that he got called out. Then he proceeds to tell me how much different things would cost (higher than advertised). After the tires were put on and they did a front end alignment, he then tells me she needs a new battery, which he just happened to have for $99. Not sure how someone could tell I needed a new battery when they just put 2 new tires on and did the alignment. I told him to skip the battery. Took the car to 2 different auto parts stores and had the battery tested... The battery is fine! Be careful people! Dont believe everything youre told! Will NEVER get any more business from me!

I will NEVER use this company for anything!I called and got a price on tires on May 19, 2021. I was told the tires would be in on Saturday, May 22 but told them I couldn’t make it then but to schedule it for today, May 24 at 8:30. I received a confirmation email the same day for these tires.AJ from the store in Tallahassee on Magnolia called Thursday to confirm I was still going to get them. I told him yes. AJ said he would call me back again. I NEVER received a call back from him but was wondering why he would need to call me back since I had my confirmation.Today, I went to the store and spoke to AJ and he even said he forgot to call me back. Anyways, after driving 45 minutes one way to get my tires installed AJ said they didn’t have any and no stores around had any.No apology except he asked if He could put me in something else. I said no.Now why in the world would I get a confirmation for my tires when they didn’t have them?Terrible!My first and last experience with Mavis Tires! If you use them I would be very apprehensive that they will do what they say.A total waste of my time and gas and you know how much gas costs these days. Just an overall horrible experience.UPDATE:Larry the regional manager called, apologized and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse. The Thomasville shop took care of me and I was happy.

Ok friendly, some confusion on who does what. Finally a white shirt showed up employees went into professional mode.

We came here in the middle of a road trip because our car was in bad need of an alignment. This shop took the time and made sure the job was done correctly. We had had 3 prior alignments that were unsuccessful, so it was nice to finally find a shop that knew what they were doing. The staff was great and very friendly.

I needed a lot of work done to my SUV and Me. David Glass not only made sure I had my vehicle fixed in a timely fashion but helped me with the unexpected amount of money I was gonna pay. I had lots of work need, he help me with finding a financial app, got approved and literally got approved and got the work needed done. 7 stars. I will br back. Thank you David!

First off, Hannah is amazing! Very patient and kind. I went to get a oil change, brakes, rotors and a tire rotation and they went right to work and had me out within a hour. I was so pleased. Then a week later, I needed a plug in my tire and they were SWAMPED. But they got me right in and out without a hint of frusteration. Ill definitely continue to go to them for all my car needs!! Also the managers David and Justin would always come out to me, personally, and keep me up to date on my car repairs and went above and beyond. Even checking my lights to make sure they work. Today, 2/27/2021, I had to have a tire replaced, rotation and alignment on my 2015 Ford Fusion. David, the Mgr., did an assessment on my tires and helped me make a good choice on which way to go with tire replacement. He will work with people to get the job done properly and at a fair cost.Thank you David and those that did the tire work today.Note: This post was awhile back, but since then I have still had nothing but excellent service from Mavis in Thomasville, Ga.Had my car in today for tire inspection,balance and rotation due to noticing more noise from tires than normal plus bouncing in ride. It was discovered that a tire on the rear of car was separating inside which caused a bulge in tire. Manager David got the tire swapped out with a new one, balanced and rotated. Service was great and price reasonable for having this and alignment done. My car drives, rides great and hardly any noticeable noise now.I am and will be a loyal Mavis customer with this kind of experience. Thanks David and the technician that did the work.William C

I went in with what I thought was a tire problem and noise but after the mechanic checked everything out it was a brake problem. I watched from the parking lot as the technician did a fantastic inspection of my car. I mean he was respectful of my interior and o impressed exterior(no grease or dirt in floor or seat or steering wheel) then David carefully explained to me that I had let my brakes go alittle to.long. they em a 2put new pads on and walla!!NO NOISE GREAT BRAKES!! I was also thankful that he explained to me the difference between pads as far as stopping distances, i did not know that. If I could give them a 10 I would,thanks guys
