So I made sure to read these reviews first. I made sure to check turn around times and I even called to verify some details. They were very upfront about the tat and even walked me through how to view it on their website to make sure I knew where to find it. Thankfully I had enough time to order the perfect outfit. The lady one the phone was so helpful and kind. Received the outfit today and it is stunning. WORTH THE WAIT. esp knowing it was made just for us with such care. Highly recommend these sweet ladies

I agree with all the reviews on how horrible customer service is. They are extremely rude and go by “the customer is always wrong.” The dress and romper I ordered for OVER $100 was pictured as an olive green but when I received them, they were this ugly emerald green. They said they had a picture of the true dress in the pictures, which wasn’t there when I bought them, but regardless...why put a filter on it to alter the color? Show the TRUE product. Then the monogram was so shoddy looking. My daughter has two J’s in her name and they were two completely different looking J’s and they claimed it’s because it has to be like that for a circle monogram. I do monograms and mine never alter the same letters! It blows my mind that their conscience doesn’t bother them by overcharging and sending shoddy work. She literally did everything but flat out tell me I was wrong. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them with issues. Thought the first time was a fluke but now I know that they are just a terriblecompany. Heaven Scent but the customer service is from hell. Do not waste your money on this joke of a business. 💀Edited to add- couldnt leave a review on facebook--they obviously have that blocked for a reason! So instead I went to talk about how bad the customer service was on the online sale page and they BLOCKED me. They are clearly professional.

I wish I could leave no stars. The outfit is very cute but the customer service was terrible. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very ugly with me. I ordered a romper and in the box labeled “monogram” on their website listing for the item I left the monogram I wanted. My outfit arrived with no monogram. I even double checked the description for the item and it says to leave the full name OR monogram you want. The lady I spoke with stated they could only do the full name despite what the description on the website says. I stated there was no way for me to know this as it wasn’t written anywhere for me to read on their site and someone should have contacted me to clarify. She stated they are too busy to contact people so they just sent it blank and I should have known bc the picture of the item has the full name. I’m not sure why just a picture would tell me that when the description clearly states you can leave a monogram. She offered no resolution and again displayed a very bad attitude. I would recommend no one shop here. There are many other places for cute clothing that actually appreciate customers.

Discovered this boutique through some friends and am so glad I did! The fact that you can get such beautiful handmade outfits for such a good price is what I love! The designs are precious! I thought customer service was amazing! Its new for me to order handmade clothes so I wasnt sure on sizing. When the outfits came, they didnt fit like I needed to. I sent them back for free alterations! To me, that is awesome that theyll do that when it was my error! The shipping has been prompt, and the fact that its a momma-owned business means a lot to me! They will have my business for as long as we can still wear the clothes!

My Granddaughter ordered a Kate Dress for Her daughter for a pageant and when the dress came it was horrible It looked nothing like the picture and when she ask for a refund they refused to do anything about it. The dress was $47 dollars. I would not order from this company. They will not stand behind their products. We also have pictures of the actual dress that was ordered and the dress she received.

Dont waste your money hoping for the perfect outfit for your childs first day of school because it wont get to you in time. Calling customer service was a waste of time too.

I use to love this boutique but I ordered a Christmas outfit in October and early December I tried to get answers on the fb messenger in order status and they were very rude and defensive! They even blocked me on fb because I sent them screenshot of when my order was suppose to be done, How immature! I ended up emailing them calling it out on them.. they replied sorry for the confusion and they refunded my money! So one week before Santa pics I was scrambling to find a outfit for my daughter to wear!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR WILL I EVER USE AGAIN! They are a family owned business who bit off more then they could chew and their customer service went out the door!!!!

I have ordered from them 2 times in a row each time 2 separate outfits had to have additional work done by a seamstress to fix issues with the outfits and the last order I placed Was for Christmas dresses that I ordered October 7th with an apprx turn around time of 8 weeks and ended up being 10 weeks I didn’t receive till the the 17th of December. I tried talking with them to work these issues out but they were very defensive and stated 8 weeks is just an apprx time and my daughters ripped outfit the first time she wore it really upset me and no offer of a partial refund to pay the seamstress to fix it. They did say I could mail it back and they would fix it and get it back out to me but by then the season would have been over especially seeing how long it takes these items to ship. By the time my daughter received her Christmas dresses it was pointless to have them and I paid almost $100 for 2 dresses and one did not fit properly. When I recived my shipping number it sat there 5 days before it was even actually shipped. The clothing is beautiful and very well made (other than the ripped outfit) as I realize things do happen but they should be upfront about shipping for a holiday order when they know it’s not going to make it in time. The customer service is lacking and I could never get a reply by email and had to do a PayPal claim to get a response from them. I really wanted to be a forever customer and a lot of my friends have ordered from them because of the clothing I showed them that I ordered! I love your brand and style but I really wished they would brush up on the customer service.
