The whole staff at Robert Fallin State Farm is very friendly and helpful. Ive been with this office for over 20 years. Ive always gotten the help and answers Ive needed. Theres no need to speak with just one person. Ive dealt with all of the staff and have always gotten the same friendly service I was looking for. You sure dont feel like just a number. You get friendly personal help from these folks. I swapped to State Farm and have never regretted it. Someone just ran into my suburban this week and I went up there the very next morning and Sheri got right on the phone and got my claim started with the other persons insurance right away. The process has been moving right along since then. Great insurance at great prices from great people.
