Excellent help in coordinating this new system around our schedule. This involved taking an older unit out - installing a new unit- repairing the area where the old unit was and installing new duct work and vents.Not only were the technicians efficient and friendly but they left the areas they worked in clean and attractive!There seemed to be a reliable and thorough line of communication between the salesman and the installers .... he shared our concerns and requests and they were fully aware of our expectations..... this is so important and makes their efficiency as a company top notch ..... did I mention the new system works great?It does and is so much quieter !!Great experience- no reservations about recommending this company .... thank you A and B Heating and Cooling!!

Very pleased with A & B. Called last week because our unit wasn’t heating. They came out same day and diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple of options for solutions. Jeremy spent time with me on the phone answering my questions and I felt very confident about choosing to replace our system. They came by the next week and had it in within a couple hours. The man who installed it was very nice and professional. Walked me through the ins and outs of the system. I was treated very well and would highly recommend them!

The service from the beginning to the end is A1! The connection began with the repair of our old system. The staff are very courteous and the process aligns to a structured checklist that is remarkable. When the old unit became unrepairable, the next line of customer services further upgraded. In a new home and our heating unit starts making some very strange sounds over the weekend. Spoke with Tiffany this morning and Colby, the tech, was here within 20 minutes! Very knowledgeable, professional and I learned some good information about my unit. The issue turned out to be a small one, but these guys now have a customer for life! Highly recommend for quality work, knowledge, price and overall great customer service.

I have been very pleased with A&Bs service. They have always been on time and are very good at communicating about appointments and arrival times. Darren is very friendly, does his work quickly, and explains the workings of the units clearly. The office staff is also very polite and efficient.

As always, Darren was incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful of my house and my dogs. He was prompt and performed the service well beyond my expectations.

Heat pump replacement was a bit of debacle. It took about a week to get the unit installed completely and after all the issues, I found later the supply duct was not even sealed at the air handler. My biggest concern and irritant has been the loudness of the outside unit. It starts and stops every 2-3 minutes and shuts off with a loud bang/clunk every time. Its loud enough that Im woken up continually. Ive had a tech come out and was told that the unit is operating as intended. Therefore, I regret having a Carrier unit installed and would not recommend it. Ive waited several months to write a review to see how things worked out. I can now say the electric bill went up approx 20%, year over year, and the clunking outside unit is still disturbing and worrisome.Having said all that, the repair techs, Harold and Darren are fantastic. They get 5 stars.

I was truly impressed that I was called and told when the work crew would be arriving and that they arrived on time. I was even more impressed the the speed at which they replaced my old system. I have both an air conditioner and furnace integrated together. The system was replaced in approximately 6 hours in spite of a tight work space and separate integrated system. We were having issues with our unit. A pair of A & B techs came twice and the issues were not resolved. We called again and this time Darren was sent to check on our problem. Within a short time, Darren was able to isolate the issue and went about resolving the issue. He had to go under the house and rework the drain hose and he didnt mind at all. He made sure it was working and even sent us a video because we were not home at the time. He called us the next day to make sure it was still working. We have hired three local plumbing companies in Peachtree City, and one large company out of the Atlanta, all who charged me an astronomical amount of money and never fixed the solution. We have been paying over $800 and water bills since January. The last company came in and busted a hole in the middle of my living room floor tore up my bamboo floors to find out there was no leak there. This company came out shook their head in disbelief, rerouted the line and charged me a fraction of the cost that any of the other companies had charged. I had the GPS installed on all four of my units, this system will kill bacteria and germs before the air is entering into my house. The installer was very professional, He installed the system very quickly and explained how the system would work. I’m a very happy customer of A&B Heating & Cooling.

We turned our HVAC on last night to find that it was blowing hot air. We called the emergency number to get some service. Within 30 minutes Darren was here and the air was running. Great job. He will be back to change out thermostat but we have air to be able to sleep at night. Darren was back at 8am the next morning to change out thermostats....He done a great job!

Keith was very prompt to respond to my problem and Phillip is a superb technician. He quickly diagnosed my faulty capacitor and made a temporary repair with a pair of substitute capacitors. In a few days he was back (today) with the OE capacitor. I will never use Hammond again nor will I ever again refer them.

Professional employees and a fantastic execution of job at hand. I had to have an entire system put in including new wiring and safety breakers, everything was replaced. Darren was our technician from A&B Heating & Cooling Co. He was terrific. He was here on time and was very professional. Their serviceman came to my home - was there 10 minutes. Did not tell me what was,wrong with my unit. I tried to pay him or get a quote on the service call. He told me I did not owe anything until they performed actual work on the unit. I got a phone call the following day and was told that I needed a new motor and it would cost $700.00. I got a second estimate and the repair bill was $80.00. I did not need a new motor. I have received a bill with late fees from this company. I am going to pay this but feel I dont owe the money. I have since talked to Bailey about this. She has taken care of the balance and was very gracious and kind. It is rare to get good customer service but I have received just thst. THANK YOU!

We had extensive work done on our 52 year old home. We never had central heating and air in our home...we had room air conditioners and electric wall heaters. We needed to upgrade our 5200 square foot home and had a new system put in. Actually due to an upstairs apartment and the square footage of our home we needed three systems installed. When my old system died, I obtained several quotes from various heating and cooling companies. A&B were the most prompt, had the best design to accommodate what I wanted, and carry very good products. They werent the cheapest bid I received, but I dont regret the purchase at all, especially after seeing the great install work performed by the technicians. My new package unit is built like a tank, and gives our lovely GA summer a run for its money. If you have heating or cooling needs, A&B is the place to call!
