Im a sensitive customer because I have had bad experience in my past with phone repair companies but this place right here did me right. Even cleaned out my speakers and charging port for me. Job was complete in the correct estimated time. Im very pleased of the customer service too. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place. Id been there before to get a phone screen replaced, but this most recent trip was because I needed a new battery for my phone. Brandon was super friendly and funny. He quoted me a higher price than I had been given at a different location, then changed my quote to match the previous given elsewhere. My phone was quickly taken care of and works perfectly! The only reason Im giving them 4 stars rather than 5 is because of the pricing; if I hadnt mentioned the quote I received at another Batteries Plus, I would have had to pay an extra $30!

I highly recommend this location. My nephew cracked the screen on his phone and Chris & Conner went above and behind to replace the screen quickly and affordably. They were very helpful in tips for dealing with Apple staff.. Both guys were friendly, efficient and did a great job. Thank you so much!

I brought an iphone in for a battery replacement. Everything worked on my phone when I brought it in, and the employee verified this. When I got my phone back the touch ID was no longer working and the digitizer was functioning erratically making the use of my phone very difficult. The employee only said sorry, didnt offer any alternatives or solutions. A few days later I tried to re-do the install myself (following the proper order of instructions) and it restored all the functionality of my phone. Im not too pleased that I paid someone to break my phone so that I could fix it myself later.

Broke my husbands screen. They were quick and efficient. When I say I broke it I shattered it into pieces. It now looks brand new. Super happy with my experience.
