These people were amazing! I got to work with Jamee (the owner who is amazing) and Shelby who worked on my phone (also amazing). The reason I say work with is because they walk you through the repair step by step. They tell you what is wrong with the phone, how it should be, and they explain how they are going to fix it! Absolute superstars, thy both of them! Their prices are honestly amazing compared to other shops in the area! Their location isn’t nearly as confusing as some reviews make out to be! Look no further, these are the people you need to fix your phone! I made the mistake of taking my phone to another shop and they ruined it even further! They quoted me a price on the phone that was double what it eventually cost to fix the iPad. They texted that it was done 3 days later, go in to pick it up, theres a line of three people and we find out that they went to lunch after sending out the texts, had to wait about 45 mins

Again, another great experience. I would never consider going anywhere else. I went to their new office (which they’ve already outgrown) with my iPhone I thought I had damaged. I gave it to Shelby and she diagnosed it in less than a second as a bad battery. Within 15 mins it was replaced. Although the original receipt couldn’t be located, she recognized that they had installed the defective battery. She wouldn’t allow me to pay her and said they would consider it under warranty. AWESOME. Thank y’all so much. Top shelf company.

I reached out for a quote to replace a screen, they responded quickly by email and gave a 30 minute time estimate. I asked if I needed an appointment and they said they only do walk ins. I dropped my phone off to be repaired at 1 pm. I told them that I needed to get back to work but I got off at 4 and would come back to pick it up since they don’t close until 6, and the woman I gave my phone to said they would text me when it was done. While the phone was not on a network, I expected that it would be ready when I got off work, or at least that it would be communicated to me when it would be ready. I got off work, 3 hours after I dropped the phone off for a 30 minute job, but had not received a text. So I call to check in and I’m told it got overlooked and had not been started. Frustrated, I told them I would come by the next day during lunch, giving them almost 24 hours to complete the job. The following day, they called me instead of texting, I was in a meeting and couldn’t answer but I texted back immediately, no response. No voicemail was left but I assumed it was ready. I arrive to pick it up, 24 hours after dropping it off, and there is a sign on the door that they are not in the office, yet I can clearly hear someone inside. I speak with the receptionist who points out a woman who works there who was seemingly on a personal phone call but takes me back. She asked if I wanted a battery replacement, and I tell her I am not interested I would just like to pay for my phone. When we walk in, there is another employee working so I’m not sure why the sign was up in the first place. Shelbi sets up the electronic payment, walks away without as much as a thank you for me spending almost $100, between the $75 repair and the $15 screen protector that I chose to purchase from a small business instead of Amazon. The fact that Shelbi did not speak a single word to me was highly disappointing since I had been patient up until this point, so I walked out of the office and pulled the door closed behind me, unintentionally slamming it due to the frustration of wasting two lunch breaks to do business with a company that didn’t even have the courtesy to say thank you. I’m sorry but I expect better customer service, I could overlook the fact that they were busy and my repair was delayed, but the lack of courtesy and communication is unforgivable. Despite the fact that the work looks good, I will not be back, and I will not send anyone I know. Offering a warranty on a service that hundreds of businesses can offer at the same level means nothing when it is paired with poor customer service.

I was referred here by someone who does phone screen repairs. Jaime is wonderful! She was in constant contact with me and I felt very safe leaving my sons iPad with her. It only took a few days to repair screen and was promptly returned to us looking brand new and has worked great since.I would recommend this company 100 times over. 💛

I took my phone to them about 4 months ago and they repaired it every thing was fine. About a month or so later had issues with my screen lifting out of the frame of my phone took it back they replaced it free of charge. It is now a month later after my second repair the screen once again had lifted out of the phone and I took it to a new place to get it repaired. When the guy took it apart and began work he showed me a handful of almost 7 or 8 screws that were randomly placed within my phone. I trusted that this company was doing good work on my phone but turns out my phone was just continuing to be set up to be sent back for more repairs. I will never will be returning or will I ever even think about letting my family or friends use the business.

These girls are awesome! Brought my 6 year old iPad Air 2 in for its first ever screen repair and they did a great job. I work outdoors so I found their office building very interesting as it’s a bit of a maze to get to but it’s a good size location for what they do. I did have a small issue partly due to my fault in using it too early but came back the next day for the fix and was done in 15 minutes and no issues with my iPad so far. Great experience fixing Apple Watch

Wow, what a great repair shop! I brought my iPad in after foolishly trying to replace the battery myself. They found a very minor problem preventing the battery from making contact with the motherboard. It only took a few minutes to fix. When I returned to pick my iPad up I was told there would be no charge, because the repair was so quick and easy. It takes a really honest and fair business person to do something like that. I was prepared to pay whatever they asked. They will have my business forever now, plus I’ll tell everyone I know what a great shop they are. Don’t hesitate to call this business if you need service on your iPad or iPhone. They will treat you right!

Dont have a thing to say that a five star rating doesnt include other than to put it writing. Ive taken the same device to her to be serviced twice (both my issues and causes). She is honest, fair, technically competent and fast. She does what she says she can and will do. Shes also honest enough not to try to talk you into paying to fix something on a piece of equipment that isnt worth the expensive of the repair. Ill take her everything I have that she can work on that may need to be repaired for her review, opinion and/or work.

Visited this shop due to the high number of five star reviews! I figure, with a 4.9 rating, it couldn’t be a bad place! Well, we were truly blown away by the service provided, cost, quality and speed of repair. Jamee was polite, cordial and professional! She took time to explain everything. She also was honest in stating that the screen quality (scratch protection) was NOT up to par with original screens provided by Apple. However, she did state that she has a true no hassle warranty. From the time I walked in to job completion, it was 30 minutes! For only $100, I had a like new iPhone 6s Plus with a recommended screen protector. You will not find a better quality service any where in the Houston Metro, they take pride in their work. Visited them several times and always been pleased with their work. A great plus is that their office is in a secure building, if theres a line of phone orders ahead of you needing to be fixed, you can have a peace of mind leaving your phone with them overnight to fix. They dont over charge and their price is fair for the quality of work and service.

Houston iPhone Screen Repair fixed two of my iPads (Gen2 and a new one) with cracked screens. They did them fast, efficiently and were able to attach each with an additional layer of shatter glass to protect the main face. Fabulous to work with and ready in 2-4 hours. Highly recommend them!

I have an iPhone 6s that works fine but with a damaged screen. I got its screen replaced this month (Dec 2018) with this store at a very affordable price. The first screen they installed for me seemed to have a yellowish tint and I couldnt get rid of it by simply adjusting the settings. I called them and they installed a different screen for me the next day without extra charge, and it works very well for me. With the replaced screen, I will be able to keep my 6s a bit longer without rushing into an upgrade now.

Quick repair turn around on my wifes cracked ipad screen (2 days) as they had to order a part. I even replaced my iphone battery and got a new screen protector all in about 10-15minutes when I came in to pick it up. Great small service shop with friendly employees and quality work. I have been here twice, first time because my wife dropped her iPhone and needed the screen replaced and second time because I did the same darn thing at the airport and just shattered mine. Repaired a badly broken screen on my Nexus 5 - a fairly old phone. She ordered a screen + frame to ensure the frame, which has some very thin parts, would be unbroken when the repair was complete. She tested the replacement screen thoroughly to make sure it was good, and the first replacement screen was not good- all along one edge the touch function did not work. After checking to make sure the problem was not a bad connection, she re-installed my broken screen, taped up the shattered corner, and ordered another replacement screen. She had the replacement screen two days later, called, and installed it the same day. High quality service, timely, friendly, entirely reasonably price. As someone else said I would recommend them to my parents and grandparents.

I am very pleased with the friendly, fast, and professional service I received from the staff at Houston iPhone Screen Repair. When I cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S3 I started to panic but they were reassuring and able to help me at a very reasonable price. Also, I had a blue phone but I wanted it changed to purple. They repaired and converted my blue S3 to a purple S3 and I am so happy to have what looks like a brand new phone. I loved this place cause its honest. Its in a weird second floor office building but to find is worth your time.I came in with a cracked screen and was told it was unnecessary to fix it because the LED underneath was damaged and that I have to get a new phone and replacing the screen does nothing. Then he fixed it back the way it was and didnt try to sell me anything. He did all the work and I paid him nothing. I realize he didnt provide service but its the integrity that counts. I even asked if I can give him anything for the trouble and he declined. 5 stars. Oh and I did I say rarely does any repair take more than an hour?

Cracked my iPhone 5 screen recently and was replaced by Houston iPhone Screen Repair. Replacement was done in two hours and I was very pleased with the quality and price of the replacement. I thought my IPhone and all the data on it was doomed after it was water damaged a few weeks ago. Not only were they able to completely repair the phone but also fix my screen and replaced the battery. Will never go anywhere else for phone repair! You get what you pay for.Screen replacements are affordable. However, they’re able to offer these prices because of the mediocre screens they install.I came here and got a screen. Over the next two weeks the screen would flicker, the touch sensitivity was inconsistent, the home button was raised like it was improperly installed, lastly a few times per day the screen was entirely unresponsive and could only be remedied by a power cycle.True to their warranty they replaced the screen. However touch sensitivity issues persist.TLDRBad quality screens. If you have the money go to the Apple store and have it done. I wish I had.

Excellent experience. My daughter and I found them in the depths of the Regus building at Market St. easy enough. We knocked and opened the door a little to peek in and found three gals tinkering and fixing and creating and solving problems. :) My daughter loved it. They listened to our needs and told us the iPhone screen would be fixed in about an hour and they would text us. We headed to the mall to run some errands and soon we received our text and headed back to pick it up. It looked fantastic! My daughter forgot how nice the phone was having had cracks on it for months.We paid a very reasonable fee ($5 less than other places we checked) and everything was taken care of in a matter of minutes. What really made me happy was hearing about their warranty, that if the screen is unresponsive or not as one would expect from an OEM device, they will take care of it. My father-in-law had his phone screen repaired at another place and immediately he noticed that while it worked, it just felt different and wasnt as responsive or something. No need to worry about that with these ladies.Ill be going back when the need arises!

I had a connector break off my Thermador oven control panel. Houston iPhone Screen Repair was able to solder the connectors back on to the control panel. The oven works again!! They saved me about $1000. They were super friendly and professional. I can’t recommend them enough.

I called to confirm location and after coming in and having her take a look she let us know it could ready the SAME DAY! Jamee was super friendly troubleshooting some shoddy screen work done to my iPhone 7. She was able to test it and pointed out to me the poor workmanship done by a previous shop. She was able to replace the screen and the screws that were missing in under 30 minutes.Park in the parking garage behind the theater, or if youre lucky, in the street. She may be a little difficult to find initially, but go upstairs to the second floor at the Regal movie theater, turn left, go through the double glass doors, then go left and right in the middle hallway. Shes past the water fountain and restroom on the left. Id say its probably a good idea to call, but I think people also walk in. There are also receptionists there that Im sure would help if you were pressed for time or got lost like I did the first time.Backed my a lifetime warranty that I hope to never have to use, but I know with the demand I put on my products that Ill be needing Jamees services again. She is really nice, professional, sharp and does excellent work for a reasonable price.

Houston iPhone Screen repair is utmost quality, extremely professional and has integrity to boot. They diagnosed my issue and gave me an honest opinion where the repair cost more than the phone was worth, which they advised to not fix. I will definitely be back if (really when) my new iPhone breaks in the future.

Thought I had a cracked screen but they determined that it was only a cracked screen protector. Who knew screen protectors are glass. Saved me a lot of time and money. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

I brought my IPad in to replace the screen. (Again) I had it repaired in Conroe and the glass popped up and broke within just a few days...I then called Houston IPhone Screen Repair and she did a fantastic job! The service was fast, efficient, and affordable. I highly recommend this business. There are others, but some do a really shoddy job and charge you more.
