Went to Zagg kiosk at Woodlands Mall to get my screen protector replaced and met Marvin. He was really great and quickly and professionally replaced my screen protector in minutes. If you have a problem go see Marvin. You won’t regret it. I am a frequent patron of Marvins kiosk due to multiple products needing protection.Marvin is the greatest.

Traded in my old zagg privacy screen for $15 credit on new phone privacy screen. Super fast install!! The lady was extremely busy and very nice and patiently answered my questions.

The guy that used to work there was very good at what he did. There are now two new people a man and a woman who work there. The lady replaced my screen protector and there was a huge piece of lint under the screen. She was just going to leave it. Fortunately the man heard me show her and explain that I didn’t want lint under my screen protector and he fixed it.

There was a line but I expected it with the new IPhone 11 coming out. I have used Zagg for years and no one at this booth has ever been so friendly, personable and helpful. Too bad all of Zaggs employees aren’t like him!!

Lets hope the employee installs the screen proctector right the first time because otherwise youll have to pay again to replace it. Cant even dispute it.

Friendly and knowledgeable, purchased a glass screen protector for my iPhone X. Very fast and their product comes with a lifetime warranty replacement. Ill be back to get my iPad protected.

Fake News!!! Your warranty doesn’t work here! They still want to charge you $15 to replace 👎. Just stick to reordering online!!!

Lied about cracking my screen on my s9+Was 100% new before handing it to him.. Is there a policy on taking note of damage before applying protectors on customers phones? Also...why would I get a screen protector on a brand new phone if the screen was already cracked.

Place is hit or miss... Some of the staff are great... Some seem like they hate being there and do terrible installs
