Im a 25-year customer of The geek squad and Best buy however they have made it very difficult to communicate with the geek squad in store but I guess we can blame it on the pandemic I dont think so it would be nice if they brought back the Black tie tech support.
Food is excellent and price is cheap.
Too Expensive!I brought in my laptop because it kept on crashing. The staff were respectful, but the prices were way too high.The staff member didnt really inform me of process before we went along. For example, she asked me if I wanted an antivirus downloaded, and didnt tell me the price. It turned out to be 40$! Why does it take 40$ for an antivirus?
Went through the drive thru and the staff were prompt in all.
