John Sell has taken care of our taxes for the three or so years and is so professional and quick. The last two years we have done everything 100% online with him and again his professionalize shines through every time. He is always quick to respond to questions and helps show us the right path to go down. John is top notch and wouldnt want anyone else taking care of our taxes every year.

Quick and friendly

Simply stunning. The website wouldnt work to make the appointment so we called and answered the receptionist questions. We get there and we get this Chinese dude who speaks next to no English and knows literally nothing about taxes. He asks us to come back when someone who has more experience is in the office. And he tells us the receptionist made the wrong kind of appointment. A horrible experience. Stay away.

The experience was very good. The people knew their jobs and were very professional.

Went in and talked to John Sell last week to explain my situation and that I needed out of state tax filing and had special forms that needed to be filled out. He held on my paperwork for a week and I was called in to talk to another tax specialist a week later. Did not think anything of it since I figured he passed it on to someone who knew how to do out of state stuff better. The lady sat down with me and told me she was given the paper work that morning and didnt know how and couldnt file my return after some research. Now I have to find someone to help me file my state return with two day deadline and everyone is booked. They wanted to charge me 100 dollars to file an extension. This is my first experience not self filing and not encouraging.
