She is a color expert and professional hair stylist for all your occasions.i change my hair color often every 3 month from dark to light and dark back never had problems with and she is always honest about how the color Will turn on my hair I just love and appreciate her honesty.You can definitely trust you hair with her she is honest and expert in her field.Don’t recommend take negative reviews in consideration for your future service!! Not sure why there are so many good reviews. It was my first and last time for sure. The atmosphere is not relaxing at all. She has a very rude approach to her customers. For the price I paid I expected my hair to come out like we discussed, and it did not! Then I was told now after my first time she knows what to do to get it right the second time. Im sorry, but if you have over 20 years of experience doing hair you dont need a trial run to experiment on my hair and charge $160 for half highlights to do it. My hair to say the least turned out Orange, not blonde and I am having to spend more money to get it fixed. Also they didnt spend money on installing counters in the Salon so I was asked to hold the foils and hand to her while she did my hair and dry my own hair with a towel. Unacceptable for the amount of money I paid. If you want to charge top dollar for your services then you should deliver top dollar service. Sorry for the length of review but just trying to save others from wasting their time and money like I did.

If I could leave zero stars, trust me I would. I have gone to Renee in the past and she was great. However, I went to her for a consultation last week to get a partial balayage and highlights. She said she could do it after giving me major attitude when I would stress that it needs to look like the picture. Went in today to actually get my hair done and to say the least it got completely botched. My hair is turning green and I got nothing close to what I asked for. I refused to pay and she kicked me out of her studio after I called her out for being wrong. She got in my face and said she was confident in her work. I do NOT recommend coming here. Go anywhere else and im sure youll have a better experience. Now I have to go pay to get it fixed. Good luck if you do go here!!

I recently moved to McKinney. Have been in TX since 2009 and was yet to find a place that I absolutely enjoyed so needless to say Ive jumped around from one hair stylist to another. I was driving to another hair appointment within close proximity to this place and took a peak inside and thought why not try it? She had just had a cancellation and was able to fit me in. Her prices are comparable to other places. Ive been to her twice now. First time she suggested MY style and I was a bit apprehensive but let her have at it. I have had so many compliments about my hair and have not had issues with the color thus far. She is very pleasant to talk to and very professional at her work. I would recommend her to anyone. Great at home atmosphere feeling.

We have been going to Melinda for years. She is professional and very detail oriented. Both my son and I are regulars and thoroughly enjoy our experience and the style in which Melinda uses. Im not sure why this place has so many great reviews... I had a dye done a while back and it did not come out anywhere close to what we discussed. I wanted a nice and light ash brown but it came out to be a super dark chocolate brown.... She said I was confused and that the color in the end was ash brown. I usually dont write reviews but this made me so mad. Im not color blind and I know what I see and it was definitely not light ash brown. I asked them to correct it for me but they simply refused to.Im very disappointed in the service here. I will not be going back again not do I recommend this salon to anyone.If you want to feel unappreciated then this is the spot for you.

I went to Salon La Bella to fix a bad haircut I received at another salon. My thick, wavy hair had been heavily thinned out underneath with the top layer left one length and cut into an extreme angled bob. It wasnt suitable for my age and had exposed my gray hair in the back. The only way Renee could fix it was to cut my hair much shorter than I normally wear it. She also colored and highlighted it to blend the gray in the back. My intention was to grow it out into a mid-length bob, but I liked the cut so much, I decided to leave it short. The shampoo and conditioner she recommended gave me just the right amount of moisture in my hair to help me manage the natural wave and made it easy to style. I love the cut, the color, and the products. I have total trust in Renees ability and feel very lucky to have found her. She is an artist who happens to work with hair!

Ive been going to Rene for years to get my hair cut, and she never disappoints. I get a top notch hair cut every time. Even our conversations during the hair cut are engaging and pleasant! As a guy, I was at first skeptical if this was the place to go. All I did was show the owner, who personally cut my hair, a picture of what I wanted and she mimicked it flawlessly. She was friendly, experienced, and all at a reasonable price. Will be back every three weeks!!

My walk-in appointment at Salon LaBella went great. I was seated right away and my stylist (Reuben Shelton) was very mindful of what I wanted. I was nervous at first, but he was extremely polite and an easy conversationalist. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. He took great care in making sure my hair was exactly what I wanted. The prices are very reasonable there and I definitely would go back again. The place has a nice atmosphere and doesnt look dumpy on the inside - a big plus in my book! When you go, again, make sure to ask for Reuben Shelton; he did an amazing job on my hair.

My wedding party went to Salon La Bella for hair and make up. Renee and the rest of the staff were very sweet. They even had a breakfast and mimosas for us. They happily allowed my girls to get add ons to the services we had an appointment for. Everyone was happy with their make up and hair.We definitely got more than we paid for. A++

Certainly as good as it gets! Owner/Master Stylist has been in business for over 30 years so that in itself should tell you everything! The Jane Iredale makeup is the best mineral makeup on the market. You will always walk out with a smile weather its just a style, cut, highlight, or even formal do!! They also help out the community and are a locks of love certified salon :)

I had my first appointment with Renee today and Im never turning back lol Ive never left a hair stylist this happy 😊 She really took her time to get to know me and figure out what would be the perfect cut and color for my hair! I was a hair color virgin walking in and super nervous about it but she made me feel so comfortable and I immediately trusted her. She made my hair look amazing when it had been blah for so long!

I went in with dark brown hair that I had used temporary dye on (from the store), wanting a much lighter red color. Renee did an AMAZING job on my hair, and the color came out perfect without drying it out at all. Ive had some disappointments in the past with color from other salons, so I was a little nervous going here for the first time. I do not regret it AT ALL. The one bad review I see on here sounds an more like a disgruntled ex-employee than a dissatisfied customer. The entire staff, especially Renee, was extremely nice, and I wont hesitate to go back.

I had my first ever keratin treatment at Salon la Bella a couple weeks ago and my hair still looks amazing. It looks so healthy and shiny and thick, Im a low-maintenance type of person and so I really appreciate the fact that my hair looks healthy and beautiful without me actually doing anything to it to be honest! Renee and Anna were so great and friendly and had me in and out pretty quickly with really good results. They are definitely professionals and know what what they are doing, I dont trust my hair with a lot of people but I definitely will be going back to this salon for anything that I need with my hair. Renee not only did a great job with my treatmentb, she educated me on proper hair care for my type of heair and guided me with the right products for my hair type. I am no longer going to neglect my hair because now with these results, I am motivated to try new hair styles and looks because my hair is easy for me to work with now. I really felt attended to and they answered all my questions. This is an unbeat and knowledgable salon. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend❤

Dont believe any of these positve review on google or yelp! They are all fake reviews that she made her employee write!! They are all pretty fake reviews!!! Beware!!!! The staff are nice but the Owner Renee is a fraud and also supper rude!! BEWARE !!! She will price gauge you!!! If she see you driving a nice car or carrying a name brand purse she will charge you extra thinking you are wealthy and jack up the price on you!!! So please be aware of this very Dangerous Rip OFF Salon!!!!
