I’ve always gotten good service from the staff at this office. I went in to go over my policy before renewing. I had the pleasure of interacting with Chad B. He was thorough and explained my policy in a manner that I understood. Chad was friendly and funny. Though they close at 5pm he stayed after so I could make it from work (after 5). When he walked me to the door he noticed my tire was flat and offered to air it up. Turns out I had a screw and Chad ended up changing my tire. I greatly appreciate his help with the insurance knowledge as well as changing my tire.

We have typically had great service in the past, but recently after getting a homeowners policy, we were a little disappointed. All of the documentation for our house was in order when we received a quote and got our policy. A few weeks later, we received a bill with an extra charge to our policy. We found out that there was an error made in the quoting process which caused us to get misquoted. We were ultimately forced to pay for the error, even though we had submitted proper documentation and done everything we were supposed to take care of. I recommend them, but maybe just ensure that they submit the correct information, because even if they admit to the mistake (which they did) they will still make you pay for it, which just made us feel like we were being nickled-and-dimed.
